U men\u0161\u00edch frakc\u00ed PM<sub>2,5<\/sub> a PM<sub>1<\/sub> byl pom\u011br o n\u011bco ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed, tedy hodnoty na n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed Svobody byly ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e byl pr\u016fm\u011br pro poza\u010fov\u00e9 stanice (96 %, respektive 82 %). Naopak u oxid\u016f dus\u00edku, a to jak NO<sub>2<\/sub>, tak NO, byly hodnoty na n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed Svobody vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e byl pr\u016fm\u011br pro poza\u010fov\u00e9 stanice.\u00a0 NO<sub>2<\/sub> o 13 %, u NO o 17 %. Ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s\u00a0dopravn\u00edmi stanicemi byl pr\u016fm\u011br z\u00a0n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed Svobody jak u \u010d\u00e1stic PM, tak u oxid\u016f dus\u00edku ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed. Nejv\u00fdrazn\u011bji se rozd\u00edl projevoval u oxidu dusnat\u00e9ho (NO), kde byly koncentrace na dopravn\u00edch stanic\u00edch v\u00a0pr\u016fm\u011bru t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 trojn\u00e1sobn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdsledky letn\u00ed kampan\u011b v\u00a0roce 2019 jsou m\u00edrn\u011b odli\u0161n\u00e9. U \u010d\u00e1stic PM<sub>10<\/sub> byly hodnoty na n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed Svobody v\u00a0pr\u016fm\u011bru vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e na poza\u010fov\u00fdch (o 25 %), a dokonce i vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e na dopravn\u00edch stanic\u00edch (o 10 %). U \u010d\u00e1stic PM<sub>2,5<\/sub> i PM<sub>1<\/sub> byly hodnoty p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b shodn\u00e9 s\u00a0pr\u016fm\u011brem pro poza\u010fov\u00e9 stanice. U NO<sub>2<\/sub> byly pr\u016fm\u011br koncentrac\u00ed z\u00a0n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed Svobody o 30 % vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e byl pr\u016fm\u011br pro poza\u010fov\u00e9 stanice a o polovinu ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e na dopravn\u00edch stanic\u00edch. U NO byly hodnoty na n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed Svobody na rozd\u00edl od roku 2021 ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e na jak poza\u010fov\u00fdch, tak dopravn\u00edch stanic\u00edch.<\/p>\n<p>Jak se li\u0161ily koncentrace v roce 2021 od t\u011bch z letn\u00ed kampan\u011b 2019? To ukazuje n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed graf. Hodnoty nad 1 zna\u010d\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed koncentrace v zimn\u00ed kampani a naopak.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00a0grafu je patrn\u00e9, \u017ee u \u010d\u00e1stic PM<sub>10<\/sub> byly hodnoty v\u00a0letn\u00ed i zimn\u00ed kampani podobn\u00e9. U men\u0161\u00edch \u010d\u00e1stic byly hodnoty ze zimn\u00ed kampan\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed. To stejn\u00e9 plat\u00ed o NO<sub>2<\/sub> a CO, kde byly hodnoty p\u0159i zimn\u00ed kampani asi o 50 % vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed. Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed rozd\u00edl byl pozorov\u00e1n u oxidu dusnat\u00e9ho (NO), jeho\u017e koncentrace byly b\u011bhem zimn\u00ed kampan\u011b v\u00edce ne\u017e \u010dty\u0159n\u00e1sobn\u00e9 ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s\u00a0kampan\u00ed v\u00a0l\u00e9t\u011b 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed koncentrace v\u011bt\u0161iny l\u00e1tek (s v\u00fdjimkou SO<sub>2<\/sub>) b\u011bhem zimn\u00ed kampan\u011b nejsou p\u0159ekvapen\u00edm, nebo\u0165 koncentrace v\u0161ech zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek s\u00a0v\u00fdjimkou p\u0159\u00edzemn\u00edho ozonu b\u00fdvaj\u00ed nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed v\u00a0chladnou \u010d\u00e1st roku. Je to d\u00e1no jak odli\u0161nou skladbou a v\u00fdznamnost\u00ed n\u011bkter\u00fdch zdroj\u016f (zejm\u00e9na vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed), tak faktem, \u017ee b\u00fdvaj\u00ed v\u00a0zim\u011b hor\u0161\u00ed rozptylov\u00e9 podm\u00ednky, m\u00e9n\u011b sr\u00e1\u017eek apod. Touto skute\u010dnost\u00ed lze vysv\u011btlit n\u00e1r\u016fst koncentrac\u00ed PM, NO<sub>2<\/sub> a CO.