V\u00fdsledkem je odborn\u00e1 zpr\u00e1va a souhrn, kter\u00fd si m\u016f\u017eete p\u0159e\u010d\u00edst v tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.chmibrno.org\/projects\/reports\/NamestiSvobody2019.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kompletn\u00ed zpr\u00e1va<\/a><\/p>\n<p>M\u011b\u0159\u00edc\u00ed kampa\u0148 na brn\u011bnsk\u00e9m n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed Svobody prob\u00edhala <strong>od 13. do 29. 8. 2019<\/strong>, tedy 17 dn\u00ed. M\u011b\u0159\u00edc\u00ed v\u016fz monitoroval v\u00a0<strong>10minutov\u00fdch<\/strong> intervalech koncentrace prachov\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic frakc\u00ed <strong>PM<sub>10<\/sub>, PM<sub>2,5<\/sub> a PM<sub>1<\/sub> a d\u00e1le plynn\u00e9 zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed l\u00e1tky oxid dusi\u010dit\u00fd (NO<sub>2<\/sub>), oxid dusnat\u00fd (NO), oxid si\u0159i\u010dit\u00fd (SO<sub>2<\/sub>) a oxid uhelnat\u00fd (CO)<\/strong>. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 byly sledov\u00e1ny i <strong>meteorologick\u00e9 podm\u00ednky<\/strong> \u2013 teplota a vlhkost vzduchu a rychlost a sm\u011br v\u011btru. Proj\u00ed\u017ed\u00ed zde tramvaje MHD a vozy s\u00a0povolen\u00edm (z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed apod.). Mapov\u00fd podklad: Openstreet Maps<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Meteorologick\u00e9 podm\u00ednky<\/h2>\n<p>Kampa\u0148 byla provedena v\u00a0druh\u00e9 polovin\u011b srpna, <strong>teploty vzduchu proto byly relativn\u011b vysok\u00e9<\/strong>, celkov\u00fd pr\u016fm\u011br za celou kampa\u0148 byl 22,44 \u00b0C. Denn\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011bry se pohybovaly mezi 20 a 25 \u00b0C, absolutn\u011b nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed nam\u011b\u0159en\u00e1 hodnota byla 32,9 \u00b0C. Ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f jsou vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed teploty pro kvalitu ovzdu\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9, v\u00fdjimkou jsou koncentrace p\u0159\u00edzemn\u00edho ozonu, kde je situace p\u0159esn\u011b opa\u010dn\u00e1 \u2013 vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed teploty v\u011bt\u0161inou znamenaj\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed koncentrace p\u0159\u00edzemn\u00edho ozonu (ty v\u0161ak m\u011b\u0159\u00edc\u00ed v\u016fz nem\u011b\u0159\u00ed).<\/p>\n<p>D\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm parametrem pro kvalitu ovzdu\u0161\u00ed je rychlost a sm\u011br v\u011btru. Rychlost v\u011btru je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm faktorem rozptylov\u00fdch podm\u00ednek. Obecn\u011b lze \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee pro kvalitu ovzdu\u0161\u00ed jsou vhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed rychlosti v\u011btru, \u010d\u00edm\u017e doch\u00e1z\u00ed k\u00a0lep\u0161\u00edmu rozptylu zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek v ovzdu\u0161\u00ed (existuj\u00ed v\u00fdjimky, nap\u0159\u00edklad v\u00a0m\u00edstech s\u00a0velmi vysokou pra\u0161nost\u00ed m\u016f\u017eou vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed rychlosti v\u011btru naopak zp\u016fsobovat v\u00fdznamnou resuspenzi \u010di vznosy prachu do ovzdu\u0161\u00ed, co\u017e je n\u011bco co bylo ned\u00e1vno pozorov\u00e1no nap\u0159\u00edklad na brn\u011bnsk\u00e9 stanici Zvona\u0159ka v\u00a0d\u016fsledku okoln\u00edch intenzivn\u00edch stavebn\u00edch prac\u00ed.). Naopak n\u00edzk\u00e9 rychlosti v\u011btru vedou k\u00a0akumulaci zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek. Sm\u011br v\u011btru pak ud\u00e1v\u00e1, kam se budou zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed l\u00e1tky \u0161\u00ed\u0159it od sv\u00e9ho zdroje.