Konkr\u00e9tn\u011b v <a href=\"https:\/\/chmibrno.org\/blog\/2020\/10\/09\/vyjimecne-nizke-koncentrace-suspendovanych-castic-a-oxidu-dusiku-v-prvnich-9-mesicich-roku-2020\/\"><em>\u010dl\u00e1nku<\/em><\/a>, kter\u00fd hodnotil stav po prvn\u00edch 9 m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch roku. Nyn\u00ed u\u017e m\u00e1me k dispozici data za cel\u00fd rok a potvrdilo se to, co jsme ji\u017e v pr\u016fb\u011bhu roku tu\u0161ili, tedy \u017ee za sebou m\u00e1me rok s v\u016fbec nejlep\u0161\u00ed kvalitou ovzdu\u0161\u00ed v dan\u00fdch regionech.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>V tomto shrnut\u00ed se budeme v\u011bnovat stanic\u00edm ve t\u0159ech kraj\u00edch v kompetenci brn\u011bnsk\u00e9 pobo\u010dky \u010cHM\u00da, tedy v <strong>kraji Jihomoravsk\u00e9m, Zl\u00ednsk\u00e9m a Vyso\u010dina<\/strong>. Budeme vych\u00e1zet z <strong>operativn\u00edch dat \u010cesk\u00e9ho hydrometeorologick\u00e9ho \u00fastavu<\/strong>, tedy dat, kter\u00e1 je\u0161t\u011b budou proch\u00e1zet verifikac\u00ed, ale v drtiv\u00e9 v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f se ji\u017e nijak v\u00fdrazn\u011b odli\u0161ovat nebudou. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 je nutn\u00e9 p\u0159ipomenout, \u017ee se jedn\u00e1 pouze o data <strong>z automatick\u00fdch stanic<\/strong> imisn\u00edho monitoringu. Data z manu\u00e1ln\u00edch stanic (kter\u00fdch je ale v\u00fdrazn\u011b m\u00e9n\u011b) budou k dispozici a\u017e za n\u011bkolik m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f, nebo\u0165 se tyto vzorky analyzuj\u00ed n\u00e1sledn\u011b v laborato\u0159\u00edch a nem\u011b\u0159\u00ed v re\u00e1ln\u00e9m \u010dase. Nejsou tedy nap\u0159\u00edklad k dispozici data o koncentrac\u00edch benzo[<em>a<\/em>]pyrenu \u010di t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdch kov\u016f, kter\u00e9 se jinde, ne\u017e na manu\u00e1ln\u00edch stanic\u00edch, nesleduj\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Do hodnocen\u00ed byly <strong>zahrnuty pouze ty automatick\u00e9 stanice, kter\u00e9<\/strong> <strong>splnily podm\u00ednku dostupnosti dat<\/strong>. Nap\u0159\u00edklad u ro\u010dn\u00edho pr\u016fm\u011bru jsou to tedy pouze ty stanice, kter\u00e9 m\u011bly za rok data z\u00a0alespo\u0148 90 % dn\u00ed roku. Pokud nap\u0159\u00edklad n\u011bjak\u00e1 stanice m\u011bla za rok data dostupn\u00e1 pouze v\u00a088 % p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f, do hodnocen\u00ed bohu\u017eel nem\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt zahrnuta, proto\u017ee by to mohlo kone\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky zkreslovat. <strong>Do hodnocen\u00ed tedy byly zahrnuty pouze ty stanice, kter\u00e9 m\u011bly dostatek dat v\u00a0roce 2020.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Pro\u010d byl rok 2020 z\u00a0hlediska kvality ovzdu\u0161\u00ed tak dobr\u00fd?