{"id":5264,"date":"2022-01-07T14:15:01","date_gmt":"2022-01-07T13:15:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.enviblog.cz\/blog\/?p=5264"},"modified":"2022-01-07T14:15:01","modified_gmt":"2022-01-07T13:15:01","slug":"kvalita-ovzdusi-v-brne-v-roce-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.enviblog.cz\/blog\/2022\/01\/07\/kvalita-ovzdusi-v-brne-v-roce-2021\/","title":{"rendered":"Kvalita ovzdu\u0161\u00ed v Brn\u011b v roce 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em><strong>Rok 2021 byl z hlediska kvality ovzdu\u0161\u00ed velmi dobr\u00fd, roku 2020 se ale nevyrovnal zejm\u00e9na kv\u016fli odli\u0161n\u00fdm meteorologick\u00fdm a rozptylov\u00fdm podm\u00ednk\u00e1m.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Shrnut\u00ed<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Rok 2021 byl z\u00a0hlediska kvality ovzdu\u0161\u00ed <strong>velmi dobr\u00fd<\/strong>, roku 2020 se ale nevyrovnal zejm\u00e9na kv\u016fli odli\u0161n\u00fdm meteorologick\u00fdm a rozptylov\u00fdm podm\u00ednk\u00e1m.<\/li>\n<li>Na \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 z brn\u011bnsk\u00fdch stanic, pro kter\u00e9 jsou tuto chv\u00edli dostupn\u00e1 a kompletn\u00ed data, <strong>nedo\u0161lo<\/strong> v\u00a0roce 2021 u sledovan\u00fdch zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek (<strong>PM<sub>10<\/sub>, PM<sub>2,5<\/sub>, NO<sub>2<\/sub>, SO<sub>2<\/sub>, CO<\/strong>) <strong>k\u00a0p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed<\/strong> jejich <strong>imisn\u00edho limitu<\/strong> dan\u00e9ho z\u00e1konem o ochran\u011b ovzdu\u0161\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>Nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hodnoty pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 ro\u010dn\u00ed koncentrace <strong>PM<sub>10<\/sub><\/strong> byly nam\u011b\u0159eny na dopravn\u00edch stanic\u00edch Brno- Svatoplukova (18 \u00b5g.m<sup>-3<\/sup>) a Brno-V\u00fdstavi\u0161t\u011b (16 \u00b5g.m<sup>-3<\/sup>), p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e u v\u0161ech brn\u011bnsk\u00fdch stanic do\u0161lo oproti roku 2020 k\u00a0nepatrn\u00e9mu n\u00e1r\u016fstu ro\u010dn\u00edch pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fdch koncentrac\u00ed PM<sub>10<\/sub>, (pr\u016fm\u011brn\u011b o cca 2 \u00b5g.m<sup>-3<\/sup>, nejv\u00edce u stanice Brno- V\u00fdstavi\u0161t\u011b), z\u00a0dlouhodob\u00e9ho hlediska se ale pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 ro\u010dn\u00ed koncentrace PM<sub>10 <\/sub>sni\u017euj\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>Nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edch hodnot pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 ro\u010dn\u00ed koncentrace <strong>PM<sub>2,5 <\/sub><\/strong>dos\u00e1hly dopravn\u00ed stanice Brno-Svatoplukova (18,2 \u00b5g.m<sup>-3<\/sup>) a Brno-L\u00e1ny (18,0 \u00b5g.m<sup>-3<\/sup>) p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e u v\u0161ech brn\u011bnsk\u00fdch stanic do\u0161lo oproti roku 2020 k\u00a0nepatrn\u00e9mu n\u00e1r\u016fstu ro\u010dn\u00edch pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fdch koncentrac\u00ed PM<sub>2,5<\/sub>, (pr\u016fm\u011brn\u011b o cca 1,9 \u00b5g.m<sup>-3<\/sup>, nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed rozd\u00edl u stanice Brno-V\u00fdstavi\u0161t\u011b).