N\u00ed\u017ee uveden\u00fd text uv\u00e1d\u00ed \u010desky nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed body zpr\u00e1vy.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Celou zpr\u00e1vu najdete <a href=\"https:\/\/climate.copernicus.eu\/esotc\/2020?q=ESOTC\/2020-press\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">zde<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Sv\u011bt<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>koncentrace sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plyn\u016f<\/strong> (CO<sub>2<\/sub> a NH<sub>3<\/sub>) v roce 2020 d\u00e1le stoupaly a dos\u00e1hly <strong>nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edch hodnot<\/strong> ro\u010dn\u00edho pr\u016fm\u011bru minim\u00e1ln\u011b od za\u010d\u00e1tku dru\u017eicov\u00e9ho monitoringu v roce 2003<\/li>\n<li>pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 teplota posledn\u00edho p\u011btilet\u00ed je nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed v historii m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed, o 1,2 \u00b0C vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e pr\u016fm\u011br 1850-1900.<\/li>\n<li>glob\u00e1ln\u011b byl rok 2020 <strong>jedn\u00edm z\u00a0t\u0159\u00ed nejteplej\u0161\u00edch<\/strong> v\u00a0historii m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u0161est nejteplej\u0161\u00edch let v\u00a0historii m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed p\u0159edstavuje posledn\u00edch \u0161est let<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s\u00a0dlouhodob\u00fdm pr\u016fm\u011brem bylo <strong>v\u00a0roce 2020 nejtepleji v\u00a0oblasti severn\u00ed Sibi\u0159e a okoln\u00edch \u010d\u00e1stech Arktidy<\/strong> (a\u017e + 6 \u00b0C nad pr\u016fm\u011brem 1981-2010).<\/li>\n<li>podpr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 byly teploty v\u00a0oblasti rovn\u00edkov\u00e9ho Pacifiku, za co\u017e mohl jev La Ni\u0148a, projevuj\u00edc\u00ed se v\u00a0druh\u00e9 polovin\u011b roku.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Evropa<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>celkov\u00e1 ro\u010dn\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 teplota, pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 teplota v\u00a0zim\u011b a pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 teplota na podzim v\u00a0roce 2020 byly nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed v\u00a0historii m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed<\/strong> v\u00a0Evrop\u011b.<\/li>\n<li>pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd ro\u010dn\u00ed teplota v\u00a0Evrop\u011b byla v\u00a0roce 2020 o 0,4 \u00b0C vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e dal\u0161\u00edch 5 nejteplej\u0161\u00edch let, kter\u00e9 se v\u0161echny vyskytly v\u00a0posledn\u00ed dek\u00e1d\u011b.<\/li>\n<li>pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 teplota v zim\u011b v\u00a0Evrop\u011b byla v\u00a0roce 2020 o v\u00edce ne\u017e 3,4 \u00b0C nad norm\u00e1lem 1981-2010. To je o v\u00edce ne\u017e 1,4 \u00b0C v\u00edce, ne\u017e byl dosavadn\u00ed rekord. Nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed odchylky byly <strong>p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v\u00a0severov\u00fdchodn\u00ed Evrop\u011b, co\u017e do zna\u010dn\u00e9 m\u00edry ovlivnilo rozsah sn\u011bhov\u00e9 pokr\u00fdvky a mno\u017estv\u00ed mo\u0159sk\u00e9ho ledu<\/strong>, stejn\u011b jako po\u010det dn\u00ed s\u00a0maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed teplotou pod 0 \u00b0C (tzv. ledov\u00fd den \u2013 den, kdy je teplota po cel\u00fd den pod bodem mrazu).<\/li>\n<li>v\u00a0l\u00e9t\u011b bylo zaznamen\u00e1no <strong>n\u011bkolik epizod veder<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 se projevovaly v\u00a0r\u016fzn\u00fdch oblastech v\u00a0r\u016fzn\u00e9 m\u011bs\u00edce. Celkov\u011b v\u0161ak vlny veder <strong>nebyly tak intenzivn\u00ed, dlouhotrvaj\u00edc\u00ed a rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9, jako tomu bylo v\u00a0n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159edchoz\u00edch letech<\/strong>. Teplotn\u00ed rekordy pro maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed teploty padaly nap\u0159\u00edklad v\u00a0\u010dervnu ve Skandin\u00e1vii \u010di v\u00a0srpnu v\u00a0z\u00e1padn\u00ed Evrop\u011b.<\/li>\n<li>bou\u0159e Alex p\u0159inesla rekordn\u00ed sr\u00e1\u017ekov\u00e9 \u00fahrny a vedla k\u00a0nadpr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fdm pr\u016ftok\u016fm \u0159ek ve zna\u010dn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti z\u00e1padn\u00ed Evropy, co\u017e na n\u011bkter\u00fdch m\u00edstech zp\u016fsobilo povodn\u011b.<\/li>\n<li>riziko po\u017e\u00e1ru bylo v\u00a0roce 2020 podobn\u00e9, jako je pr\u016fm\u011br pro obdob\u00ed 1981-2010, lok\u00e1ln\u011b v\u0161ak v\u00a0ur\u010dit\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stech roku bylo toto riziko nadpr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9, a to zejm\u00e9na na Balk\u00e1nu a ve v\u00fdchodn\u00ed Evrop\u011b na konci zimy a na ja\u0159e.<\/li>\n<li><strong>celkov\u00fd po\u010det hodin slune\u010dn\u00edho svitu byl v\u00a0Evrop\u011b v\u00a0roce 2020 nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed minim\u00e1ln\u011b od roku 1983<\/strong>, kdy zapo\u010dala dru\u017eicov\u00e1 m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>sr\u00e1\u017ekov\u00fd \u00fahrn byl v\u00fdrazn\u011bji nadpr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd v\u00a0\u00fanoru, \u010demu\u017e v\u0161ak n\u00e1sledovalo jedno z\u00a0nejsu\u0161\u0161\u00edch jar posledn\u00edch 40 let, a to jak z\u00a0hlediska p\u016fdn\u00ed vl\u00e1hy, tak z\u00a0hlediska mno\u017estv\u00ed sr\u00e1\u017eek.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Arktida<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>rok 2020 byl <strong>s velk\u00fdm n\u00e1skokem nejteplej\u0161\u00edm rokem v historii m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed v oblasti Sibi\u0159e<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>rozsah lesn\u00edch po\u017e\u00e1r\u016f a sucho v roce 2020 byli v l\u00e9t\u011b 2020 v oblasti Sibi\u0159e tak\u00e9 rekordn\u00ed.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b <strong>siln\u00fd pol\u00e1rn\u00ed vortex<\/strong> v\u00a0b\u0159eznu zap\u0159\u00ed\u010dinil rekordn\u011b rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9 <strong>zten\u010den\u00ed ozonov\u00e9 vrstvy<\/strong> na Severn\u00ed polokouli.<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Odborn\u00edci z evropsk\u00e9ho programu Copernicus dnes vydali zpr\u00e1vu o stavu klimatu v roce 2020.
