Z\u00e1rove\u0148 jsme na za\u010d\u00e1tku tohoto roku psali o tom, \u017ee <a href=\"https:\/\/chmibrno.org\/blog\/2021\/01\/08\/koncentrace-znecistujicich-latek-v-krajich-jihomoravskem-zlinskem-a-vysocina-byly-v-roce-2020-na-rade-stanic-historicky-nejnizsi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">kvalita ovzdu\u0161\u00ed v roce 2020<\/a> byla celkov\u011b zat\u00edm nejlep\u0161\u00ed v historii m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed. Hlavn\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou tak dobr\u00e9ho stavu v roce 2020 byly velmi p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9 rozptylov\u00e9 a meteorologick\u00e9 podm\u00ednky, dlouhodob\u00fd pokles emis\u00ed a v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b NO<sub>X<\/sub> i nouzov\u00fd stav. Vliv nouzov\u00e9ho stavu na kvalitu ovzdu\u0161\u00ed byl tak\u00e9 pops\u00e1n ve dvou zpr\u00e1v\u00e1ch \u010cHM\u00da, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chmi.cz\/files\/portal\/docs\/uoco\/mes_zpravy\/KVETEN_2020.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed zpr\u00e1v\u011b<\/a> z jara 2020 a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chmi.cz\/files\/portal\/docs\/uoco\/mes_zpravy\/Rocni_zprava_2020.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">p\u0159edb\u011b\u017en\u00e9 zpr\u00e1v\u011b<\/a> o kvalit\u011b ovzdu\u0161\u00ed v roce 2020 z ledna 2021.<\/p>\n<h2>Meteorologick\u00e9 podm\u00ednky v roce 2020<\/h2>\n<p>\u00danor 2020 byl po str\u00e1nce kvality ovzdu\u0161\u00ed velmi specifick\u00fd. Specifick\u00e9 byly toti\u017e meteorologick\u00e9 podm\u00ednky. M\u011bs\u00edc byl z pohledu pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 teploty vzduchu mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b nadnorm\u00e1ln\u00ed &#8211; o 4,6 \u00b0C teplej\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e kolik \u010din\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011br 1981\u20132010. V\u00fdrazn\u011b teplotn\u011b nadpr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 m\u011bs\u00edce v chladn\u00e9m obdob\u00ed roku m\u00edvaj\u00ed pozitivn\u00ed vliv na kvalitu ovzdu\u0161\u00ed, proto\u017ee to znamen\u00e1 ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed emise z vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed. Pr\u00e1v\u011b lok\u00e1ln\u00ed vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed p\u0159edstavuje nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed probl\u00e9m zne\u010di\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed v \u010cR a je jednozna\u010dn\u011b hlavn\u00edm zdrojem emis\u00ed prim\u00e1rn\u00edch suspendovan\u00fdch (prachov\u00fdch) \u010d\u00e1stic.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1rove\u0148 to byl m\u011bs\u00edc sr\u00e1\u017ekov\u011b siln\u011b nadnorm\u00e1ln\u00ed (napr\u0161elo v\u00edce ne\u017e dvojn\u00e1sobek pr\u016fm\u011bru 1981\u20132010), co\u017e op\u011bt vede k v\u00fdrazn\u00e9mu zlep\u0161en\u00ed kvality ovzdu\u0161\u00ed &#8211; zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed l\u00e1tky jsou vym\u00fdv\u00e1ny z ovzdu\u0161\u00ed na zem.