<\/p>\n<p>Data nam\u011b\u0159en\u00e1 na n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed Svobody jasn\u011b ukazuj\u00ed p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dan\u00fd fakt, tedy \u017ee <strong>rychlosti v\u011btru zde lze ozna\u010dit za velmi n\u00edzk\u00e9<\/strong>. T\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 ve v\u0161echny dny se pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 rychlost v\u011btru pohybovala do 1\u00a0m\/s, n\u011bkdy dokonce jen kolem 0,5 m\/s. Absolutn\u011b nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed nam\u011b\u0159en\u00e1 rychlost v\u011btru b\u011bhem cel\u00e9 kampan\u011b byla 2,3 m\/s (8,3 km\/h). Takto n\u00edzk\u00e9 rychlosti v\u011btru jsou zde d\u00e1ny uzav\u0159enost\u00ed cel\u00e9ho prostoru, kdy v\u0161ude kolem dokola je hust\u00e1 z\u00e1stavba. Potenci\u00e1ln\u011b nejnebezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pro zdrav\u00ed jsou nejmen\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stice, kter\u00e9 se dost\u00e1vaj\u00ed hloub\u011bji do d\u00fdchac\u00edho syst\u00e9mu. <strong>Neexistuje bezpe\u010dn\u00e1 spodn\u00ed hranice koncentrace \u010d\u00e1stic<\/strong>, tedy \u010d\u00edm m\u00e9n\u011b \u010d\u00e1stic v\u00a0ovzdu\u0161\u00ed je, t\u00edm l\u00e9pe, a\u010dkoliv je nutn\u00e9 \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee nulov\u00e9 koncentrace nejsou re\u00e1ln\u00e9 ani v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b \u00fapln\u00e9 eliminace antropogenn\u00edch zdroj\u016f, proto\u017ee existuje i spousta zdroj\u016f p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edch (v\u011btrn\u00e1 eroze, lesn\u00ed po\u017e\u00e1ry, sope\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdbuchy atd.).<\/p>\n<p>Celkov\u00e1 pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 koncentrace suspendovan\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic PM<sub>10<\/sub> za cel\u00e9 obdob\u00ed m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed \u010dinila 19,46\u00a0\u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>. Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 denn\u00ed koncentrace se pohybovaly mezi 9,22 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup> (13. 8.) a 39,36\u00a0\u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup> (29. 8.). Data z m\u011b\u0159\u00edc\u00edho vozu na n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed Svobody jsou zv\u00fdrazn\u011bna \u010derven\u011b. Zahrnuty jsou pouze stanice s dostate\u010dn\u00fdm mno\u017estv\u00edm dat<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00a0pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9ho denn\u00edho chodu \u010d\u00e1stic PM<sub>10<\/sub> je patrn\u00e9, \u017ee se i zde <strong>projevuje rann\u00ed a odpoledn\u00ed\/ve\u010dern\u00ed dopravn\u00ed \u0161pi\u010dka<\/strong> \u2013 <strong>zdrojem<\/strong> jsou zde pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b jak <strong>emise v\u00a0\u0161ir\u0161\u00edm okol\u00ed, tak zdroje lok\u00e1ln\u00ed<\/strong>, jako nap\u0159\u00edklad rann\u00ed z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed. P\u0159i rozd\u011blen\u00ed na pracovn\u00ed a nepracovn\u00ed dny je vid\u011bt, \u017ee v\u00a0nepracovn\u00ed dny jsou koncentrace v\u00a0rann\u00edch hodin\u00e1ch vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e v\u00a0pracovn\u00ed dny. To je v\u0161ak