Nelze v tuto chv\u00edli prokazateln\u011b \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee v oblastech s hor\u0161\u00ed kvalitou ovzdu\u0161\u00ed je pr\u016fb\u011bh onemocn\u011bn\u00ed a jeho \u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed z\u00e1va\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Hlavn\u00ed vliv m\u011bly v roce 2020 dle model\u016f prim\u00e1rn\u011b konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed p\u0159ijat\u00e1 konkr\u00e9tn\u00edmi vl\u00e1dami. Z\u00e1v\u011bry se v\u0161ak shoduj\u00ed na tom, \u017ee je t\u0159eba tuto problematiku d\u00e1le intenzivn\u011b zkoumat.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>epidemiologick\u00e9 studie COVID-19, kter\u00e9 byly do sou\u010dasn\u00e9 doby provedeny, poskytly <strong>sm\u00ed\u0161en\u00e9 z\u00e1v\u011bry ohledn\u011b citlivosti viru a onemocn\u011bn\u00ed na meteorologick\u00e9 podm\u00ednky<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>dynamika p\u0159enosu COVID-19 v\u00a0roce 2020 byla pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b <strong>prim\u00e1rn\u011b ovlivn\u011bna na\u0159\u00edzen\u00edmi vl\u00e1d, sp\u00ed\u0161e ne\u017e meteorologick\u00fdmi podm\u00ednkami<\/strong>. Dal\u0161\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 faktory zahrnuj\u00ed zm\u011bny chov\u00e1n\u00ed populace a demografick\u00e9 faktory dan\u00e9 populace. V\u00a0posledn\u00ed dob\u011b bylo v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 tak\u00e9 zastoupen\u00ed jednotliv\u00fdch mutac\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>respira\u010dn\u00ed virov\u00e9 infekce \u010dasto vykazuj\u00ed jistou formu sez\u00f3nnosti, obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b v\u00a0oblastech m\u00edrn\u00e9ho klimatu. Sez\u00f3nnost respira\u010dn\u00edch virov\u00fdch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed \u2013 zejm\u00e9na kulminace na podzim a v\u00a0zim\u011b u ch\u0159ipky a nachlazen\u00ed v\u00a0m\u00edrn\u00fdch podneb\u00edch \u2013 rozv\u00ed\u0159ila debatu o siln\u00e9 z\u00e1vislosti COVID-19 pr\u00e1v\u011b na ro\u010dn\u00edm obdob\u00ed v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee by se zde toto onemocn\u011bn\u00ed vyskytovalo po v\u00edce let.<\/li>\n<li>prim\u00e1rn\u00ed mechanismy, souvisej\u00edc\u00ed se sez\u00f3nnost\u00ed respira\u010dn\u00edch virov\u00fdch infekci, zat\u00edm nejsou dob\u0159e prostudov\u00e1ny. Mohou souviset s kombinac\u00ed p\u0159\u00edm\u00fdch dopad\u016f na p\u0159e\u017eit\u00ed viru, dopad\u016f na odolnost imunitn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu, ale zahrnuj\u00ed i nep\u0159\u00edm\u00e9 vlivy jako po\u010das\u00ed a zm\u011bny chov\u00e1n\u00ed lid\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>laboratorn\u00ed studie SARS-CoV-2, viru zp\u016fsobuj\u00edc\u00edm COVID-19, poskytly ur\u010dit\u00e9 d\u016fkazy, \u017ee <strong>virus p\u0159e\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 d\u00e9le p\u0159i ni\u017e\u0161\u00edch teplot\u00e1ch, v\u00a0such\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed a p\u0159i ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed UV radiaci<\/strong>. Tyto studie v\u0161ak <strong>neposkytly p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9 d\u016fkazy v\u00fdznamn\u00e9ho vlivu meteorologick\u00fdch podm\u00ednek na virus a m\u00edru jeho p\u0159enosu v\u00a0praxi<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>existuj\u00ed d\u016fkazy, \u017ee chronick\u00e1 a kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e1 expozice zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9mu ovzdu\u0161\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee prohloubit symptomy a zv\u00fd\u0161it \u00famrtnost u n\u011bkter\u00fdch respira\u010dn\u00edch chorob. Toto je v\u00a0souladu s\u00a0v\u00fdsledky prvn\u00edch studi\u00ed zam\u011b\u0159en\u00fdch na COVID-19 a jeho \u00famrtnost. Tyto v\u00fdsledky v\u0161ak mus\u00ed b\u00fdt ov\u011b\u0159eny a bl\u00ed\u017ee prostudov\u00e1ny rizikov\u00e9 faktory na \u00farovni jednotlivce. <strong>V\u00a0tuto chv\u00edli neexistuje p\u0159\u00edm\u00fd, v\u011bdeckou komunitou potvrzen\u00fd, d\u016fkaz o vlivu zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed na \u017eivotaschopnost viru SARS-CoV-2 v\u00a0ovzdu\u0161\u00ed.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>modelov\u00e9 studie p\u0159edpokl\u00e1daj\u00ed, \u017ee p\u0159enos COVID-19 se m\u016f\u017ee po \u010dase st\u00e1t z\u00e1visl\u00fd na ro\u010dn\u00edm obdob\u00ed, tak\u017ee by meteorologick\u00e9 faktory mohly b\u00fdt v\u00a0budoucnu zahrnuty do p\u0159edpov\u011bd\u00ed v\u00fdvoje \u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed viru.<\/li>\n<li>v\u00a0tuto chv\u00edli v\u0161ak <strong>neexistuje podklad, na z\u00e1klad\u011b kter\u00e9ho by vl\u00e1dy m\u011bly meteorologick\u00e9 faktory br\u00e1t v\u00a0potaz p\u0159i schvalov\u00e1n\u00ed konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch opat\u0159en\u00ed pro zastaven\u00ed pandemie<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>v\u00fdzkum v\u00a0oblasti vlivu meteorologick\u00fdch podm\u00ednek na COVID-19 a jeho \u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed mus\u00ed v\u00a0budoucnu pokra\u010dovat. Je to kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 pro v\u00fdvoj budouc\u00edch model\u016f, kter\u00e9 simuluj\u00ed epidemiologickou situaci. V\u00a0potaz by m\u011bly b\u00fdt br\u00e1ny jak p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9, tak nep\u0159\u00edm\u00e9 faktory.<\/li>\n<li>v\u011bdecky ov\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 studie maj\u00ed potenci\u00e1l ovlivnit rozhodnut\u00ed o zdrav\u00ed populace a vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed rizik onemocn\u011bn\u00ed ve\u0159ejnost\u00ed.