<\/p>\n<p>V neposledn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b m\u016f\u017eeme zm\u00ednit i n\u011bkolik dn\u00ed s v\u00fdrazn\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00edmi rychlostmi v\u011btru, kter\u00e9 souvisely nap\u0159\u00edklad s vich\u0159ic\u00ed Sabine, kter\u00e1 se na\u0161im \u00fazem\u00edm v \u00fanoru prohnala. Vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed rychlosti v\u011btru znamenaj\u00ed lep\u0161\u00ed rozptylov\u00e9 podm\u00ednky &#8211; zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed l\u00e1tky se v atmosf\u00e9\u0159e l\u00e9pe rozptyluj\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Se\u010dteno podtr\u017eeno, v \u00fanoru 2020 byly ide\u00e1ln\u00ed podm\u00ednky pro dobrou kvalitu ovzdu\u0161\u00ed, a to se opravdu potvrdilo. Koncentrace \u0159ady zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek byly o des\u00edtky procent ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e je pro toto obdob\u00ed obvykl\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>Mobilita obyvatelstva<\/h2>\n<p>Mobilita obyvatelstva byla pro \u00fa\u010dely tohoto \u010dl\u00e1nku hodnocena na z\u00e1klad\u011b anonymizovan\u00fdch geoloka\u010dn\u00edch <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/covid19\/mobility\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00fadaj\u016f<\/a> od spole\u010dnosti Google, kter\u00e1 tato data z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1 od u\u017eivatel\u016f opera\u010dn\u00edch syst\u00e9m\u016f Android. N\u00ed\u017ee uveden\u00fd graf ukazuje zm\u011bnu mobility (v %) oproti b\u011b\u017en\u00e9mu stavu. B\u011b\u017en\u00fd stav je v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b medi\u00e1n p\u011btit\u00fddenn\u00edho obdob\u00ed od 3. ledna do 6. \u00fanora 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Data od Google jsou poskytov\u00e1na v denn\u00edm intervalu se za\u010d\u00e1tkem 15. 2. 2020. Pr\u016fm\u011br pro \u00fanor 2020 je tedy vypo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1n pouze z poloviny m\u011bs\u00edce &#8211; p\u0159esto byl tento \u00fadaj v tomto grafu zahrnut, nebo\u0165 pr\u00e1v\u011b pr\u016fm\u011br z \u00fanora 2020 je pro \u00fa\u010dely tohoto \u010dl\u00e1nku kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>Jak je z grafu vid\u011bt, v \u00fanoru 2020 byla mobilita obyvatelstva dokonce m\u00edrn\u011b nadpr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 (+ 2,6 %). P\u0159esto\u017ee chyb\u00ed srovn\u00e1n\u00ed z prvn\u00ed poloviny m\u011bs\u00edce, vzhledem k okolnostem se nelze domn\u00edvat, \u017ee by mobilita v prvn\u00ed polovin\u011b \u00fanora 2020 byla v\u00fdznamn\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed. Jin\u00fdmi slovy tedy lze konstatovat, \u017ee pohyb obyvatel v \u00fanoru 2020 byl roven b\u011b\u017en\u00e9mu stavu.<\/p>\n<p>Prudk\u00fd pokles pr\u016fm\u011bru nastal v b\u0159eznu 2020, a to v souvislosti s vyhl\u00e1\u0161en\u00edm prvn\u00edho nouzov\u00e9ho stavu a s n\u00edm souvisej\u00edc\u00edmi opat\u0159en\u00edmi. V dubnu 2020 je pak pokles je\u0161t\u011b patrn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, co\u017e je d\u00e1no faktem, \u017ee pokles nastal v b\u0159eznu p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm po vyhl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed nouzov\u00e9ho stavu, co\u017e bylo a\u017e 16. 3., tedy v polovin\u011b m\u011bs\u00edce, proto v m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00edm pr\u016fm\u011bru nen\u00ed pokles tak patrn\u00fd. Od kv\u011btna 2020 se postupn\u011b situace op\u011bt normalizovala a b\u011bhem letn\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f a v z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed byla mobilita ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed oproti srovn\u00e1vac\u00edmu obdob\u00ed jen o p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 5 %.