<\/li>\n<li>Hodnoty NO<sub>2 <\/sub>obecn\u011b b\u00fdvaj\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed na dopravn\u00edch stanic\u00edch, v\u00a0roce 2021 tomu tak bylo na stanic\u00edch Brno-\u00davoz (35,2 \u00b5g.m<sup>-3<\/sup>), Brno-Svatoplukova (33,8 \u00b5g.m<sup>-3<\/sup>) a Brno-V\u00fdstavi\u0161t\u011b (23,5 \u00b5g.m<sup>-3<\/sup>), p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e u v\u0161ech brn\u011bnsk\u00fdch stanic do\u0161lo oproti roku 2020 k\u00a0nepatrn\u00e9mu n\u00e1r\u016fstu ro\u010dn\u00edch pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fdch koncentrac\u00ed NO<sub>2<\/sub>, (pr\u016fm\u011brn\u011b o cca 1,9 \u00b5g.m<sup>-3<\/sup>, nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed rozd\u00edl u stanice Brno-Arboretum), z\u00a0dlouhodob\u00e9ho hlediska se ale ro\u010dn\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 koncentrace NO<sub>2<\/sub> zejm\u00e9na na dopravn\u00edch stanic\u00edch sni\u017euj\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>Koncentrace CO a SO<sub>2<\/sub> v\u00a0\u010cR se pohybuj\u00ed mnoho let hluboko pod hranic\u00ed imisn\u00edho limitu, rok 2021 nebyl v\u00fdjimkou, na stanici Brno-L\u00e1ny byla nam\u011b\u0159ena pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 ro\u010dn\u00ed koncentrace SO<sub>2<\/sub> 4,4 \u00b5g.m<sup>-3<\/sup>, na stanici Brno-Tu\u0159any 4,1 \u00b5g.m<sup>-3<\/sup>, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e imisn\u00ed limit pro 24h pr\u016fm\u011brnou koncentraci \u010din\u00ed 125\u00a0\u00b5g.m<sup>-3 <\/sup>a pro hodinovou pr\u016fm\u011brnou koncentraci 350\u00a0\u00b5g-m<sup>3<\/sup>.<\/li>\n<li>Hodnota imisn\u00edho limitu pro CO \u010din\u00ed 10\u00a0000 \u00b5g.m<sup>-3<\/sup> v\u00a0max. 8h klouzav\u00e9m pr\u016fm\u011bru za den, v\u00a0roce 2021 byla nam\u011b\u0159ena na stanici Brno-L\u00e1ny pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 ro\u010dn\u00ed koncentrace CO 345,8 \u00b5g.m<sup>-3 <\/sup>a na stanici Brno-\u00davoz 396,8 \u00b5g.m<sup>-3<\/sup>. Imisn\u00ed limit pro 8h klouzav\u00fd pr\u016fm\u011br CO v \u010cR nen\u00ed dlouhodob\u011b p\u0159ekra\u010dov\u00e1n nikde v \u010cR.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\u00davod<\/h2>\n<p>N\u00ed\u017ee uveden\u00e9 hodnocen\u00ed p\u0159edstavuje p\u0159edb\u011b\u017en\u00e9 vyhodnocen\u00ed kvality ovzdu\u0161\u00ed na \u00fazem\u00ed m\u011bsta Brna za rok 2021. Hodnocen\u00ed zahrnuje nejen p\u0159edb\u011b\u017en\u00e1 data za rok 2021, ale tak\u00e9 jejich srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s\u00a0roky p\u0159edchoz\u00edmi.<\/p>\n<p>Do hodnocen\u00ed byly zahrnuty ty stanice, kter\u00e9 splnily podm\u00ednku minim\u00e1ln\u00ed dostupnosti dat v\u00a0roce 2021 pro danou zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed l\u00e1tku. Do hodnocen\u00ed jsou zahrnuty pouze automatick\u00e9 stanice a zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed l\u00e1tky jimi m\u011b\u0159en\u00e9. Data z\u00a0manu\u00e1ln\u00edch stanic, a tedy mj. data o koncentrac\u00edch benzo[<em>a<\/em>]pyrenu \u010di t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdch kov\u016f, budou k\u00a0dispozici a\u017e s\u00a0p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b t\u0159\u00edm\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00edm zpo\u017ed\u011bn\u00edm, proto\u017ee vy\u017eaduj\u00ed laboratorn\u00ed anal\u00fdzy a nejsou m\u011b\u0159eny v\u00a0re\u00e1ln\u00e9m \u010dase.