<\/p>\n<p>U NO je pravd\u011bpodobnou p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou sp\u00ed\u0161e n\u011bjak\u00fd m\u00edstn\u00ed zdroj, pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b dopravn\u00ed, kter\u00fd p\u016fsobil v t\u011bsn\u00e9 bl\u00edzkosti m\u011b\u0159ic\u00edho vozu.<\/p>\n<p>Koncentrace NO b\u011bhem cel\u00e9 m\u011b\u0159ic\u00ed kampan\u011b byly relativn\u011b n\u00edzk\u00e9 a celkov\u00fd pr\u016fm\u011br zkreslilo n\u011bkolik v\u00fdrazn\u00fdch \u0161pi\u010dek koncentrac\u00ed. Pr\u00e1v\u011b tyto \u0161pi\u010dky souvisely pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b s n\u011bjak\u00fdm v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm bl\u00edzk\u00fdm zdrojem, kter\u00fdm mohl b\u00fdt nap\u0159\u00edklad zaparkovan\u00fd nastartovan\u00fd v\u016fz bl\u00edzko m\u011b\u0159ic\u00edho vozu. Pokud z dat vyfiltrujeme pouze hodiny, kdy pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 koncentrace NO p\u0159es\u00e1hla hodnotu 150 \u00b5g\u2219m<sup>\u20133<\/sup>, pak v\u0161ech t\u011bchto 7 hodinov\u00fdch interval\u016f spad\u00e1 do rann\u00edch hodin mezi 8. a 10. hodinou.<\/p>\n<p>Celkov\u011b m\u016f\u017eeme \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee koncentrace \u010d\u00e1stic PM byly na n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed Svobody podobn\u00e9 jako na ostatn\u00edch poza\u010fov\u00fdch stanic\u00edch imisn\u00edho monitoringu v Brn\u011b. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b koncentrac\u00ed oxid\u016f dus\u00edku byly hodnoty vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e na stanic\u00edch poza\u010fov\u00fdch, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e na stanic\u00edch dopravn\u00edch. Tyto l\u00e1tky jsou v Brn\u011b prim\u00e1rn\u011b emitov\u00e1ny dopravou. Vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hodnoty nam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 na n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed Svobody nasv\u011bd\u010duj\u00ed jak faktu, \u017ee je toto m\u00edsto vzhledem k okoln\u00ed z\u00e1stavb\u011b velmi \u0161patn\u011b prov\u011btr\u00e1van\u00e9, tak faktu, \u017ee by\u0165 se jedn\u00e1 o p\u011b\u0161\u00ed z\u00f3nu, zaj\u00ed\u017ed\u00ed sem \u0159ada voz\u016f s povolen\u00edm vjezdu.<\/p>\n<p>M\u011bsto Brno v ned\u00e1vn\u00e9 dob\u011b zp\u0159\u00edsnilo podm\u00ednky pro vjezd voz\u016f do historick\u00e9ho centra m\u011bsta. Dal\u0161\u00edm mo\u017en\u00fdm opat\u0159en\u00edm, kter\u00e9 by mohlo p\u0159isp\u011bt k lep\u0161\u00ed kvalit\u011b ovzdu\u0161\u00ed ve m\u011bst\u011b, by bylo upozor\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed a kontrolov\u00e1n\u00ed, zda \u0159idi\u010di v historick\u00e9m centru nenech\u00e1vaj\u00ed vozy nastartovan\u00e9 po del\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e nezbytnou dobu.<\/p>\n<h2>Z\u00e1v\u011br<\/h2>\n<p>V\u00fdsledky m\u011b\u0159\u00edc\u00ed kampan\u011b na n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed Svobody uk\u00e1zaly, \u017ee u koncentrac\u00ed suspendovan\u00fdch (prachov\u00fdch) \u010d\u00e1stic, byly pozorovan\u00e9 hodnoty v\u00a0pr\u016fm\u011bru podobn\u00e9 ostatn\u00edm poza\u010fov\u00fdm stanic\u00edm v\u00a0Brn\u011b. \u010c\u00edm men\u0161\u00ed byla velikostn\u00ed frakce \u010d\u00e1stic, t\u00edm byly hodnoty ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s\u00a0jin\u00fdmi poza\u010fov\u00fdmi stanicemi ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed (nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed u PM<sub>1<\/sub>, kde se jednalo jen o p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 80 % pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 hodnoty jin\u00fdch poza\u010fov\u00fdch stanic, naopak u PM<sub>10<\/sub> hodnoty v\u00edcem\u00e9n\u011b v\u00a0pr\u016fm\u011bru toto\u017en\u00e9).