<\/p>\n<p>Na podzim v\u0161ak s n\u00e1stupem druh\u00e9 vlny epidemie do\u0161lo op\u011bt k prudk\u00e9mu propadu. V lednu 2021 byl pokles mobility p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 40 %, v \u00fanoru 2021 kolem 35 %. M\u00e1me zde tedy jasn\u00fd d\u016fkaz o skute\u010dnosti, \u017ee v \u00fanoru 2021 m\u011bl nouzov\u00fd stav vliv na intenzitu dopravy &#8211; pouze je t\u0159eba m\u00edt na pam\u011bti, \u017ee se nejedn\u00e1 o p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9 s\u010d\u00edt\u00e1n\u00ed dopravy, proto konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed pokles nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt p\u0159esn\u011b shodn\u00fd s poklesem mno\u017estv\u00ed automobil\u016f na silnic\u00edch.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/chmibrno.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/mobilita2021.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4789\" src=\"https:\/\/chmibrno.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/mobilita2021.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1459\" height=\"659\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.enviblog.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/mobilita2021.png 1459w, https:\/\/www.enviblog.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/mobilita2021-300x136.png 300w, https:\/\/www.enviblog.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/mobilita2021-1024x463.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.enviblog.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/mobilita2021-768x347.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1459px) 100vw, 1459px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u010cHM\u00da provozuje i jeden s\u010d\u00edta\u010d dopravy na stanici \u00dast\u00ed nad Labem &#8211; V\u0161ebo\u0159ick\u00e1. Data z t\u00e9to stanice ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee pokles po\u010dtu voz\u016f byl v lednu i v \u00fanoru 2021 oproti stejn\u00fdm m\u011bs\u00edc\u016fm v roce 2020 o 15, respektive 14 %. P\u0159esto\u017ee se jedn\u00e1 pouze o data z jedn\u00e9 stanice, je to v kombinaci s daty Google dal\u0161\u00edm d\u016fkazem skute\u010dn\u00e9ho poklesu dopravy b\u011bhem nouzov\u00e9ho stavu. Mobilita vyj\u00e1d\u0159ena daty z OS Android vyjad\u0159uje celkovou mobilitu, i se zapo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1n\u00edm nap\u0159. ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 dopravy apod., proto nen\u00ed pokles shodn\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>V hodnocen\u00ed na ja\u0159e lo\u0148sk\u00e9ho roku jsme se tak\u00e9 zam\u011b\u0159ili na to, zda lid\u00e9 tr\u00e1vili b\u011bhem nouzov\u00e9ho stavu v\u00edce \u010dasu doma. To by v chladn\u00e9 m\u011bs\u00edce mohlo znamenat vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed pot\u0159ebu vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed, a tedy i vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed emise z tohoto v\u00fdznamn\u00e9ho zdroje zne\u010di\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed. Anal\u00fdza z jara uk\u00e1zala, \u017ee koncentrace \u010d\u00e1stic PM<sub>10<\/sub> opravdu byly b\u011bhem prvn\u00edho m\u011bs\u00edce nouzov\u00e9ho stavu od 16. 3. 2020 nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed za posledn\u00edch 6 let. To mohlo b\u00fdt d\u00e1no jak meteorologick\u00fdmi podm\u00ednkami, tak pr\u00e1v\u011b skute\u010dnost\u00ed, \u017ee lid\u00e9 tr\u00e1vili v\u00edce \u010dasu doma. O kolik \u010dasu v\u00edce to bylo? Kvantifikovat tento rozd\u00edl m\u016f\u017eeme op\u011bt s vyu\u017eit\u00edm stejn\u00e9ho zdroje dat, tedy anonymizovan\u00fdch geoloka\u010dn\u00edch informac\u00ed u\u017eivatel\u016f OS Android.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ed\u017ee uveden\u00fd graf ukazuje procentu\u00e1ln\u00ed zm\u011bnu v \u010dase str\u00e1ven\u00e9m lidmi v dom\u00e1cnostech.