<\/h2>\n<p><strong>D\u016fvod\u016f je v\u00edce. <\/strong>T\u00edm <strong>hlavn\u00edm jsou ale meteorologick\u00e9 podm\u00ednky<\/strong>. Se\u0161la se kombinace meteorologick\u00fdch podm\u00ednek, kter\u00e9 jsou pro kvalitu velmi p\u0159\u00edhodn\u00e9, a pr\u00e1v\u011b meteorologick\u00e9 podm\u00ednky jsou v\u00a0\u0159ad\u011b situac\u00ed t\u00edm hlavn\u00edm faktorem ovliv\u0148uj\u00edc\u00edm absolutn\u00ed koncentrace zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek. Poj\u010fme si nyn\u00ed ty nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed meteorologick\u00e9 faktory v\u00a0roce 2020 kr\u00e1tce shrnout:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>nadpr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 teploty v\u00a0zimn\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch<\/strong> \u2013 zejm\u00e9na po\u010d\u00e1tek roku, tedy leden a p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm \u00fanor, byly m\u011bs\u00edce teplotn\u011b velmi nadnorm\u00e1ln\u00ed. V\u00a0\u00fanoru byla dokonce odchylka od dlouhodob\u00e9ho norm\u00e1lu t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 5\u00a0\u00b0C, co\u017e je opravdu nev\u00eddan\u00e9. Teplota vzduchu m\u00e1 v\u00a0zim\u011b nep\u0159\u00edmo velmi v\u00fdrazn\u00fd vliv na kvalitu ovzdu\u0161\u00ed \u2013 <strong>teplej\u0161\u00ed po\u010das\u00ed znamen\u00e1 men\u0161\u00ed pot\u0159ebu vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed<\/strong>, a pr\u00e1v\u011b lok\u00e1ln\u00ed vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed je v\u00a0sou\u010dasnosti nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm probl\u00e9mem kvality ovzdu\u0161\u00ed v\u00a0\u010cesk\u00e9 republice. Topen\u00ed ve star\u00fdch kotlech na tuh\u00e1 paliva produkuje obrovskou m\u00edru zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, pro srovn\u00e1n\u00ed m\u016f\u017eete pou\u017e\u00edt <a href=\"https:\/\/chmibrno.org\/blog\/2020\/08\/04\/nova-aplikace-na-srovnani-emisi-ruznych-kotlu-a-typu-paliv\/\">aplikaci<\/a>, kterou jsme pro tento \u00fa\u010del ned\u00e1vno vytvo\u0159ili.<\/li>\n<li><strong>v\u011btrn\u00e9 po\u010das\u00ed<\/strong> \u2013 \u010ceskem se v\u00a0roce 2020 prohnalo n\u011bkolik vich\u0159ic, a to zejm\u00e9na v\u00a0\u00fanoru. <strong>Rychlost v\u011btru ud\u00e1v\u00e1 p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm rozptyl v\u00a0horizont\u00e1ln\u00edm sm\u011bru a vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed rychlost znamen\u00e1 lep\u0161\u00ed rozptyl.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>de\u0161tiv\u00e9 po\u010das\u00ed<\/strong> \u2013 rok 2020 byl po del\u0161\u00ed dob\u011b rokem, kdy nebylo takov\u00e9 sucho, jako to, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1s tr\u00e1pilo v\u00a0minul\u00fdch letech. <strong>V\u00a0n\u011bkter\u00e9 m\u011bs\u00edce byly v\u00a0mnoha regionech sr\u00e1\u017ekov\u00e9 \u00fahrny v\u00edce ne\u017e dvojn\u00e1sobn\u00e9 ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s\u00a0dlouhodob\u00fdm pr\u016fm\u011brem<\/strong>. Vyskytly se i povodn\u011b na podzim, co\u017e nen\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 obvykl\u00e9, a pr\u00e1v\u011b na Ji\u017en\u00ed Morav\u011b byly stavy povrchov\u00fdch vod v\u00a0n\u011bkter\u00e9 m\u011bs\u00edce velmi nadpr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9. Jak uk\u00e1zal n\u00e1\u0161 dal\u0161\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/chmibrno.org\/blog\/2020\/11\/10\/hydrologicka-situace-povrchovych-vod-pobocka-brno-rijen-2020\/\">\u010dl\u00e1nek<\/a>, v\u00a0\u0159\u00edjnu 2020 byly pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 pr\u016ftoky v\u00a0oblasti kompetence \u010cHM\u00da Brno na dokonce 485 % dlouhodob\u00e9ho pr\u016fm\u011bru! <strong>Sr\u00e1\u017eky, a\u0165 u\u017e pevn\u00e9ho (sn\u00edh) \u010di kapaln\u00e9ho (d\u00e9\u0161\u0165) skupenstv\u00ed, sni\u017euj\u00ed koncentrace v\u0161ech zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek procesem tzv. mokr\u00e9 depozice, tedy sm\u00fdv\u00e1n\u00ed zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed z\u00a0ovzdu\u0161\u00ed na povrch.