V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku se pod\u00edv\u00e1me pro\u010d a tak\u00e9 se pod\u00edv\u00e1me, zda lze podobn\u00fd trend o\u010dek\u00e1vat i od nov\u00e9ho koronaviru.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Nejprve trochu teorie. Co jsou to vlastn\u011b viry? Dodnes se v\u011bdeck\u00e1 komunita neshodla na tom, zda se jedn\u00e1 \u010di nejedn\u00e1 o \u017eiv\u00e9 organizmy. Jednou z podm\u00ednek \u017eivota je, \u017ee se dan\u00e1 entita dok\u00e1\u017ee rozmno\u017eovat. A tady nast\u00e1v\u00e1 probl\u00e9m. Vir je vlastn\u011b jen \u010d\u00e1stice sest\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed z genetick\u00e9 informace (v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b vir\u016f v podob\u011b DNA nebo RNA a ta m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt bu\u010f dvouvl\u00e1knov\u00e1 (dsDNA, dsRNA) nebo jednovl\u00e1knov\u00e1 (ssDNA, ssRNA), kapsidy (pl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b), p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b n\u011bkter\u00fdch dal\u0161\u00edch sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed (nap\u0159. obal). Nem\u00e1 ale \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 &#8222;rozmno\u017eovac\u00ed org\u00e1ny&#8220;, jedin\u00fd zp\u016fsob, jak se dok\u00e1\u017ee vir rozmno\u017eit je vstupem do bun\u011bk hostitele (\u010dlov\u011bk, zv\u00ed\u0159e, rostlina, bakterie), kde za\u010dne sv\u00e9 kop\u00edrov\u00e1n\u00ed (odborn\u011b replikac) s vyu\u017eit\u00edm enzym\u016f a mechanism\u016f hostitelsk\u00fdch bun\u011bk. Nelze si tedy p\u0159edstavovat organizmus, jako t\u0159eba bakterii. Vir nem\u00e1 org\u00e1ny, nem\u00e1 smysly. Je to \u010d\u00e1stice na pomez\u00ed \u017eiv\u00e9ho a ne\u017eiv\u00e9ho, neroste, ned\u011bl\u00ed se, netvo\u0159\u00ed vlastn\u00ed b\u00edlkoviny.<\/p>\n<p>Viry jsou tedy cizopasn\u00edci, vy\u017eaduj\u00ed hostitele k tomu, aby mohly p\u0159e\u017e\u00edt a rozmno\u017eit se. Nenapadaj\u00ed ale zdaleka jen \u010dlov\u011bka, ale samoz\u0159ejm\u011b i zv\u00ed\u0159ata (zooviry), rostliny (fytoviry), ale t\u0159eba tak\u00e9 bakterie (bakteriof\u00e1gy), houby (mykoviry). Klinick\u00e9 projevy po n\u00e1kaze jsou velmi r\u016fznorod\u00e9 od bezp\u0159\u00edznakov\u00e9ho projevu, a\u017e po viry, kter\u00e9 zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed velmi rychlou a tak\u0159ka jistou smrt (Ebola, Marburg atd.). V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b zn\u00e1me tis\u00edce r\u016fzn\u00fdch vir\u016f. Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee se tvo\u0159\u00ed velk\u00e1 mno\u017estv\u00ed virov\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic v t\u011blech hostitel\u016f, doch\u00e1z\u00ed k relativn\u011b rychl\u00e9 evoluci prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm mutac\u00ed a n\u00e1sledn\u00e9mu p\u0159irozen\u00e9mu v\u00fdb\u011bru t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed vlastnosti, kter\u00e9 je l\u00e9pe p\u0159edur\u010duj\u00ed k p\u0159e\u017eit\u00ed a rozmno\u017een\u00ed prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm hostitele.<\/p>\n<p>Na virov\u00e9 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed nezab\u00edraj\u00ed antibiotika, ta v\u011bt\u0161inou naru\u0161uj\u00ed n\u011bkterou z funkc\u00ed bakteri\u00ed, nap\u0159\u00edklad jejich tvorbu b\u00edlkovin, naru\u0161uj\u00ed bun\u011b\u010dnou st\u011bnu apod. Za ur\u010dit\u00fdch okolnost\u00ed ale m\u016f\u017eou b\u00fdt ATB nasazena i v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b virov\u00fdch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, aby se nap\u0159\u00edklad zamezilo vzniku paraleln\u00edch bakteri\u00e1ln\u00edch infekc\u00ed, co\u017e by t\u011blo v\u00fdznamn\u011b oslabilo.