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/chmibrno.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/mobilita2021Hoe.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4790\" src=\"https:\/\/chmibrno.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/mobilita2021Hoe.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1401\" height=\"659\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.enviblog.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/mobilita2021Hoe.png 1401w, https:\/\/www.enviblog.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/mobilita2021Hoe-300x141.png 300w, https:\/\/www.enviblog.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/mobilita2021Hoe-1024x482.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.enviblog.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/mobilita2021Hoe-768x361.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1401px) 100vw, 1401px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Trend je zde p\u0159esn\u011b opa\u010dn\u00fd ne\u017e v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b dat o doprav\u011b. \u00danor 2020 je sice vypo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1n pouze z poloviny m\u011bs\u00edce, ale lze se domn\u00edvat, \u017ee se jednalo o b\u011b\u017en\u00fd stav. N\u00e1sledn\u011b do\u0161lo k n\u00e1r\u016fstu o 10 a\u017e 15 % p\u0159i vyhl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed prvn\u00edho nouzov\u00e9ho stavu. V l\u00e9t\u011b byla situace podobn\u00e1 b\u011b\u017en\u00e9mu stavu, n\u00e1sledn\u011b s n\u00e1stupem druh\u00e9 vlny epidemie se op\u011bt \u010das str\u00e1ven\u00fd v dom\u00e1cnostech zv\u00fd\u0161il a od listopadu 2020 je vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed o p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 12 %.<\/p>\n<h2>Kvalita ovzdu\u0161\u00ed<\/h2>\n<h3>Srovn\u00e1n\u00ed \u00fanoru 2020 a 2021<\/h3>\n<p>Ve <a href=\"https:\/\/chmibrno.org\/blog\/2021\/01\/18\/kvalita-ovzdusi-byla-v-ceske-republice-v-roce-2020-na-rade-mist-nejlepsi-v-historii-mereni\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">zpr\u00e1v\u00e1ch o kvalit\u011b ovzdu\u0161\u00ed v roce 2020<\/a> jsme zd\u016fraz\u0148ovali, \u017ee hlavn\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou dobr\u00e9ho stavu nebyl nouzov\u00fd stav. Ten sice vedl k ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed intenzit\u011b dopravy, a t\u00edm i ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm emis\u00edm z dopravy, v\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pokles dopravy v\u0161ak byl patrn\u00fd pouze v n\u011bkter\u00e9 t\u00fddny roku, co\u017e v celkov\u00e9m ro\u010dn\u00edm pr\u016fm\u011bru nebylo p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 patrn\u00e9. Doprava je spojov\u00e1na p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm s emisemi oxid\u016f dus\u00edku, u kter\u00fdch tedy p\u0159i jej\u00edm v\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm poklesu muselo doj\u00edt k poklesu. U jin\u00fdch l\u00e1tek, jako nap\u0159\u00edklad u suspendovan\u00fdch (prachov\u00fdch) \u010d\u00e1stic, mohlo naopak vlivem nouzov\u00e9ho stavu doj\u00edt ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed koncentrac\u00ed, nebo\u0165 hlavn\u00edm zdrojem je vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed a lid\u00e9 b\u011bhem nouzov\u00e9ho stavu tr\u00e1vili v\u00edce \u010dasu doma, a tedy mohli i v\u00edce topit.