zp\u016fsobeno sp\u00ed\u0161e v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm n\u00e1r\u016fstem koncentrac\u00ed ve ve\u010dern\u00edch hodin\u00e1ch, kdy je na n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed o v\u00edkendu ru\u0161n\u011bji, nav\u00edc se zde projevuje i ned\u011bln\u00ed ve\u010dern\u00ed \u0161pi\u010dka v\u00a0\u0161ir\u0161\u00edm okol\u00ed brn\u011bnsk\u00e9ho centra. Pr\u00e1v\u011b <strong>vzhledem k\u00a0velmi n\u00edzk\u00fdm rychlostem v\u011btru se zde pak vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed koncentrace l\u00e1tek udr\u017euj\u00ed<\/strong>. <strong>24h imisn\u00ed limit pro koncentrace suspendovan\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic PM<sub>10<\/sub> (50 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>) p\u0159ekro\u010den nebyl ani jednou.<\/strong> Maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed nam\u011b\u0159en\u00e1 24h koncentrace PM<sub>10<\/sub> byla 39,36 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>Ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s\u00a0ostatn\u00edmi brn\u011bnsk\u00fdmi stanicemi imisn\u00edho monitoringu, a to jak dopravn\u00edmi, poza\u010fov\u00fdmi, tak jedinou pr\u016fmyslovou stanic\u00ed v\u00a0Jihomoravsk\u00e9m kraji (Brno-Zvona\u0159ka, do\u010dasn\u011b p\u0159eklasifikov\u00e1na z\u00a0dopravn\u00ed na pr\u016fmyslovou z\u00a0d\u016fvodu dlouhodob\u00fdch stavebn\u00edch prac\u00ed v\u00a0okol\u00ed stanice), vych\u00e1z\u00ed <strong>koncentrace PM<sub>10<\/sub> na n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed Svobody jako sp\u00ed\u0161e nadpr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9<\/strong>. Vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hodnoty ne\u017e na n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed Svobody byly pozorov\u00e1ny na intenzivn\u011b dopravn\u011b zat\u00ed\u017een\u00fdch stanic\u00edch jako je Brno-\u00davoz (hot spot), pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 Brno-Zvona\u0159ka \u010di Brno-Svatoplukova a Brno-Masn\u00e1. Pr\u016fm\u011br PM<sub>10<\/sub> za cel\u00e9 obdob\u00ed v\u0161ak byl o p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 30 % vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e na poza\u010fov\u00e9 stanici Brno-Tu\u0159any a o asi 15 % vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e na relativn\u011b bl\u00edzk\u00e9 poza\u010fov\u00e9 stanici Brno-D\u011btsk\u00e1 nemocnice.<\/p>\n<p>U \u010d\u00e1stic frakce PM<sub>2,5<\/sub> byla za celou kampa\u0148 pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 koncentrace na n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed Svobody 11,77\u00a0\u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>. Absolutn\u00ed maximum PM<sub>2,5<\/sub> nam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 b\u011bhem m\u011b\u0159\u00edc\u00ed kampan\u011b bylo 36,5 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>, posledn\u00ed den kampan\u011b 29. 8. ve 20:10. Denn\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 koncentrace PM<sub>2,5<\/sub> se pohybovaly od 4,53 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup> (21. 8.) do 25,18 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup> (29.\u00a08.). Denn\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 chody koncentrac\u00ed jsou velmi podobn\u00e9 t\u011bm u PM<sub>10<\/sub> a to jak v\u00a0pracovn\u00ed, tak nepracovn\u00ed dny.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s\u00a0ostatn\u00edmi stanicemi v\u00a0Brn\u011b se jev\u00ed koncentrace PM<sub>2,5<\/sub> op\u011bt jako sp\u00ed\u0161e nadpr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9.