<\/p>\n<h3>Ch\u0159ipka a jej\u00ed sez\u00f3nnost<\/h3>\n<p>Ch\u0159ipka pat\u0159\u00ed mezi virov\u00e1 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, zp\u016fsoben\u00e1 RNA virem ze skupiny ortomyxovir\u016f. Obecn\u011b tyto viry d\u011bl\u00edme do t\u0159\u00ed skupina &#8211; A, B a C. Pro lidi je nejnebezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed skupina A, kter\u00e1 nej\u010dast\u011bji zp\u016fsobuje plo\u0161n\u00e9 n\u00e1kazy a je pro imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m obt\u00ed\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed se j\u00ed br\u00e1nit. Pro dopln\u011bn\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b uve\u010fme, \u017ee se skupina A d\u00e1le d\u011bl\u00ed podle virov\u00fdch obalov\u00fdch glykoprotein\u016f hemaglutininu (H) a neuraminid\u00e1zy (N). Bylo zat\u00edm identifikov\u00e1no 16 podtyp\u016f H a dev\u011bt podtyp\u016f N. Odtud tedy r\u016fzn\u00e1 ozna\u010den\u00ed ch\u0159ipkov\u00e9ho viru, jako nap\u0159. H5N1, H1N1 atd.<\/p>\n<p>Nyn\u00ed se kone\u010dn\u011b pod\u00edvejme na to, pro\u010d jsou ch\u0159ipkov\u00e1 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed \u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v chladnou \u010d\u00e1st roku. Obecn\u011b tento jev ozna\u010dujeme jako tzv. sez\u00f3nnost. Na severn\u00ed polokouli je to na konci a za\u010d\u00e1tku roku, na ji\u017en\u00ed naopak. Pro\u010d tomu tak je, je pom\u011brn\u011b slo\u017eit\u00e1 ot\u00e1zka, na kterou existuje n\u011bkolik hypot\u00e9z, kter\u00e9 popisuj\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 faktory. Obecn\u011b m\u016f\u017eeme tyto faktory rozd\u011blit do dvou skupin &#8211; jedna skupina souvis\u00ed se samotnou podstatou viru, tedy jak je virov\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1stice n\u00e1chyln\u00e1 na r\u016fzn\u00e9 podm\u00ednky. Ta druh\u00e1 souvis\u00ed sp\u00ed\u0161e s na\u0161im chov\u00e1n\u00edm v zim\u011b, kter\u00e9 se v n\u011bkter\u00fdch ohledech li\u0161\u00ed od l\u00e9ta.<\/p>\n<p>Zde je tedy v\u00fdb\u011br n\u011bkter\u00fdch z mo\u017en\u00fdch p\u0159\u00ed\u010din, nejedn\u00e1 se o kompletn\u00ed seznam a je obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9 \u0159\u00edci, jak v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 jsou jednotliv\u00e9 faktory.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>v zimn\u00edm obdob\u00ed tr\u00e1v\u00ed lid\u00e9 v\u00edce \u010dasu uvnit\u0159, kde je vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed riziko n\u00e1kazy vzhledem k uzav\u0159en\u00e9mu prostoru, t\u00fdk\u00e1 se to jak budov, tak nap\u0159\u00edklad hromadn\u00e9 dopravy apod.<\/li>\n<li>v zimn\u00edm obdob\u00ed lid\u00e9 v\u011btraj\u00ed v\u00fdrazn\u011b krat\u0161\u00ed dobu, co\u017e op\u011bt zvy\u0161uje riziko n\u00e1kazy\u00a0vzhledem k uzav\u0159en\u00e9mu prostoru<\/li>\n<li>studie potvrdily, \u017ee virov\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice se l\u00e9pe \u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00ed a p\u0159e\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed v such\u00e9m a chladn\u00e9m vzduchu [Lowen, 2007]. Ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed teploty jsou samoz\u0159ejm\u011b typick\u00e9 pro chladnou \u010d\u00e1st roku. O tom, jak p\u0159esn\u011b ovliv\u0148uje vlhkost a teplota vzduchu p\u0159e\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed virov\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice a jej\u00ed \u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed se zat\u00edm st\u00e1le diskutuje a z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 ot\u00e1zkou, jak\u00fd je p\u0159esn\u011b mechanismus [Lowen, 2014]. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 se moment\u00e1ln\u011b p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1, \u017ee v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed vliv m\u00e1 pr\u00e1v\u011b vlhkost vzduchu [Barreca, 2012].