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>absence dlouhodob\u00fdch plo\u0161n\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edzemn\u00edch teplotn\u00edch inverz\u00ed<\/strong> \u2013p\u0159\u00edzemn\u00ed teplotn\u00ed inverze maj\u00ed z\u00e1sadn\u00ed vliv na kvalitu ovzdu\u0161\u00ed. Vytvo\u0159en\u00ed inverzn\u00ed vrstvy <strong>funguje jako pokli\u010dka<\/strong>, kter\u00e1 kumuluje zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed u povrchu, a tedy v\u00fdrazn\u011b <strong>br\u00e1n\u00ed vertik\u00e1ln\u00edmu rozptylu zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek<\/strong>. Zcela nez\u00e1visle na mno\u017estv\u00ed emis\u00ed se tedy p\u0159i teplotn\u00ed inverzi zvy\u0161uj\u00ed koncentrace zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek. V\u00a0roce 2020 \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 perioda s\u00a0v\u00fdrazn\u00fdmi a dlouh\u00fdmi p\u0159\u00edzemn\u00edmi teplotn\u00edmi inverzemi zaznamen\u00e1na nebyla.<\/li>\n<li><strong>m\u00edrn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed l\u00e9to<\/strong> \u2013 sice mus\u00edme tento term\u00edn br\u00e1t s\u00a0rezervou, proto\u017ee teplotn\u011b bylo i l\u00e9to 2020 nadpr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9, av\u0161ak mohlo se n\u00e1m zd\u00e1t chladn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s\u00a0extr\u00e9my, na kter\u00e9 jsme byli zvykl\u00ed z\u00a0minul\u00fdch let. Pr\u00e1v\u011b dny s\u00a0velmi vysok\u00fdmi teplotami a jasn\u00fdm po\u010das\u00edm stoj\u00ed za nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edmi koncentracemi p\u0159\u00edzemn\u00edho ozonu. I v\u00a0tomto sm\u011bru byl tedy rok 2020 lep\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e p\u0159edchoz\u00ed dva roky.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Stru\u010dn\u011b \u0159e\u010deno, <strong>kvalita ovzdu\u0161\u00ed je lep\u0161\u00ed, \u201epokud fouk\u00e1, pr\u0161\u00ed, nen\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 horko v\u00a0l\u00e9t\u011b a p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 zima v\u00a0zim\u011b a netvo\u0159\u00ed se v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edzemn\u00ed teplotn\u00ed inverze\u201c. A pokud se pod\u00edv\u00e1me na rok 2020, pak v\u00edcem\u00e9n\u011b t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 p\u0159esn\u011b spl\u0148uje tyto podm\u00ednky.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Nebyly to ale jen meteorologick\u00e9 podm\u00ednky<\/strong>, by\u0165 m\u011bly pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed vliv, existuj\u00ed i dal\u0161\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 faktory:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>nouzov\u00fd stav<\/strong> \u2013 jak uk\u00e1zala na\u0161e <a href=\"https:\/\/chmibrno.org\/blog\/2020\/04\/20\/kvalita-ovzdusi-od-16-3-do-16-4-2020-na-hot-spot-stanicich-v-cr-ve-srovnani-s-dlouhodobym-prumerem\/\">jarn\u00ed