Lze v tuto chv\u00edli n\u011bjak\u00fd vliv pozorovat? Pod\u00edv\u00e1me se, co napov\u00eddaj\u00ed dru\u017eicov\u00e9 sn\u00edmky i data ze stanic v Brn\u011b a v Praze pro koncentrace oxidu dusi\u010dit\u00e9ho (NO<sub>2<\/sub>).<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ke zhodnocen\u00ed m\u00e1me dva mo\u017en\u00e9 zdroje dat. T\u00edm prvn\u00edm jsou samoz\u0159ejm\u011b stani\u010dn\u00ed data ze stanic imisn\u00edho monitoringu &#8211; tedy koncentrace nam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 pozemn\u00edmi stanicemi, kter\u00e9 najdete i na na\u0161em webu. Druh\u00fdm zdrojem dat jsou dru\u017eicov\u00e9 sn\u00edmky, kter\u00e9 poskytuje dru\u017eice Sentinel-5P v r\u00e1mci programu Copernicus. Oba zdroje maj\u00ed sv\u00e9 v\u00fdhody a nev\u00fdhody.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdhodou dat ze stanic imisn\u00edho monitoringu je jednozna\u010dn\u011b jejich p\u0159esnost. Tato data jsou nam\u011b\u0159ena vysoce p\u0159esn\u00fdmi a pravideln\u011b kalibrovan\u00fdmi analyz\u00e1tory \u010di vzorkova\u010di. Nev\u00fdhodou t\u011bchto m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed je jejich omezen\u00fd rozsah. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 stanice m\u00e1 ur\u010ditou klasifikaci (dopravn\u00ed, pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9, m\u011bstsk\u00e9 a venkovsk\u00e9), kter\u00e9 odpov\u00edd\u00e1 r\u016fzn\u00e1 reprezentativnost, tzn. ozna\u010den\u00ed toho, jak \u0161irok\u00e9 okol\u00ed reprezentuje. M\u00e1me tedy k dispozici vysoce p\u0159esn\u00e9, bodov\u00e9 m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se n\u00e1sledn\u011b slo\u017eit\u00fdmi modely interpoluje pro cel\u00e9 \u00fazem\u00ed. Naopak dru\u017eicov\u00e9 sn\u00edmky n\u00e1m poskytuj\u00ed plo\u0161n\u00fd p\u0159ehled o \u00farovn\u00edch koncentrac\u00ed, av\u0161ak v daleko men\u0161\u00edm rozli\u0161en\u00ed a s men\u0161\u00ed p\u0159esnost\u00ed. Tyto sn\u00edmky tedy nejsou vhodn\u00e9 ke zji\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed koncentrace v konkr\u00e9tn\u00edm bod\u011b, ale slou\u017e\u00ed sp\u00ed\u0161e jako obecn\u00e9 plo\u0161n\u00e9 zhodnocen\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fdch koncentrac\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud se pod\u00edv\u00e1me nap\u0159\u00edklad na oxid dusi\u010dit\u00fd, jeho hlavn\u00edm zdrojem je v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice doprava. Jeho koncentrace jsou tedy nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed na dopravn\u00edch stanic\u00edch, v \u010cesku v\u016fbec nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed koncentrace NO<sub>2<\/sub> ze v\u0161ech stanice dlouhodob\u011b pozorujeme na stanici Praha-Legerova, co\u017e asi nep\u0159ekvap\u00ed nikoho, kdo tuto ulici zn\u00e1 &#8211; jedn\u00e1 se o velmi dopravn\u011b frekventovanou komunikaci. NO<sub>2<\/sub> je v\u0161ak velmi reaktivn\u00ed a proto d\u00e1le od silnice budou koncentrace NO<sub>2<\/sub> v\u00fdrazn\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed. Toto si m\u016f\u017eeme ov\u011b\u0159it, pokud se pod\u00edv\u00e1me na koncentrace z n\u011bkter\u00fdch jin\u00fdch pra\u017esk\u00fdch poza\u010fov\u00fdch stanic, tedy stanic, kter\u00e9 nejsou vedle n\u011bjak\u00e9 v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 komunikace, kde jsou koncentrace oxidu dusi\u010dit\u00e9ho v\u00fdrazn\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed. Na stanici Praha-Legerova byl v roce 2018 nam\u011b\u0159en ro\u010dn\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011br NO<sub>2<\/sub> 54,4 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>, co\u017e je o 14,4 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup> v\u00edce, ne\u017e kolik stanovuje ro\u010dn\u00ed imisn\u00ed limit pro tuto l\u00e1tku a limit zde tedy byl p\u0159ekro\u010den o p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 35 %. Srovnejme nyn\u00ed tuto hodnotu s n\u011bkterou z poza\u010fov\u00fdch