<\/li>\n<li>studie ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee slune\u010dn\u00ed z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed zkracuje \u017eivotnost virov\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice [Sagripanti, 2007]<\/li>\n<li>vitam\u00edn D je mj. d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd pro spr\u00e1vnou funkci imunitn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu. Tento vitam\u00edn z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1me krom\u011b potravy tak\u00e9 p\u0159i vystaven\u00ed slune\u010dn\u00edm paprsk\u016fm. D\u00e9lka a intenzita slune\u010dn\u00edho z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed je chladnou \u010d\u00e1st roku ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed. N\u011bkter\u00e9 studie pova\u017euj\u00ed potenci\u00e1ln\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed hladinu vitam\u00ednu D v zim\u011b rovn\u011b\u017e za kl\u00ed\u010dovou [Cannell, 2006; Grant, 2009].<\/li>\n<li>podle n\u011bkter\u00fdch studi\u00ed hraje roli i koncentrace prachov\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic v ovzdu\u0161\u00ed (kter\u00e1 b\u00fdv\u00e1 vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed v chladnou \u010d\u00e1st roku vzhledem k hor\u0161\u00edm rozptylov\u00fdm podm\u00ednk\u00e1m a v\u00fdrazn\u00e9m pod\u00edlu vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed jako zdroje prachov\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic). Vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed koncentrace prachov\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed p\u0159ichycen\u00ed virov\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stici k \u010d\u00e1stici prachov\u00e9 a jej\u00ed del\u0161\u00ed p\u0159enos [Chen, 2010].<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Po\u010das\u00ed a koronavirus<\/h3>\n<p>V\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9 faktory, kter\u00e9 se net\u00fdkaj\u00ed virov\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice jako takov\u00e9, ale sp\u00ed\u0161e na\u0161eho chov\u00e1n\u00ed, maj\u00ed pozitivn\u00ed vliv na omezen\u00ed \u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed infekce prakticky jak\u00e9koliv kap\u00e9nkov\u011b p\u0159enosn\u00e9 choroby (samoz\u0159ejm\u011b toto neplat\u00ed absolutn\u011b, pokud nap\u0159\u00edklad se v l\u00e9t\u011b naopak u\u010dastn\u00edme n\u011bjak\u00e9 masov\u00e9 akce (festival apod.), m\u016f\u017ee platit opak, ne\u017e kdybychom byli sami doma). Vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed m\u00edra v\u011btr\u00e1n\u00ed a v\u00edce \u010dasu str\u00e1ven\u00e9ho ve venkovn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed znamen\u00e1, \u017ee se pohybujeme v prostor\u00e1ch s v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm rozptylem \u010d\u00e1stic. Podobn\u00fd jev pozorujeme i v oboru kvality ovzdu\u0161\u00ed. Vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed rychlost v\u011btru je faktorem p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edm k lep\u0161\u00ed kvalit\u011b ovzdu\u0161\u00ed. Naopak b\u011bhem teplotn\u00edch inverz\u00ed, kdy je naru\u0161en zejm\u00e9na vertik\u00e1ln\u00ed rozptyl, b\u00fdv\u00e1 kvalita ovzdu\u0161\u00ed hor\u0161\u00ed a jsou \u010dast\u00e9 smogov\u00e9 situace. Ot\u00e1zkou v\u0161ak je, nakolik m\u016f\u017ee toto pomoci. Dal\u0161\u00ed ot\u00e1zkou je, zda m\u00e1 vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed teplota a vlhkost vliv i na viabilitu \u010d\u00e1stice viru SARS-CoV-2. Studie z roku 2011 [Chan, 2011] do\u0161la k z\u00e1v\u011bru, \u017ee \u017eivotaschopnost virov\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice SARS-CoV-1 