<\/p>\n<p>V \u00fanoru 2021, na rozd\u00edl od \u00fanora 2020, byl vyhl\u00e1\u0161en nouzov\u00fd stav. Nav\u00edc byla epidemiologick\u00e1 situace v \u00fanoru v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice \u0161patn\u00e1 a platila \u0159ada omezen\u00ed a opat\u0159en\u00ed, v\u010detn\u011b \u0159ady lid\u00ed pracuj\u00edc\u00edch z domova, zav\u0159en\u00fdch obchod\u016f, slu\u017eeb atd. Meteorologick\u00e9 podm\u00ednky v \u00fanoru 2021 ale nebyly zdaleka tak p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9, jako ty v roce 2020. Ur\u010ditou \u010d\u00e1st m\u011bs\u00edce bylo velmi chladn\u00e9 po\u010das\u00ed s teplotami po cel\u00e9 republice kolem -10 a m\u00e9n\u011b stup\u0148\u016f Celsia. Sr\u00e1\u017eek bylo m\u00e9n\u011b a rozptylov\u00e9 podm\u00ednky nebyly tak p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ed\u017ee uveden\u00e9 grafy jsou kr\u00e1sn\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edkladem toho, \u017ee vliv nouzov\u00e9ho stavu je v\u00fdrazn\u011b men\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e vliv meteorologick\u00fdch podm\u00ednek.<\/p>\n<p>Detailn\u00ed anal\u00fdza s vyhodnocen\u00edm je provedena pro brn\u011bnsk\u00e9 stanice, nechyb\u00ed ale obdobn\u00e9 hodnocen\u00ed pra\u017esk\u00fdch stanic, kde jsou v\u00fdsledky velmi podobn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h4>Brno a okol\u00ed<\/h4>\n<p>Srovn\u00e1n\u00ed zahrnuje 10 stanic imisn\u00edho monitoringu v Brn\u011b a poza\u010fovou region\u00e1ln\u00ed stanici pobl\u00ed\u017e Mikulova, kter\u00e1 reprezentuje \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed okol\u00ed v kraji. U NO<sub>X<\/sub> byly koncentrace v \u00fanoru 2021 v pr\u016fm\u011bru o p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 60 % vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed, u NO<sub>2<\/sub> byly hodnoty vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed o v pr\u016fm\u011bru 50 %. Op\u011bt se tedy potvrzuje, \u017ee i p\u0159es pokles dopravy, kter\u00e1 je hlavn\u00edm zdrojem t\u011bchto l\u00e1tek ve m\u011bstech, byly hodnoty v \u00fanoru 2021 vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed, jeliko\u017e byly odli\u0161n\u00e9 meteorologick\u00e9 podm\u00ednky.<\/p>\n<h4>Praha<\/h4>\n<p>Hodnocen\u00ed hlavn\u00edho m\u011bsta vych\u00e1z\u00ed op\u011bt z operativn\u00edch dat \u010cHM\u00da o koncentrac\u00edch \u010d\u00e1stic PM<sub>10<\/sub>, NO<sub>X<\/sub> a NO<sub>2<\/sub>. Stejn\u011b jako v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b Brna, i zde jsou koncentrace na v\u0161ech stanic\u00edch a u v\u0161ech analyzovan\u00fdch zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed v \u00fanoru 2021 ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s \u00fanorem 2020. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b \u010d\u00e1stic PM<sub>10<\/sub> je rozd\u00edl v pr\u016fm\u011bru v\u00edce ne\u017e trojn\u00e1sobn\u00fd. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 toto srovn\u00e1n\u00ed dob\u0159e ilustruje, \u017ee nouzov\u00fd stav nem\u011bl v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice takov\u00fd v\u00fdznam a zcela jist\u011b nebyl hlavn\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u011b dobr\u00e9 kvality ovzdu\u0161\u00ed v roce 2020.<\/p>\n<p>\u010c\u00e1st v\u011bnovan\u00e1 mobilit\u011b obyvatelstva ukazuje na fakt, \u017ee v \u00fanoru 2021 ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed se stejn\u00fdm m\u011bs\u00edcem o rok d\u0159\u00edve, byla v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice v\u00fdrazn\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed mobilita obyvatelstva a lid\u00e9 tr\u00e1vili m\u00edrn\u011b v\u00edce \u010dasu v dom\u00e1cnostech. Po cel\u00fd \u00fanor 2021 byl v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice vyhl\u00e1\u0161en nouzov\u00fd stav.