<\/p>\n<p>U oxidu dusi\u010dit\u00e9ho byla situace velmi podobn\u00e1 t\u00e9 z letn\u00ed kampan\u011b v srpnu 2019. Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 koncentrace NO<sub>2<\/sub> na n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed Svobody byly vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e na poza\u010fov\u00fdch stanic\u00edch v\u00a0Brn\u011b (v t\u00e9to m\u011b\u0159\u00edc\u00ed kampani o p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 15 %, v\u00a0letn\u00ed 2019 o asi 30 %), av\u0161ak z\u00e1rove\u0148 ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e jsou pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 hodnoty ze stanic dopravn\u00edch (v t\u00e9to kampani asi o 15-20 %, v\u00a0letn\u00ed 2019 o v\u00edce ne\u017e 40 %). Tento fakt lze vysv\u011btlit t\u00edm, \u017ee a\u010dkoliv se jedn\u00e1 o p\u011b\u0161\u00ed z\u00f3nu, neznamen\u00e1 to, \u017ee sem \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 vozidla nezaj\u00ed\u017ed\u00ed a dal\u0161\u00edm d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm faktorem je velmi \u0161patn\u00e9 prov\u011btr\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed t\u00e9to lokality vzhledem k\u00a0hust\u00e9 z\u00e1stavb\u011b v\u00edcem\u00e9n\u011b ze v\u0161ech sm\u011br\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed rozd\u00edl mezi letn\u00ed kampan\u00ed 2019 a zimn\u00ed kampan\u00ed 2021 byly pom\u011brov\u011b koncentrace oxidu dusnat\u00e9ho. Oxidu dusnat\u00fd vznik\u00e1 v Brn\u011b prim\u00e1rn\u011b z dopravy. Je to velmi reaktivn\u00ed l\u00e1tka, kter\u00e1 rychle oxiduje na oxid dusi\u010dit\u00fd. Vysok\u00e9 koncentrace NO jsou tedy pouze v bl\u00edzkosti dopravn\u011b zat\u00ed\u017een\u00fdch lokalit, na rozd\u00edl od NO<sub>2<\/sub>, kter\u00e9 se v\u00a0tomto sm\u011bru m\u016f\u017ee \u0161\u00ed\u0159it na v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed vzd\u00e1lenosti. Vysok\u00e9 koncentrace NO tedy znamenaj\u00ed, \u017ee se pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b jednalo o zdroj n\u011bkde p\u0159\u00edmo na n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed. Hlub\u0161\u00ed anal\u00fdza t\u011bchto v\u00fdsledk\u016f pak odhalila, \u017ee byl pr\u016fm\u011br zv\u00fd\u0161en n\u011bkolika vysok\u00fdmi \u0161pi\u010dkami b\u011bhem m\u011b\u0159ic\u00ed kampan\u011b, kter\u00e9 se vyskytly v\u00a0r\u016fzn\u00e9 dny, av\u0161ak v\u017edy mezi 8. a 10. hodinou dopoledne. Mo\u017en\u00fdm vysv\u011btlen\u00edm je nap\u0159\u00edklad v\u016fz z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00fd mohl v\u00a0rann\u00edch hodin\u00e1ch dov\u00e1\u017eet zbo\u017e\u00ed, parkovat p\u0159\u00edmo vedle m\u011b\u0159ic\u00edho vozu a pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b se zapnut\u00fdm motorem. Tuto hypot\u00e9zu podporuj\u00ed i zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 koncentrace suspendovan\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic (a CO) ve shodnou dobu. U CO je patrn\u00e9, \u017ee hodnoty byly na n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed Svobody ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e na dopravn\u00edch stanic\u00edch, co\u017e op\u011bt souvis\u00ed s\u00a0faktem, \u017ee na dopravn\u00edch stanic\u00edch obecn\u011b b\u00fdv\u00e1 CO kv\u016fli doprav\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Na z\u00e1klad\u011b nam\u011b\u0159en\u00fdch dat a jejich vyhodnocen\u00ed, lze vyvodit n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed doporu\u010den\u00ed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>povolovat vjezd pouze voz\u016fm, u nich\u017e je to nezbytn\u011b nutn\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>d\u016fsledn\u011b dodr\u017eovat a kontrolovat vyp\u00edn\u00e1n\u00ed motoru u zaparkovan\u00fdch vozidel, zejm\u00e9na nap\u0159. u vozidel z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed.
