V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku si p\u0159edstav\u00edme nejen novinky v leto\u0161n\u00edm m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed, ale samoz\u0159ejm\u011b p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm jeho v\u00fdsledky. Tento d\u00edl se zam\u011b\u0159\u00ed na zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed l\u00e1tky, d\u00edl druh\u00fd pak na v\u00fdsledky anal\u00fdzy skenovac\u00edm elektronov\u00fdm mikroskopem.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.chmibrno.org\/projects\/reports\/IgnisBrunensis2019.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kompletn\u00ed odborn\u00e1 zpr\u00e1va<\/a><\/p>\n<p>M\u011b\u0159en\u00ed kvality ovzdu\u0161\u00ed b\u011bhem brn\u011bnsk\u00e9 oh\u0148ostrojov\u00e9 p\u0159ehl\u00eddky Ignis Brunensis 2019 prob\u00edhalo v\u00a0obdob\u00ed od 30. kv\u011btna do 12. \u010dervna 2019. Pro odb\u011br vzork\u016f byly pou\u017eity vzorkova\u010de suspendovan\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic frakc\u00ed PM<sub>10<\/sub> a PM<sub>2,5 <\/sub>(pro gravimetrii a anal\u00fdzu kov\u016f) a PM<sub>10<\/sub> (pro \u010d\u00e1sticovou anal\u00fdzu). Nav\u00edc byl vyu\u017eit m\u011b\u0159\u00edc\u00ed v\u016fz Statut\u00e1rn\u00edho m\u011bsta Brna, monitoruj\u00edc\u00ed v\u00a010minutov\u00fdch intervalech jak koncentrace vybran\u00fdch zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek v\u00a0ovzdu\u0161\u00ed, tak aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed meteorologick\u00e9 podm\u00ednky.<\/p>\n<p>Oh\u0148ostroje byly odpalov\u00e1ny z\u00a0pontonu um\u00edst\u011bn\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edmo na hladin\u011b brn\u011bnsk\u00e9 p\u0159ehrady, v\u00a0jej\u00ed ji\u017en\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti. M\u011b\u0159\u00edc\u00ed technika byla situov\u00e1na hned u pob\u0159e\u017e\u00ed jihov\u00fdchodn\u011b od odpalovac\u00ed rampy s\u00a0ohledem na to, \u017ee na p\u0159ehrad\u011b statisticky p\u0159eva\u017euje v\u00edtr ze z\u00e1padn\u00edho a severoz\u00e1padn\u00edho sm\u011bru a byla tedy vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnost, \u017ee bude kou\u0159ov\u00e1 vle\u010dka sm\u011b\u0159ovat jihov\u00fdchodn\u011b sm\u011brem k\u00a0m\u011b\u0159ic\u00edm za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p>Soubor m\u011b\u0159en\u00fdch \u0161kodlivin zahrnoval zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed l\u00e1tky, pro kter\u00e9 je stanoven imisn\u00ed limit podle Z\u00e1kona 201\/2012 Sb. o ochran\u011b ovzdu\u0161\u00ed (d\u00e1le jen Z\u00e1kon o ochran\u011b ovzdu\u0161\u00ed). Nav\u00edc byla provedena i anal\u00fdza koncentrac\u00ed kov\u016f, kter\u00e9 jsou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed pyrotechnick\u00fdch slo\u017e\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Novinky v m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>V leto\u0161n\u00edm roce se m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed odli\u0161ovalo od toho lo\u0148sk\u00e9ho ve dvou faktorech:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed frakce PM1 &#8211; v leto\u0161n\u00edm roce byly monitorov\u00e1ny i koncentrace velmi mal\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic frakce PM1, tedy \u010d\u00e1stic potenci\u00e1ln\u011b velmi nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch pro lidsk\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed<\/li>\n<li>SEM &#8211; mikroskopick\u00e1 anal\u00fdza se od lo\u0148sk\u00e9ho roku posunula d\u00e1le, proto bylo hodnocen\u00ed komplexn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Vliv meteorologick\u00fdch podm\u00ednek<\/h2>\n<p>Z\u00a0nam\u011b\u0159en\u00fdch dat, a\u0165 u\u017e koncentrac\u00ed zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek, tak meteorologick\u00fdch podm\u00ednek, se uk\u00e1zalo, \u017ee <strong>z\u00a0hlediska vlivu odpalov\u00e1n\u00ed pyrotechniky je relevantn\u00ed zab\u00fdvat se zejm\u00e9na daty nam\u011b\u0159en\u00fdmi b\u011bhem prvn\u00edho (1. 6.) a t\u0159et\u00edho (8. 6.) oh\u0148ostroje<\/strong>, kdy kou\u0159ov\u00e1 vle\u010dka z\u00a0odpalov\u00e9 rampy putovala sm\u011brem ke vzorkova\u010d\u016fm. Zbyl\u00e9 dva oh\u0148ostroje (5. 6. a 12. 6.) foukalo v\u00a0lokalit\u011b p\u0159ehrady jin\u00fdm sm\u011brem a n\u00e1r\u016fst koncentrac\u00ed kter\u00e9koliv zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed l\u00e1tky tak nelze d\u00e1vat na vrub odpalov\u00e1n\u00ed. Dob\u0159e je to patrn\u00e9 zejm\u00e9na na koncentrac\u00edch drasl\u00edku. Ten jako ned\u00edln\u00e1 sou\u010d\u00e1st st\u0159eln\u00e9ho prachu vykazuje vysok\u00fd n\u00e1r\u016fst koncentrace p\u0159i odpalech pyrotechniky a proto lze pova\u017eovat za vhodn\u00fd marker. B\u011bhem prvn\u00edho i t\u0159et\u00edho oh\u0148ostroje narostly koncentrace K\u00a0\u0159\u00e1dov\u011b, zat\u00edmco b\u011bhem zbyl\u00fdch dvou v\u016fbec.