stanic v Praze, nap\u0159\u00edklad stanic\u00ed Praha-Kobylisy. Zde byl ve stejn\u00fd rok nam\u011b\u0159en ro\u010dn\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011br 20,8 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>, tedy pouze p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b polovina imisn\u00edho limitu. Pokud se ale pod\u00edv\u00e1te na dru\u017eicov\u00e9 sn\u00edmky, bude se cel\u00e1 Praha jevit relativn\u011b jednolit\u011b, p\u0159esto\u017ee teoreticky v\u00edme, \u017ee re\u00e1ln\u00e1 mapa NO2 by vypadala tak, \u017ee by na n\u00ed byly vid\u011bt ru\u0161n\u00e9 komunikace.<\/p>\n<p>Zp\u011bt tedy k t\u00e9matu tohoto \u010dl\u00e1nku. V ide\u00e1ln\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pou\u017eijeme pro zhodnocen\u00ed oba zdroje, ka\u017ed\u00fd n\u00e1m toti\u017e m\u016f\u017ee n\u011bco napov\u011bd\u011bt o situaci. P\u0159esto nen\u00ed tato problematika tak jednoduch\u00e1. Prim\u00e1rn\u00ed probl\u00e9m je toti\u017e v tom, \u017ee se koncentrace zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek v pr\u016fb\u011bhu roku velmi m\u011bn\u00ed a to i ze dne na den, v z\u00e1vislosti na obrovsk\u00e9 spoust\u011b faktor\u016f od intenzity dopravy, rychlosti a sm\u011bru v\u011btru, teplotn\u00edm zvrstven\u00ed atmosf\u00e9ry, vz\u00e1jemn\u00fdch reakc\u00ed l\u00e1tek v ovzdu\u0161\u00ed, intenzit\u011b vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed atd. Pokud budeme tedy p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dat, \u017ee mohla karant\u00e9na v\u00e9st nap\u0159\u00edklad k omezen\u00ed dopravy, st\u00e1le se jedn\u00e1 pouze o jeden z mnoha faktor\u016f, kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017eou zap\u0159i\u010dinit n\u00e1r\u016fst \u010di naopak pokles koncentrac\u00ed NO<sub>2<\/sub> v ovzdu\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Krom\u011b karant\u00e9ny jsme tak\u00e9 ve f\u00e1zi roku, kdy obecn\u011b koncentrace zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek klesaj\u00ed (s v\u00fdjimkou p\u0159\u00edzemn\u00edho ozonu). Je to d\u00e1no mj. lep\u0161\u00edmi rozptylov\u00fdmi podm\u00ednkami, kter\u00e9 obecn\u011b b\u00fdvaj\u00ed hor\u0161\u00ed v zim\u011b. Roli tak\u00e9 hraje vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed, hlavn\u00ed zdroj prachov\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic v \u010cR, kter\u00e9 je logicky v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 pouze v chladnou \u010d\u00e1st roku. Tak\u00e9 v\u00fdfukov\u00e9 emise automobil\u016f z\u00e1vis\u00ed na teplot\u011b motoru a studen\u00fd motor znamen\u00e1 vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed emise jak u benzinov\u00fdch, tak dieselov\u00fdch automobil\u016f, co\u017e ukazuje nap\u0159\u00edklad <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/pii\/S0269749117318857\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">tato<\/a> studie. Dal\u0161\u00edm faktorem jsou aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed rozptylov\u00e9 podm\u00ednky, kter\u00e9 se m\u011bn\u00ed ze dne na den. M\u011bn\u00ed se tak\u00e9 koncentrace p\u0159\u00edzemn\u00edho ozonu, kter\u00e9 jsou z\u00e1visl\u00e9 rovn\u011b\u017e na teplot\u011b a na intenzit\u011b slune\u010dn\u00edho z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed (v tomto konkr\u00e9tn\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt zrovna toto problematick\u00e9, proto\u017ee do\u0161lo v posledn\u00edch dnech k velmi v\u00fdrazn\u00e9mu ochlazen\u00ed, tedy rychl\u00e9 zm\u011bn\u011b meteorologick\u00fdch podm\u00ednek).<\/p>\n<p>V neposledn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b je t\u0159eba zm\u00ednit, \u017ee i p\u0159i odfiltrov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u0161ech mo\u017en\u00fdch vliv\u016f nemus\u00ed m\u00edt sou\u010dasn\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed pozitivn\u00ed vliv &#8211; lze si toti\u017e nap\u0159\u00edklad p\u0159edstavit situaci, kdy \u010dlov\u011bk za sou\u010dasn\u00fdch podm\u00ednek zvol\u00ed rad\u011bji osobn\u00ed automobil, p\u0159esto\u017ee b\u011b\u017en\u011b pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 k cestov\u00e1n\u00ed hromadnou dopravu.