<\/strong> Jsou v\u00fdrazn\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e ty nam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 na poza\u010fov\u00e9 stanici Brno-Arboretum, dopravn\u00ed Brno-V\u00fdstavi\u0161t\u011b \u010di poza\u010fov\u00e9 Brno-L\u00ed\u0161e\u0148. Naopak jsou ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e koncentrace PM<sub>2,5<\/sub> na dopravn\u00ed stanici Brno-\u00davoz, Brno Svatoplukova, ale i poza\u010fov\u00e9 Brno-Tu\u0159any a Brno-D\u011btsk\u00e1 nemocnice.<\/p>\n<p>U nejmen\u0161\u00edch \u010d\u00e1stic PM<sub>1<\/sub> byl celkov\u00fd pr\u016fm\u011br koncentrac\u00ed za celou m\u011b\u0159\u00edc\u00ed kampa\u0148 na n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed Svobody 10,05 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>. Denn\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 hodnoty se pohybovaly od 3,83 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup> (21. 8.) do 22,11\u00a0\u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup> (29. 8.). Absolutn\u011b maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed nam\u011b\u0159en\u00e1 hodnota byla 33,3 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup> a to 29.\u00a08. ve 20:10.<\/p>\n<p>Zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 je zde v\u0161ak srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s\u00a0ostatn\u00edmi brn\u011bnsk\u00fdmi stanicemi. V\u00a0tomto kontextu toti\u017e lze <strong>koncentrace suspendovan\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic PM<sub>1<\/sub> na n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed Svobody pova\u017eovat za velmi vysok\u00e9, dokonce za t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ze v\u0161ech stanic a to v\u010detn\u011b vysoce dopravn\u011b zat\u00ed\u017een\u00fdch<\/strong> <strong>stanic<\/strong> Brno-Svatoplukova nebo Brno-\u00davoz (hot spot). Pohled na v\u011btrnou r\u016f\u017eici z\u00a0nejreprezentativn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed stanice co se m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed sm\u011bru v\u011btru v\u00a0Brn\u011b t\u00fd\u010de, stanice Brno-Tu\u0159any, odhal\u00ed, \u017ee do\u0161lo k\u00a0v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 zm\u011bn\u011b sm\u011bru v\u011btru. Zat\u00edmco v\u00a0prvn\u00ed polovin\u011b bylo proud\u011bn\u00ed dominantn\u011b ze severoz\u00e1padu, v\u00a0druh\u00e9 polovin\u011b obdob\u00ed m\u011b\u0159\u00edc\u00ed kampan\u011b se sto\u010dilo proud\u011bn\u00ed na severov\u00fdchod. Existuje vysok\u00e1 pravd\u011bpodobnost, \u017ee <strong>vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed koncentrace v\u00a0druh\u00e9 polovin\u011b obdob\u00ed jsou d\u00e1ny pr\u00e1v\u011b d\u00e1lkov\u00fdm, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b a\u017e p\u0159eshrani\u010dn\u00edm transportem ze severov\u00fdchodu<\/strong>. Ty umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed <strong>kumulaci zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek<\/strong>. Nejlep\u0161\u00edm p\u0159\u00edkladem tohoto faktu je srovn\u00e1n\u00ed se stanic\u00ed Brno-V\u00fdstavi\u0161t\u011b. Jedn\u00e1 se o dopravn\u011b velmi zat\u00ed\u017eenou lokalitu, na druhou stranu je to v\u0161ak lokalita velmi otev\u0159en\u00e1, prov\u011btr\u00e1van\u00e1 prakticky ze v\u0161ech stran a doprava relativn\u011b plynul\u00e1. Dlouhodob\u011b jsou zde tedy koncentrace v\u00fdrazn\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e na jin\u00fdch podobn\u011b dopravn\u011b zat\u00ed\u017een\u00fdch