<\/p>\n<p>Ze srovn\u00e1n\u00ed je patrn\u00e9, \u017ee rok 2021 lze za\u0159adit k\u00a0rok\u016fm s\u00a0velmi dobrou kvalitou ovzdu\u0161\u00ed, p\u0159esto\u017ee extr\u00e9mn\u011b p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9mu roku 2020 se nevyrovnal.<\/p>\n<p>Kvalita ovzdu\u0161\u00ed toti\u017e nez\u00e1vis\u00ed pouze na samotn\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed emis\u00ed zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek. Do hry vstupuj\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad meteorologick\u00e9 a rozptylov\u00e9 podm\u00ednky. Pr\u00e1v\u011b v\u00a0roce 2020 byly n\u011bkter\u00e9 m\u011bs\u00edce v\u00a0tomto sm\u011bru velmi p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Pro kvalitu ovzdu\u0161\u00ed jsou p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9 nap\u0159\u00edklad vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed teploty v\u00a0zim\u011b (ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed intenzita vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed, kter\u00e9 je \u010dasto dominantn\u00edm zdrojem zne\u010di\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed), ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed teploty v\u00a0l\u00e9t\u011b (ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed koncentrace p\u0159\u00edzemn\u00edho ozonu), v\u011btrn\u00e9 po\u010das\u00ed (lep\u0161\u00ed rozptyl l\u00e1tek) \u010di dostate\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed sr\u00e1\u017eek (mokr\u00e1 depozice l\u00e1tek). Pr\u00e1v\u011b v\u00a0tomto sm\u011bru byl rok 2020 neobvykl\u00fd. Nav\u00edc doch\u00e1z\u00ed k\u00a0dlouhodob\u00e9mu sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed emis\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad z\u00a0dopravy \u010di pr\u016fmyslu. Meziro\u010dn\u00ed rozd\u00edly jsou z\u00a0velk\u00e9 m\u00edry d\u00e1ny pr\u00e1v\u011b odli\u0161n\u00fdmi podm\u00ednkami. Trendy v\u00a0samotn\u00e9m zne\u010di\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed je tedy t\u0159eba sledovat v\u00a0del\u0161\u00edm horizontu ne\u017e je jeden rok.<\/p>\n<p>Do hodnocen\u00ed nebyla zahrnuta nap\u0159\u00edklad stanice Brno-Zvona\u0159ka. Tato stanice byla v\u00a0posledn\u00edch letech velmi v\u00fdrazn\u011b ovlivn\u011bna stavbami v\u00a0bl\u00edzk\u00e9m okol\u00ed. V\u00a0roce 2021 v\u0161ak prob\u00edhala stavebn\u00ed \u010dinnost v\u00a0bezprost\u0159edn\u00ed bl\u00edzkosti stanice, co\u017e velmi v\u00fdznamn\u011b ovlivnilo nam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 koncentrace zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek. V\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st t\u011bchto dat byla klasifikov\u00e1na zna\u010dkou \u201elok\u00e1ln\u00ed ovlivn\u011bn\u00ed\u201c, co\u017e znamen\u00e1, \u017ee stanice byla velmi v\u00fdrazn\u011b lok\u00e1ln\u011b ovlivn\u011bna, a to m\u011blo v\u00fdznamn\u00fd vliv na koncentrace. Z\u00a0tohoto d\u016fvodu \u00a0nelze hodnoty pova\u017eovat za reprezentativn\u00ed. Po\u010d\u00edtat s\u00a0t\u011bmito hodnotami by bylo zav\u00e1d\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed. Tato data v\u0161ak budou pou\u017eita nap\u0159. pro \u00fa\u010dely sledov\u00e1n\u00ed vlivu stavebn\u00edch prac\u00ed na kvalitu ovzdu\u0161\u00ed obecn\u011b.