anal\u00fdza<\/a>, v\u00a0d\u016fsledku vyhl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed nouzov\u00e9ho stavu klesla v\u00fdrazn\u011b doprava a s\u00a0t\u00edm souvisel i <strong>pokles emis\u00ed oxid\u016f dus\u00edku<\/strong>. V\u00a0absolutn\u00edch hodnot\u00e1ch nemusely b\u00fdt koncentrace ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed, a to z\u00a0d\u016fvodu dal\u0161\u00edch faktor\u016f popsan\u00fdch v\u00fd\u0161e, p\u016fsob\u00edc\u00edch paraleln\u011b, av\u0161ak jist\u00e9 je, \u017ee bez poklesu dopravy by za shodn\u00fdch meteorologick\u00fdch podm\u00ednek (kter\u00e9 p\u016fsobily zcela nez\u00e1visle na samotn\u00e9 epidemii) byly koncentrace vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>dlouhodob\u00fd postupn\u00fd pokles emis\u00ed<\/strong> \u2013 v\u00a0\u010cesk\u00e9 republice se dlouhodob\u011b kvalita ovzdu\u0161\u00ed u v\u011bt\u0161iny l\u00e1tek zlep\u0161uje. Pod\u00edl na tom m\u00e1 nap\u0159\u00edklad <strong>postupn\u00e1 obm\u011bna star\u00fdch kotl\u016f na tuh\u00e1 paliva<\/strong> (t\u0159eba v\u00a0r\u00e1mci kotl\u00edkov\u00fdch dotac\u00ed) nebo <strong>obm\u011bna vozov\u00e9ho parku<\/strong>. Tak\u00e9 se postupn\u011b zlep\u0161uj\u00ed technologick\u00e9 procesy r\u016fzn\u00fdch pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch provoz\u016f a t\u00edm sni\u017euj\u00ed jejich emise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Suspendovan\u00e9 (prachov\u00e9) \u010d\u00e1stice PM<sub>10<\/sub><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Koncentrace suspendovan\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic PM<sub>10<\/sub> byly v\u00a0roce 2020 na t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 v\u0161ech hodnocen\u00fdch stanic\u00edch nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed za posledn\u00edch 20 let \u010di za dobu existence stanice<\/strong>. Jednalo se o <strong>v\u0161echny brn\u011bnsk\u00e9 stanice<\/strong>. Nav\u00edc, vzhledem k\u00a0faktu, \u017ee byly koncentrace suspendovan\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic PM<sub>10<\/sub> p\u0159ed dvaceti lety celkov\u011b v\u00fdrazn\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed, m\u016f\u017eeme \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee se <strong>pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b v\u00a0tomto sm\u011bru jedn\u00e1 o rok s\u00a0v\u016fbec nejni\u017e\u0161\u00edmi koncentracemi \u010d\u00e1stic PM<sub>10<\/sub> za dobu m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed graf ukazuje <strong>pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 ro\u010dn\u00ed koncentrace PM<sub>10<\/sub><\/strong> na brn\u011bnsk\u00fdch stanic\u00edch tam, kde je pr\u016fm\u011br dostupn\u00fd. Data jsou od roku 2000 do 2020, tam kde stanice vznikla pozd\u011bji, jsou data od roku vzniku. Je to d\u00e1no pr\u00e1v\u011b v\u00fdrazn\u011b nadpr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fdmi teplotami, vich\u0159icemi a v\u00edce ne\u017e dvojn\u00e1sobn\u00fdm \u00fahrnem sr\u00e1\u017eek, ne\u017e je v\u00a0\u00fanoru b\u011b\u017en\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Jedin\u00fdm nadpr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fdm m\u011bs\u00edcem je duben, a to nav\u00edc jen o necel\u00e9 1 % v\u00edce, ne\u017e je