stanic\u00edch jako je nap\u0159\u00edklad Brno-\u00davoz (hot spot) nebo Brno-Svatoplukova. A\u010dkoliv jsou tedy dopravn\u00ed podm\u00ednky vedle \u010dty\u0159proudov\u00e9 k\u0159i\u017eovatky a v\u00a0p\u011b\u0161\u00ed z\u00f3n\u011b na n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed Svobody na prvn\u00ed pohled zcela nesrovnateln\u00e9 a zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 koncentrace prachov\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic na n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed Svobody p\u016fsob\u00ed p\u0159inejmen\u0161\u00edm zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u011b, p\u0159i anal\u00fdze okol\u00ed lokality ji\u017e tento fakt nelogicky nep\u016fsob\u00ed. Prov\u011btr\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed na n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed Svobody je minim\u00e1ln\u00ed a doch\u00e1z\u00ed zde ke kumulaci polutant\u016f jak z\u00a0okol\u00ed, tak z\u00a0lok\u00e1ln\u00edch zdroj\u016f, kter\u00fdmi jsou nap\u0159\u00edklad proj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed a zastavuj\u00edc\u00ed vozy z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed a dal\u0161\u00ed logistiky, st\u00e1nky s\u00a0ob\u010derstven\u00edm, ale i pohyb lid\u00ed (resuspenze), p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b jejich \u010dinnost (kou\u0159en\u00ed apod.).<\/p>\n<p>Koncentra\u010dn\u00ed r\u016f\u017eice z\u00a0n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed Svobody jsou pro v\u0161echny frakce tak\u0159ka toto\u017en\u00e9. Ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee <strong>nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed koncentrace p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed z\u00a0ji\u017en\u00edch sm\u011br\u016f <\/strong>(JV a\u017e JZ). Z\u00a0n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed Svobody vede jen n\u011bkolik \u00fazk\u00fdch koridor\u016f (ulic). Ji\u017en\u011b vede na n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed Masarykova ulice sm\u011brem od Hlavn\u00edho n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed. Na severoz\u00e1pad vyb\u00edh\u00e1 ulice \u010cesk\u00e1, kter\u00e1 v\u0161ak kon\u010d\u00ed na ulici Jo\u0161tov\u00e9, kde je automobilov\u00fd provoz minim\u00e1ln\u00ed. Na severoseverov\u00fdchod vyb\u00edh\u00e1 ulice Ra\u0161\u00ednova, kter\u00e1 kon\u010d\u00ed na Moravsk\u00e9m n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed, kde je intenzivn\u00ed pouze provoz tramvaj\u00ed. Z\u00a0uveden\u00fdch m\u00edst je dopravn\u011b nejzat\u00ed\u017een\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b okol\u00ed Hlavn\u00edho n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pom\u011bry mezi koncentracemi jednotliv\u00fdch frakc\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stic jsou velmi podobn\u00e9 pom\u011br\u016fm pozorovan\u00fdm na ostatn\u00edch stanic\u00edch v\u00a0Brn\u011b. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hypot\u00e9zu, \u017ee probl\u00e9mem jsou p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm n\u00edzk\u00e9 rychlosti v\u011btru, pak potvrzuj\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 denn\u00ed chody frakce PM<sub>1<\/sub> na jednotliv\u00fdch stanic\u00edch. Na grafu v\u00a0sekci o suspendovan\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic\u00edch PM<sub>1<\/sub>\u00a0je dob\u0159e vid\u011bt absence poklesu kolem poledne a v\u00a0podstat\u011b velmi konstantn\u00ed denn\u00ed pr\u016fb\u011bh a podobn\u00e1 situace na stanici \u00davoz, kter\u00e1 je rovn\u011b\u017e v kotlin\u011b ve z\u00e1stavb\u011b. A\u010dkoliv jsou tedy v\u00a0rann\u00ed \u0161pi\u010dce koncentrace PM<sub>1<\/sub> v\u00fdrazn\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed na n\u011bkter\u00fdch jin\u00fdch stanic\u00edch, v\u00a0denn\u00edm pr\u016fm\u011bru toto patrn\u00e9 nen\u00ed, proto\u017ee jsou na t\u011bchto stanic\u00edch pozorov\u00e1ny tak\u00e9 v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 poklesy b\u011bhem dne.