se rapidn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017eila p\u0159i vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch teplot\u00e1ch a vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed vlhkosti, ne\u017e je typick\u00e1 pokojov\u00e1 (22-25 \u00b0C, 40-50% vlhkost). Studie tak\u00e9 tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b vysok\u00e1 vlhkost v n\u011bkter\u00fdch zem\u00edch jako Malajsie, Indon\u00e9sie \u010di Thajsko ochr\u00e1nila tato \u00fazem\u00ed p\u0159ed v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00edm n\u00e1kazy SARS.<\/p>\n<p>Na jednu stranu je mo\u017en\u00e9, \u017ee se vir SARS-CoV-2 bude chovat podobn\u011b a s postupuj\u00edc\u00edm rokem a zvy\u0161uj\u00edc\u00edmi se teplotami se bude n\u00e1kaza \u0161\u00ed\u0159it obt\u00ed\u017en\u011bji. Na druhou stranu to ale bohu\u017eel v tuto chv\u00edli nejde potvrdit ani vyvr\u00e1tit. St\u00e1le se jedn\u00e1 o velmi nov\u00fd typ viru, kter\u00fd nen\u00ed dostate\u010dn\u011b prostudovan\u00fd. Nap\u0159\u00edklad John Nicholls, renomovan\u00fd profesor patologie na univerzit\u011b v Hong Kongu, kter\u00fd pat\u0159\u00ed k nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm odborn\u00edk\u016fm na toto t\u00e9ma, se v tomto sm\u011bru vyj\u00e1d\u0159il pozitivn\u011b a v\u011b\u0159\u00ed, \u017ee zm\u011bna po\u010das\u00ed na severn\u00ed polokouli napom\u016f\u017ee zastaven\u00ed \u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed n\u00e1kazy nov\u00fdm typem koronaviru [Accuweather, 2020]. Na druhou stranu jin\u00ed experti se domn\u00edvaj\u00ed, \u017ee probl\u00e9mem m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt n\u00e1\u0161 imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m. S virem ch\u0159ipky se setk\u00e1v\u00e1me relativn\u011b \u010dasto a ch\u0159ipkov\u00e9 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed m\u011bl n\u011bkdy v \u017eivot\u011b t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 ka\u017ed\u00fd z n\u00e1s. Proto m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt pro n\u00e1\u0161 imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m snaz\u0161\u00ed s t\u011bmito viry bojovat [Inquirer, 2020].<\/p>\n<p>\u010cesk\u00fd imunolog Jan Pa\u010des z \u00dastavu molekul\u00e1rn\u00ed genetiky AV \u010cR sd\u011blil serveru novinky.cz, \u017ee p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1, \u017ee se bude SARS-CoV-2 chovat podobn\u011b jako jin\u00e9 viry a vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed teplota a vlhkost mu sv\u011bd\u010dit nebudou a sn\u00ed\u017ei \u017eivotaschopnost virov\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic na povr\u0161\u00edch.<\/p>\n<p>Jak\u00fd je tedy z\u00e1v\u011br? Z v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9ho vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee jak p\u0159esn\u011b bude virus reagovat na zm\u011bnu teploty a vlhkosti nen\u00ed v tuto chv\u00edli jasn\u00e9. Na\u0161e chov\u00e1n\u00ed v l\u00e9t\u011b a v zim\u011b (v\u00edce v\u011btr\u00e1me, v\u00edce se pohybujeme venku) m\u016f\u017ee teoreticky pomoci, ka\u017edop\u00e1dn\u011b se ale v tuto chv\u00edli nelze spol\u00e9hat pouze na zm\u011bnu po\u010das\u00ed, kter\u00e1 v ur\u010dit\u00e9 m\u00ed\u0159e m\u016f\u017ee, ale tak\u00e9 nemus\u00ed m\u00edt vliv na zastaven\u00ed \u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed n\u00e1kazy. U n\u011bkter\u00fdch v tuto chv\u00edli ji\u017e zn\u00e1m\u00fdch vir\u016f, m\u00e1 vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed teplota a vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed vlhkost prokazateln\u011b vliv na jejich men\u0161\u00ed \u017eivotaschopnost, o nov\u00e9m koronaviru toto v tuto chv\u00edli \u0159\u00edci nem\u016f\u017eeme, proto\u017ee neexistuje dostatek d\u016fkaz\u016f a studi\u00ed.