<\/p>\n<p>\u010c\u00e1st v\u011bnovan\u00e1 meteorologick\u00fdm podm\u00ednk\u00e1m ukazuje, \u017ee \u00fanor 2021 byl z pohledu rozptylov\u00fdch a meteorologick\u00fdch podm\u00ednek v\u00fdrazn\u011b m\u00e9n\u011b p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00fd ne\u017e \u00fanor 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Hodnocen\u00ed kvality ovzdu\u0161\u00ed na v\u00edce ne\u017e 10 stanic\u00edch v Praze a Brn\u011b uk\u00e1zalo, \u017ee koncentrace v\u0161ech hodnocen\u00fdch zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek (\u010d\u00e1stice PM<sub>10<\/sub>, oxidy dus\u00edku a oxid dusi\u010dit\u00fd) byly na v\u0161ech hodnocen\u00fdch stanic\u00edch v \u00fanoru 2021 v\u00fdrazn\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed, v n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech i t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 \u010dty\u0159n\u00e1sobn\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Z t\u011bchto tvrzen\u00ed lze u\u010dinit n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed z\u00e1v\u011bry:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>vzhledem k poklesu intenzity dopravy muselo doj\u00edt k poklesu emis\u00ed z dopravy (doprava je v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm zdrojem p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm oxid\u016f dus\u00edku).<\/li>\n<li>v d\u016fsledku nouzov\u00e9ho stavu mohlo doj\u00edt i k n\u00e1r\u016fstu emis\u00ed (a v n\u00e1vaznosti na to i koncentrac\u00ed) suspendovan\u00fdch (prachov\u00fdch) \u010d\u00e1stic, jeliko\u017e lid\u00e9 tr\u00e1vili v\u00edce \u010dasu doma a tedy mohla b\u00fdt zv\u00fd\u0161ena intenzita vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed, kter\u00e9 je velmi v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm zdrojem zne\u010di\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed<\/li>\n<li>meteorologick\u00e9 a rozptylov\u00e9 podm\u00ednky v oba \u00fanory byly v\u00fdrazn\u011b odli\u0161n\u00e9 &#8211; v\u00fdrazn\u011b p\u0159\u00edzniv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed byl v tomto ohledu rok 2020.<\/li>\n<li>fakt, \u017ee koncentrace \u010d\u00e1stic PM<sub>10<\/sub> byly v \u00fanoru 2021 v pr\u016fm\u011bru v\u00edce ne\u017e dvojn\u00e1sobn\u00e9 ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s \u00fanorem 2020 a vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed na v\u0161ech hodnocen\u00fdch stanic\u00edch lze vysv\u011btlit dv\u011bma zp\u016fsoby\n<ul>\n<li>pravd\u011bpodobn\u00fdm hlavn\u00edm faktorem byly pr\u00e1v\u011b zhor\u0161en\u00e9 rozptylov\u00e9 podm\u00ednky a velmi n\u00edzk\u00e9 teploty (emise z vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed byly vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e v \u00fanoru 2020)<\/li>\n<li>do jist\u00e9 m\u00edry se zde mohl negativn\u011b podepsat i nouzov\u00fd stav, nebo\u0165 lid\u00e9 tr\u00e1vili v\u00edce \u010dasu doma a to mohlo je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edce zv\u00fd\u0161it pot\u0159ebu topit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>u oxid\u016f dus\u00edku lze p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dat, \u017ee vliv nouzov\u00e9ho stavu a meteorologick\u00fdch podm\u00ednek je protich\u016fdn\u00fd. Zat\u00edmco pokles dopravy a s n\u00edm souvisej\u00edc\u00ed pokles emis\u00ed oxid\u016f dus\u00edku m\u00e1 na kvalitu ovzdu\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00fd vliv, nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9 meteorologick\u00e9 a rozptylov\u00e9 podm\u00ednky maj\u00ed vliv negativn\u00ed.