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Oxidy dus\u00edku<\/h2>\n<p>Hlavn\u00edm zdrojem oxid\u016f dus\u00edku (sou\u010det koncentrac\u00ed oxidu dusi\u010dit\u00e9ho (NO<sub>2<\/sub>) a oxidu dusnat\u00e9ho (NO)) je<strong> doprava<\/strong>. Jsou zde ji\u017e patrn\u00e9 v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 rozd\u00edly mezi v\u0161emi dopravn\u00edmi stanicemi ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed se stanicemi poza\u010fov\u00fdmi.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 koncentrace oxidu dusi\u010dit\u00e9ho za celou m\u011b\u0159\u00edc\u00ed kampa\u0148 na n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed Svobody byla 18,07\u00a0\u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>. Ve dvou p\u0159\u00edpadech byla zaznamen\u00e1na velmi v\u00fdrazn\u00e1 \u0161pi\u010dka v\u00a0jednom 10minutov\u00e9m intervalu. Mohlo se jednat o chybu m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed, nen\u00ed ale vylou\u010den ani n\u011bjak\u00fd v\u00fdznamn\u00fd zdroj, kter\u00fd se v\u00a0danou chv\u00edli nach\u00e1zel ve velmi t\u011bsn\u00e9 bl\u00edzkosti stanice (takov\u00fdm zdrojem m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt nap\u0159\u00edklad zastaven\u00ed n\u00e1kladn\u00edho vozu s\u00a0nastartovan\u00fdm motorem p\u0159\u00edmo vedle odb\u011brov\u00e9 sondy). <strong>Hodinov\u00fd imisn\u00ed limit pro NO<sub>2<\/sub> p\u0159ekro\u010den nebyl.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Graf pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9ho denn\u00edho chodu vykazuje typick\u00fd chod m\u011bstsk\u00fdch stanic se \u0161pi\u010dkou v\u00a0rann\u00edch a pot\u00e9 ve ve\u010dern\u00edch hodin\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n<p>Koncentra\u010dn\u00ed r\u016f\u017eice NO<sub>2<\/sub> ukazuje, \u017ee zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed v\u00a0tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b p\u0159ich\u00e1zelo prakticky ze v\u0161ech sm\u011br\u016f a tak\u0159ka v\u00fdhradn\u011b p\u0159i ni\u017e\u0161\u00edch rychlostech v\u011btru (v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b vzhledem k\u00a0celkov\u011b velmi n\u00edzk\u00fdm rychlostem znamenaj\u00ed ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed rychlosti stav bl\u00edzk\u00fd \u00fapln\u00e9mu bezv\u011bt\u0159\u00ed).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s\u00a0ostatn\u00edmi brn\u011bnsk\u00fdmi stanicemi byly koncentrace NO<sub>2<\/sub> na n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed Svobody pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9<\/strong>, pohybovaly se <strong>p\u0159esn\u011b mezi vy\u0161\u0161\u00edmi koncentracemi na dopravn\u00edch stanic\u00edch<\/strong> (Brno-\u00davoz, Brno-Svatoplukova, Brno-Zvona\u0159ka, Brno-V\u00fdstavi\u0161t\u011b) <strong>a ni\u017e\u0161\u00edmi koncentracemi na stanic\u00edch poza\u010fov\u00fdch<\/strong> (Brno-Tu\u0159any, Brno-Arboretum, Brno-D\u011btsk\u00e1 nemocnice a Brno-L\u00e1ny).