pr\u016fm\u011br 2015-2019. D\u00e1 se tedy \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee <strong>cel\u00fd rok byly hodnoty podpr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 \u010di velmi bl\u00edzk\u00e9 pr\u016fm\u011bru<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Brno-Zvona\u0159ka<\/h3>\n<p>V\u00a0posledn\u00ed dob\u011b stanic\u00ed s\u00a0nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edmi koncentracemi PM<sub>10<\/sub> je stanice Brno-Zvona\u0159ka. O t\u00e9 jsme zde na blogu <a href=\"https:\/\/chmibrno.org\/blog\/2020\/11\/12\/stanice-imisniho-monitoringu-brno-zvonarka-opet-prvni-a-zatim-jedinou-stanici-s-prekrocenym-imisnim-limitem-pro-koncentrace-pm10\/\">psali ji\u017e mockr\u00e1t<\/a> a je <strong>v\u00fdrazn\u011b lok\u00e1ln\u011b ovlivn\u011bna stavebn\u00edmi pracemi v\u00a0okol\u00ed<\/strong>. Ty intenzivn\u011b pokra\u010dovaly i v\u00a0roce 2020, proto zde op\u011bt byly koncentrace relativn\u011b vysok\u00e9. Je v\u0161ak nutn\u00e9 podotknout, \u017ee se <strong>ned\u00e1 tento stav vztahovat na cel\u00e9 Brno<\/strong> a jedn\u00e1 se o opravdu <strong>lok\u00e1ln\u00ed z\u00e1le\u017eitost<\/strong>. D\u016fkazem toho je stanice Brno-V\u00fdstavi\u0161t\u011b. Dopravn\u00ed stanice vedle ru\u0161n\u00e9 \u010dty\u0159proudov\u00e9 komunikace, kter\u00e1 je vlastn\u011b toto\u017enou komunikac\u00ed jako ta, kter\u00e1 vede kolem Zvona\u0159ky, jen o 3 km d\u00e1le. Zde jsou v\u0161ak koncentrace PM<sub>10<\/sub> v\u00fdrazn\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed a je to d\u00e1no jak absenc\u00ed stavebn\u00edch prac\u00ed, tak je to d\u016fkazem d\u016fle\u017eitosti okol\u00ed stanice. Stanice Brno-V\u00fdstavi\u0161t\u011b je velmi dob\u0159e prov\u011btr\u00e1van\u00e1, a tud\u00ed\u017e jsou zde lep\u0161\u00ed podm\u00ednky pro rozptyl. Tak\u00e9 se zde netvo\u0159\u00ed tolik dopravn\u00ed kolony. <strong>Pomalu jedouc\u00ed a rozj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed automobily maj\u00ed emise vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e plynul\u00fd provoz.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bohu\u017eel ale tato stanice <strong>nedos\u00e1hla na 90% limit \u00faplnosti dat, proto nen\u00ed do v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9ho hodnocen\u00ed zahrnuta<\/strong>. St\u00e1le se v\u0161ak jedn\u00e1 o jednu z\u00a0nejni\u017e\u0161\u00edch hodnot v\u00a0republice. Naopak <strong>na stanic\u00edch, kde byl po\u010det p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed v\u00a0roce 2019 v\u00fdznamn\u00fd, do\u0161lo ve v\u0161ech p\u0159\u00edpadech k\u00a0poklesu<\/strong>. Na stanic\u00edch s\u00a0nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edm po\u010dtem p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed do\u0161lo k\u00a0v\u00fdrazn\u00e9mu poklesu (Brno-Zvona\u0159ka z\u00a064 na 50, Brno-\u00davoz z\u00a030 na 10, Brno-Svatoplukova z\u00a029 na 15).<\/p>\n<h2>Suspendovan\u00e9 (prachov\u00e9) \u010d\u00e1stice PM<sub>2,5<\/sub><\/h2>\n<p>V\u00a0z\u00e1kon\u011b o ochran\u011b ovzdu\u0161\u00ed je definov\u00e1n ro\u010dn\u00ed imisn\u00ed limit je\u0161t\u011b pro men\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stice PM<sub>2,5<\/sub>. Ty jsou vzhledem ke sv\u00e9 men\u0161\u00ed velikosti <strong>potenci\u00e1ln\u011b zdravotn\u011b nebezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed<\/strong>, jeliko\u017e pronikaj\u00ed hloub\u011bji do d\u00fdchac\u00edho syst\u00e9mu.