Doprava je velmi v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm zdrojem emis\u00ed prachov\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic v\u0161ech sledovan\u00fdch frakc\u00ed (PM<sub>10<\/sub>, PM<sub>2,5<\/sub> i PM<sub>1<\/sub>) a tak\u00e9 oxid\u016f dus\u00edku. Nejde pouze o emise z\u00a0v\u00fdfuk\u016f automobil\u016f, ale v\u00fdznamn\u00fd pod\u00edl emis\u00ed vznik\u00e1 ot\u011brem brzd, ot\u011bry pneumatik apod. Zde samoz\u0159ejm\u011b plat\u00ed, \u017ee s\u00a0rostouc\u00ed vzd\u00e1lenost\u00ed od komunikace vliv dopravy na kvalitu ovzdu\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdznamn\u011b kles\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdznamn\u00fdm zdrojem emis\u00ed prachov\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic je d\u00e1le stavebn\u00ed \u010dinnost. Dal\u0161\u00edmi v\u00fdznamn\u00fdmi zdroji emis\u00ed je vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed, zem\u011bd\u011blstv\u00ed a pr\u016fmysl.<\/p>\n<p>Krom\u011b zdroj\u016f zne\u010di\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed je zde ale je\u0161t\u011b jeden faktor, kter\u00fd kvalitu ovzdu\u0161\u00ed ve m\u011bst\u011b ovliv\u0148uje zcela z\u00e1sadn\u00edm zp\u016fsobem, a t\u00edm jsou meteorologick\u00e9 podm\u00ednky. Konkr\u00e9tn\u011b se jedn\u00e1 zejm\u00e9na o sm\u011br a rychlost v\u011btru a teplotn\u00ed zvrstven\u00ed atmosf\u00e9ry. V\u00a0zimn\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch m\u016f\u017eeme p\u0159i dlouhotrvaj\u00edc\u00ed m\u00edrn\u00e9 rychlosti v\u011btru ze severov\u00fdchodn\u00edho sm\u011bru pozorovat v\u00fdrazn\u00fd d\u00e1lkov\u00fd transport zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek z\u00a0oblast\u00ed Polska, kde se je\u0161t\u011b v\u00a0dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b top\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161inou uhl\u00edm. Za ur\u010dit\u00fdch synoptick\u00fdch situac\u00ed v\u00a0zimn\u00edm obdob\u00ed vznik\u00e1 tzv. teplotn\u00ed inverze (tzn. teplota vzduchu s\u00a0rostouc\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161kou a\u017e do ur\u010dit\u00e9 hladiny stoup\u00e1), co\u017e je tak\u00e9 pro kvalitu ovzdu\u0161\u00ed nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u00fd jev. P\u0159i teplotn\u00edch inverz\u00edch toti\u017e nedoch\u00e1z\u00ed k\u00a0vertik\u00e1ln\u00edmu prom\u00edsen\u00ed vzdu\u0161n\u00fdch vrstev (vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed se tzv. pokli\u010dka) a nedoch\u00e1z\u00ed k\u00a0pot\u0159ebn\u00e9mu rozptylu \u0161kodlivin.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"su-quote su-quote-style-default interviewQuote\"><div class=\"su-quote-inner su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\">Krom\u011b zdroj\u016f zne\u010di\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed je zde ale je\u0161t\u011b jeden faktor, kter\u00fd kvalitu ovzdu\u0161\u00ed ve m\u011bst\u011b ovliv\u0148uje zcela z\u00e1sadn\u00edm zp\u016fsobem, a t\u00edm jsou meteorologick\u00e9 podm\u00ednky. <\/div><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ve kter\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stech m\u011bsta je situace nejhor\u0161\u00ed \u010di naopak nejlep\u0161\u00ed a jsou rozd\u00edly v\u00fdznamn\u00e9?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Z\u00a0hlediska kvality ovzdu\u0161\u00ed je situace dlouhodob\u011b nejp\u0159\u00edzniv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v\u00a0okrajov\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stech m\u011bsta, kde je dostatek zelen\u011b, je zde rozvinut\u00fd syst\u00e9m d\u00e1lkov\u00e9ho vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed a nen\u00ed zde v\u00fdznamn\u00e1 z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e intenzivn\u00ed automobilovou dopravou. Konkr\u00e9tn\u011b lze jmenovat nap\u0159. m\u011bstskou \u010d\u00e1st Bystrc, Kohoutovice, nebo tak\u00e9 s\u00eddli\u0161t\u011b Lesn\u00e1, L\u00ed\u0161e\u0148 a Vinohrady. Naopak nejm\u00e9n\u011b p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e1 je situace v\u00a0centr\u00e1ln\u00ed a ji\u017en\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti m\u011bsta.<\/p>\n<p>Rozd\u00edly v\u00a0kr\u00e1tkodob\u00fdch koncentrac\u00edch zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek nelze p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 hodnotit, proto\u017ee mohou b\u00fdt zp\u016fsobeny n\u011bjak\u00fdm kr\u00e1tkodob\u00fdm lok\u00e1ln\u00edm vlivem. Rovn\u011b\u017e mezi sebou nelze porovn\u00e1vat tzv. dopravn\u00ed lokality (tzn. v\u00a0t\u011bsn\u00e9 bl\u00edzkosti komunikac\u00ed) s\u00a0lokalitami poza\u010fov\u00fdmi.<\/p>\n<p>I v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b ro\u010dn\u00edch pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fdch koncentrac\u00ed jsou v\u0161ak nap\u0159. u prachov\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic PM<sub>10<\/sub> nebo oxidu dusi\u010dit\u00e9ho z\u0159ejm\u00e9 rozd\u00edly n\u011bkolik \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Doch\u00e1z\u00ed v\u00a0Brn\u011b k\u00a0p\u0159ekra\u010dov\u00e1n\u00edm imisn\u00edch limit\u016f?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>K\u00a0p\u0159ekra\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed imisn\u00edch limit\u016f v\u00a0Brn\u011b doch\u00e1z\u00ed na dopravn\u00edch lokalit\u00e1ch. Na n\u011bkter\u00fdch dopravn\u00edch lokalit\u00e1ch je pak v\u00a0z\u00e1vislosti na klimatick\u00fdch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch v\u00a0dan\u00e9m roce p\u0159ekra\u010dov\u00e1n kr\u00e1tkodob\u00fd imisn\u00ed limit tak\u00e9 u prachov\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic PM<sub>10<\/sub>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jak\u00e9 jsou ze strany m\u011bsta podnik\u00e1na opat\u0159en\u00ed ke sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed emis\u00ed zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek v\u00a0Brn\u011b?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mezi nejv\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed aktivity pat\u0159\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm provoz m\u011bstsk\u00e9 hromadn\u00e9 dopravy, d\u00edky kter\u00e9 se da\u0159\u00ed udr\u017eet po\u010det vozidel v\u00a0centru m\u011bsta na p\u0159ijateln\u00e9 \u00farovni, d\u00e1le provoz soustavy centr\u00e1ln\u00edho z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed tepelnou energi\u00ed a pravideln\u00e1 \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed komunikac\u00ed. Konkr\u00e9tn\u011b ve m\u011bst\u011b Brn\u011b mohou ob\u010dan\u00e9 sm\u011b\u0159ovat svoje podn\u011bty na tyto \u010dty\u0159i instituce: 1.