<\/p>\n<p>U oxidu dusnat\u00e9ho (NO) je v\u0161ak situace odli\u0161n\u00e1. Koncentrace na n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed Svobody byly ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s\u00a0ostatn\u00edmi brn\u011bnsk\u00fdmi stanicemi n\u00edzk\u00e9. Charakteristikou NO je jeho rychl\u00e1 oxidace na oxid dusi\u010dit\u00fd. Vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed koncentrace jsou tedy p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm p\u0159\u00edmo v\u00a0m\u00edst\u011b jeho vzniku \u2013 na dopravn\u00edch stanic\u00edch. Z\u00a0toho lze usuzovat, \u017ee vzhledem k\u00a0faktu, \u017ee koncentrace NO byly na n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed velmi n\u00edzk\u00e9, byly <strong>vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed koncentrace NO<sub>2<\/sub> d\u00e1ny sp\u00ed\u0161e zdroji mimo n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 koncentrace NOx za celou m\u011b\u0159\u00edc\u00ed kampa\u0148 na n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed Svobody byla 23,33\u00a0\u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>. Denn\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011bry se pohybovaly od 2,54\u00a0\u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup> (21. 8.) po 6,27\u00a0\u00b5g\/m<sup>3\u00a0<\/sup>(14. 8.). Absolutn\u011b maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed nam\u011b\u0159en\u00e1 koncentrace byla 9,8\u00a0\u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup> (28. 8. 01:00).<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 koncentrace CO za celou m\u011b\u0159\u00edc\u00ed kampa\u0148 byla 0,245 mg\/m<sup>3<\/sup>. Denn\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 koncentrace se pohybovaly od 0,138 mg\/m<sup>3<\/sup> (16. 8.) do 0,364 mg\/m<sup>3<\/sup> (24. 8.). Pr\u00e1v\u011b u t\u011bch jsou koncentrace p\u0159ekvapiv\u011b \u010dasto vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e na v\u0161ech ostatn\u00edch brn\u011bnsk\u00fdch stanic\u00edch, v\u010detn\u011b stanic dopravn\u00edch.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou vysok\u00fdch koncentrac\u00ed prachov\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic je zde jednozna\u010dn\u011b <strong>\u0161patn\u00e1 rozptylov\u00e1 situace<\/strong>. Hust\u00e1 okoln\u00ed z\u00e1stavba ve v\u0161ech sm\u011brech zap\u0159\u00ed\u010di\u0148uje prakticky permanentn\u00ed velmi n\u00edzk\u00e9 rychlosti v\u011btru \u010di bezv\u011bt\u0159\u00ed, co\u017e vede ke kumulaci zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek.<\/p>\n<p><strong>B\u011bhem cel\u00e9 m\u011b\u0159\u00edc\u00ed kampan\u011b nedo\u0161lo k\u00a0p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9ho imisn\u00edho limitu.<\/strong> Na druhou stranu bylo m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed provedeno ve velmi p\u0159\u00edznivou dobu roku, kdy jsou obecn\u011b koncentrace zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek n\u00edzk\u00e9, nebo\u0165 nejsou v\u00a0provozu dom\u00e1c\u00ed topeni\u0161t\u011b. Hlavn\u00edm zdrojem prachov\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic v\u00a0\u010cesk\u00e9 republice je jak v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b PM<sub>10<\/sub>, tak v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b PM<sub>2,5<\/sub> jednozna\u010dn\u011b lok\u00e1ln\u00ed vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed. V\u00a0zimn\u00edm obdob\u00ed se nav\u00edc na hor\u0161\u00ed kvalit\u011b ovzdu\u0161\u00ed pod\u00edl\u00ed i zhor\u0161en\u00e9 rozptylov\u00e9 a meteorologick\u00e9 podm\u00ednky (teplotn\u00ed inverze, velmi n\u00edzk\u00e9 teploty, ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed sr\u00e1\u017eek atd.).