<\/p>\n<h2>Suspendovan\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice PM<sub>10<\/sub><\/h2>\n<p>N\u00ed\u017ee uveden\u00fd graf ukazuje pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 ro\u010dn\u00ed koncentrace \u010d\u00e1stic PM<sub>10<\/sub> na brn\u011bnsk\u00fdch stanic\u00edch v\u00a0roce 2021. \u010cerven\u011b jsou zv\u00fdrazn\u011bny stanice dopravn\u00ed, zelen\u011b poza\u010fov\u00e9. \u010cervenou p\u0159eru\u0161ovanou \u010darou je zobrazen p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fd imisn\u00ed limit pro ro\u010dn\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011brnou koncentraci \u010d\u00e1stic PM<sub>10<\/sub> (40 \u00b5g.m<sup>-3<\/sup>).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/chmibrno.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/brnoPM102021.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5265\" src=\"https:\/\/chmibrno.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/brnoPM102021.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"905\" height=\"591\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.enviblog.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/brnoPM102021.png 905w, https:\/\/www.enviblog.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/brnoPM102021-300x196.png 300w, https:\/\/www.enviblog.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/brnoPM102021-768x502.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 905px) 100vw, 905px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Z\u00a0grafu je patrn\u00e9, \u017ee na \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 stanici nedo\u0161lo k\u00a0p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed imisn\u00edho limitu, a to s\u00a0velkou rezervou. Ukazuje to k\u0159ivka line\u00e1rn\u00edho trendu v\u00a0ka\u017ed\u00e9m z\u00a0graf\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00a0p\u0159ekra\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed ro\u010dn\u00edho imisn\u00edho limitu pro PM<sub>10<\/sub> v\u00a0Brn\u011b ji\u017e \u0159adu let nedoch\u00e1z\u00ed. Krom\u011b ro\u010dn\u00edho imisn\u00edho limitu je v\u00a0z\u00e1kon\u011b o ochran\u011b ovzdu\u0161\u00ed stanoven i limit pro 24h pr\u016fm\u011brnou koncentraci \u010d\u00e1stic PM<sub>10<\/sub>. Dokonce byla maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed hodnota 18 p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed na Svatoplukov\u00e9 t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 polovi\u010dn\u00ed ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s\u00a0maxim\u00e1ln\u00edm povolen\u00fdm po\u010dtem p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Na v\u0161ech hodnocen\u00fdch stanic\u00edch byl po\u010det p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e v\u00a0roce 2020, p\u0159i pohledu na dlouhodob\u00fd v\u00fdvoj je v\u0161ak patrn\u00fd v\u00fdrazn\u00fd sestupn\u00fd trend. Tato vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed koncentrace \u010d\u00e1stic PM<sub>2,5<\/sub> na t\u00e9to poza\u010fov\u00e9 stanici je d\u00e1na relativn\u011b malou vzd\u00e1lenosti stanice od nejfrekventovan\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u010desk\u00e9 d\u00e1lnice D1. K\u00a0p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed imisn\u00edho limitu pro ro\u010dn\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011brnou koncentraci PM<sub>2,5<\/sub> nedo\u0161lo na \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 stanici.