<\/p>\n<p>I v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b \u010d\u00e1stic PM<sub>2,5<\/sub> byly koncentrace v\u00a0roce 2020 <strong>rekordn\u011b n\u00edzk\u00e9<\/strong>. Dlouhodob\u00fd trend je zde patrn\u00fd a m\u00e1 dv\u011b f\u00e1ze. Od roku 2000 se koncentrace do roku 2006 zvy\u0161ovaly, od roku 2006 postupn\u011b klesaj\u00ed s meziro\u010dn\u00ed variabilitou danou prim\u00e1rn\u011b meteorologick\u00fdmi podm\u00ednkami. V\u00a0\u0159ad\u011b minul\u00fdch let tento imisn\u00ed limit na \u00fazem\u00ed Brna na dopravn\u011b nejzat\u00ed\u017een\u011bj\u0161\u00edch stanic\u00edch p\u0159ekra\u010dov\u00e1n byl.<\/p>\n<p>Pro NO<sub>2<\/sub> je v\u00a0z\u00e1kon\u011b o ochran\u011b ovzdu\u0161\u00ed stanoven je\u0161t\u011b limit hodinov\u00fd. Ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s\u00a0p\u011btilet\u00edm 2005-2009 dokonce v\u00a0\u00fanoru o p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 60 %.<\/p>\n<h2>P\u0159\u00edzemn\u00ed ozon<\/h2>\n<p>P\u0159\u00edzemn\u00ed ozon je <strong>sekund\u00e1rn\u00ed zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed l\u00e1tka a jej\u00ed vznik je katalyzov\u00e1n slune\u010dn\u00edm z\u00e1\u0159en\u00edm<\/strong>. Nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed koncentrace jsou tedy zaznamen\u00e1v\u00e1ny v\u00a0letn\u00ed hork\u00e9 a jasn\u00e9 dny. Hodinov\u00fd imisn\u00ed limit m\u00e1 hodnotu 350\u00a0\u00b5g.m<sup>-3 <\/sup>(maxim\u00e1ln\u011b 24 p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed ro\u010dn\u011b), ten denn\u00ed pak 125\u00a0\u00b5g.m<sup>-3<\/sup> (maxim\u00e1ln\u011b 3 p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed ro\u010dn\u011b). T\u011bmto hodnot\u00e1m se v\u0161ak nam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 koncentrace v\u016fbec nep\u0159ibli\u017eovaly. Nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed dosa\u017eenou hodnotou pro denn\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011br ze v\u0161ech hodnocen\u00fdch stanic bylo 10,3\u00a0\u00b5g.m<sup>-3<\/sup> 21. 9. v\u00a0T\u011b\u0161novic\u00edch ve Zl\u00ednsk\u00e9m kraji. V\u016fbec maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed hodinov\u00e1 hodnota ze v\u0161ech stanic byla do 25\u00a0\u00b5g.m<sup>-3<\/sup>. <strong>Nebyl tedy p\u0159ekro\u010den ani jeden z\u00a0imisn\u00edch limit\u016f pro SO<sub>2<\/sub> ani jedn\u00e9 z\u00a0hodnocen\u00fdch stanic.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rovn\u011b\u017e v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b <strong>oxidu uhelnat\u00e9ho (CO)<\/strong>, pro kter\u00fd je v\u00a0z\u00e1kon\u011b o ochran\u011b ovzdu\u0161\u00ed stanoven imisn\u00ed limit jako 10000\u00a0\u00b5g.-m<sup>3<\/sup> v maxim\u00e1ln\u00edm denn\u00edm 8h klouzav\u00e9m pr\u016fm\u011bru, byly koncentrace stejn\u011b jako v\u00a0p\u0159edchoz\u00ed roky v\u00a0cel\u00e9 republice v\u00fdrazn\u011b podlimitn\u00ed. Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 ro\u010dn\u00ed hodnoty na hodnocen\u00fdch stanic\u00edch se pohybovaly do 500\u00a0\u00b5g.m-3. Denn\u00ed maximum ze v\u0161ech stanic m\u011blo hodnotu 1452\u00a0\u00b5g.m<sup>-3<\/sup> a bylo nam\u011b\u0159eno 3. 11. v\u00a0Otrokovic\u00edch.