<\/p>\n<p>V minul\u00fdch <a href=\"https:\/\/chmibrno.org\/blog\/2020\/03\/17\/stanicni-data-o-koncentracich-no2-potvrzuji-zavery-z-druzicovych-snimku-aneb-vliv-pandemie-na-kvalitu-ovzdusi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u010dl\u00e1nc\u00edch<\/a> jsme si uk\u00e1zali, \u017ee v It\u00e1lii se pokles NO<sub>2<\/sub> v d\u016fsledku karant\u00e9ny projevil v\u00fdrazn\u011b. Jsou zde v\u0161ak dva rozd\u00edly. Prvn\u00edm je, \u017ee se jednalo o hodnocen\u00ed za v\u00fdrazn\u011b del\u0161\u00ed dobu, ne\u017e jakou v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 chv\u00edli panuje karant\u00e9na v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice a zadruh\u00e9, sever It\u00e1lie pat\u0159\u00ed dlouhodob\u011b k nejv\u00edce zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdm oblastem v Evrop\u011b, s relativn\u011b intenzivn\u00edm pr\u016fmyslem, kter\u00fd zde hraje v\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed roli ne\u017e v \u010cR jako celku na \u00fakor jin\u00fdch zdroj\u016f, kter\u00e9 jsou zase logicky v\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice (nap\u0159. vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed).<\/p>\n<p><strong>V tuto chv\u00edli tedy nelze d\u011blat \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed z\u00e1v\u011bry o vlivu karant\u00e9ny na kvalitu ovzdu\u0161\u00ed. Je pot\u0159eba del\u0161\u00ed \u010dasov\u00e1 \u0159ada a i po t\u00e9 je ot\u00e1zkou, zda n\u011bjak\u00fd vliv pozorovateln\u00fd bude.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>P\u0159esto se pod\u00edvejme, jak vypad\u00e1 situace v tuto chv\u00edli. N\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed sn\u00edmky ukazuj\u00ed dru\u017eicov\u00e9 sn\u00edmky pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fdch koncentrac\u00ed NO<sub>2<\/sub> za obdob\u00ed 1. a\u017e 12. b\u0159ezna 2020 a 12. a\u017e 22. b\u0159ezna 2020. P\u0159ipome\u0148me, \u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b 12. b\u0159ezna byla vyd\u00e1na n\u011bkter\u00e1 kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed vl\u00e1dy (z\u00e1kaz akc\u00ed nad 30 osob, zav\u0159en\u00ed restaurac\u00ed ve\u010der atd.). \u00dapln\u00e1 karant\u00e9na byla vyhl\u00e1\u0161ena 15. b\u0159ezna. Na sn\u00edmku vid\u00edme, \u017ee v prvn\u00ed polovin\u011b b\u0159ezna byly koncentrace NO<sub>2<\/sub> opravdu vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed a rozd\u00edl nen\u00ed patrn\u00fd pouze v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice, ale v cel\u00e9 Evrop\u011b. Probl\u00e9m ale je, \u017ee pokud se pod\u00edv\u00e1me je\u0161t\u011b o 2 t\u00fddny zp\u00e1tky, tedy na obdob\u00ed 15. &#8211; 29. 2. 2020, vid\u00edme, \u017ee byly koncentrace NO<sub>2<\/sub> rovn\u011b\u017e ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e v obdob\u00ed prvn\u00edch 12 dn\u00ed v b\u0159eznu. Na z\u00e1klad\u011b dru\u017eicov\u00fdch sn\u00edmk\u016f tedy ur\u010dit\u00fd pokles vid\u00edme, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 vid\u00edme, \u017ee se m\u016f\u017ee jednat o zcela b\u011b\u017enou fluktuaci danou jin\u00fdmi vlivy. M\u00e1me sice k dispozici p\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed data se zcela odli\u0161n\u00fdm rozli\u0161en\u00edm, av\u0161ak pouze bodov\u00e9 hodnoty. U n\u011bkter\u00fdch stanic je mo\u017en\u00e9 \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee ur\u010dit\u00fd pokles pozorov\u00e1n je, zda je d\u00e1n opat\u0159en\u00edmi v podob\u011b karant\u00e9ny je ot\u00e1zkou, na jin\u00fdch stanic\u00edch toti\u017e \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd trend nepozorujeme. Jako p\u0159\u00edklad si uvedeme dv\u011b brn\u011bnsk\u00e9 dopravn\u00ed stanice &#8211; Brno-Svatoplukova a Brno-\u00davoz.