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed graf ukazuje srovn\u00e1n\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fdch ro\u010dn\u00edch koncentrac\u00ed PM<sub>2,5<\/sub> v\u00a0roce 2021 s\u00a0p\u0159edchoz\u00edmi roky. V\u00a0posledn\u00edch letech tomu tak v\u0161ak ji\u017e nen\u00ed, a to p\u0159esto, \u017ee do\u0161lo ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed hodnoty tohoto limitu o 20 % od roku 2020.<\/p>\n<h2>Oxid dusi\u010dit\u00fd<\/h2>\n<p>Hlavn\u00edm zdrojem oxidu dusi\u010dit\u00e9ho a oxid\u016f dus\u00edku obecn\u011b je doprava. Stanice Brno-V\u00fdstavi\u0161t\u011b m\u00e1 koncentrace ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed se zbyl\u00fdmi dv\u011bma dopravn\u00edmi stanicemi v\u00fdrazn\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed. Prim\u00e1rn\u011b je to d\u00e1no faktem, \u017ee doprava v\u00a0jej\u00edm okol\u00ed b\u00fdv\u00e1 relativn\u011b plynul\u00e1 a stanice jako takov\u00e1 je \u00a0situovan\u00e1 na\u00a0otev\u0159en\u00e9m, dob\u0159e prov\u011btr\u00e1van\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b. V\u00a0tomto sm\u011bru je velmi pozitivn\u00ed, \u017ee zejm\u00e9na na dopravn\u00edch stanic\u00edch doch\u00e1z\u00ed dlouhodob\u011b k\u00a0poklesu koncentrac\u00ed NO<sub>2<\/sub> a imisn\u00ed limit ji\u017e p\u0159ekra\u010dov\u00e1n nen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Pro NO<sub>2<\/sub> je v\u00a0z\u00e1kon\u011b o ochran\u011b ovzdu\u0161\u00ed stanoven i imisn\u00ed limit pro hodinovou koncentraci. Tento limit nebyl v\u00a0roce 2021 rovn\u011b\u017e p\u0159ekro\u010den na \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 stanici v\u00a0Brn\u011b.<\/p>\n<h2>Oxid si\u0159i\u010dit\u00fd<\/h2>\n<p>Koncentrace oxidu si\u0159i\u010dit\u00e9ho p\u0159edstavovaly v\u00a0minulosti velk\u00fd probl\u00e9m zne\u010di\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed v\u00a0tehdej\u0161\u00edm \u010ceskoslovensku a n\u00e1sledn\u011b i v\u00a0\u010cesk\u00e9 republice. Od poloviny devades\u00e1t\u00fdch let ale do\u0161lo k\u00a0prudk\u00e9mu poklesu emis\u00ed SO<sub>2<\/sub>, tak\u00e9 d\u00edky nov\u00fdm na\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm. V\u00a0sou\u010dasnosti jsou tak koncentrace SO<sub>2<\/sub> celorepublikov\u011b velmi n\u00edzk\u00e9 a na naprost\u00e9 v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b \u00fazem\u00ed se pohybuj\u00ed hluboko pod hodnotou imisn\u00edho limitu. Nikde v\u00a0\u010cesk\u00e9 republice nen\u00ed ani jeden z\u00a0t\u011bchto limit\u016f v\u00a0sou\u010dasnosti p\u0159ekra\u010dov\u00e1n. Hodnoty ro\u010dn\u00edch pr\u016fm\u011br\u016f jsou dnes na tak n\u00edzk\u00fdch hodnot\u00e1ch, \u017ee meziro\u010dn\u00ed rozd\u00edly jsou prakticky nev\u00fdznamn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>Oxid uhelnat\u00fd<\/h2>\n<p>Stejn\u011b jako v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b oxidu si\u0159i\u010dit\u00e9ho jsou dnes koncentrace oxidu uhelnat\u00e9ho celorepublikov\u011b hluboko pod hodnotou imisn\u00edho limitu (10\u00a0000 \u00b5g.m<sup>-3<\/sup> v\u00a0max. 8h klouzav\u00e9m pr\u016fm\u011bru za den).