<\/p>\n<h2>Suspendovan\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice<\/h2>\n<p>B\u011bhem akce byly monitorov\u00e1ny frakce PM<sub>10<\/sub>, PM<sub>2,5<\/sub> a PM<sub>1<\/sub>. <strong>Denn\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 koncentrace PM<sub>10<\/sub> se pohybovaly mezi 9,5 a 29,7 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>.<\/strong> V\u00a0maximech v\u0161ak dosahovaly v\u00fdrazn\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch hodnot \u2013 a to pr\u00e1v\u011b v\u00a0dob\u011b odpalov\u00e1n\u00ed oh\u0148ostroj\u016f.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Absolutn\u011b nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed koncentrace PM<sub>10<\/sub> <\/strong>byla nam\u011b\u0159ena kr\u00e1tce p\u0159ed prvn\u00ed oh\u0148ostrojem 1. 6. 2019 a to <strong>284,1 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup><\/strong>. Na jednu stranu lze \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee takov\u00e1to koncentrace odpov\u00edd\u00e1 zhruba stav\u016fm b\u011bhem v\u00fdrazn\u00fdch smogov\u00fdch situac\u00ed, na druhou stranu se jednalo o hodnotu nam\u011b\u0159enou b\u011bhem jednoho desetiminutov\u00e9ho intervalu a n\u00e1sledoval rychl\u00fd pokles. Koncentrace se vy\u0161plhaly nahoru tak\u00e9 b\u011bhem t\u0159et\u00edho oh\u0148ostroje, tentokr\u00e1t v\u0161ak pouze na 125,8 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>Paradoxn\u011b v\u0161ak byla absolutn\u011b nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed koncentrace PM<sub>10<\/sub> nam\u011b\u0159ena <strong>je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed za\u010d\u00e1tkem samotn\u00e9ho oh\u0148ostroje<\/strong>. Zdrojem takto vysok\u00fdch koncentrac\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b budou <strong>\u010dinnosti spojen\u00e9 s\u00a0p\u0159ehl\u00eddkou jako takovou<\/strong> \u2013 oh\u0148ostroj zde tedy nem\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edm\u00fd vliv (zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed v\u00fdbuchy pyrotechnick\u00fdch slo\u017e\u00ed), ale sp\u00ed\u0161e nep\u0159\u00edm\u00fd vliv (pohyb velk\u00e9ho po\u010dtu osob, aut a jejich aktivita \u2013 resuspenze ch\u016fz\u00ed, st\u00e1nky s\u00a0grilov\u00e1n\u00edm, cigaretov\u00fd kou\u0159 apod.).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Imisn\u00ed limit pro 24h koncentraci PM<sub>10<\/sub>, tedy 50 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>, p\u0159ekro\u010den nebyl ani v\u00a0jeden den. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>V\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b \u010d\u00e1stic frakce PM<sub>2,5<\/sub> se pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 24h koncentrace pohybovaly mezi 5,0 a 18,6\u00a0\u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>. <\/strong>Pr\u016fb\u011bh koncentrace PM<sub>2,5<\/sub> velmi dob\u0159e koreloval s\u00a0pr\u016fb\u011bhem koncentrace PM<sub>10<\/sub> \u2013 <strong>nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hodnota 212,8 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup> <\/strong>byla pozorov\u00e1na t\u011bsn\u011b p\u0159ed prvn\u00edm oh\u0148ostrojem 1. 6., b\u011bhem t\u0159et\u00edho oh\u0148ostroje se koncentrace vy\u0161plhaly na 97,9 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup> v\u00a0maxim\u00e1ln\u00edm 10minutov\u00e9m pr\u016fm\u011bru.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 denn\u00ed koncentrace PM<sub>1<\/sub> se pohybovaly mezi 3,6 a 15,4 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup><\/strong>, v\u00a010minutov\u00fdch intervalech pak mezi 1,0 a 153,0 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>. Pr\u016fb\u011bh koncentrac\u00ed PM<sub>1<\/sub> odpov\u00edd\u00e1 pr\u016fb\u011bhu koncentrac\u00ed PM<sub>10<\/sub> a PM<sub>2,5<\/sub>.<\/p>\n<p>Koncentra\u010dn\u00ed r\u016f\u017eice pro suspendovan\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice vypadaj\u00ed pro v\u0161echny frakce velmi podobn\u011b. Jsou zde patrn\u00e1 <strong>dv\u011b ohniska<\/strong> \u2013 jedno p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b jihov\u00fdchodn\u011b od m\u011b\u0159\u00edc\u00edho m\u00edsta a jedno na severoz\u00e1pad (odpalov\u00e1 rampa). R\u016f\u017eov\u011b jsou vy\u0161rafov\u00e1na obdob\u00ed kon\u00e1n\u00ed oh\u0148ostroje (22:00-02:00).<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Oxid dusi\u010dit\u00fd (NO<sub>2<\/sub>)<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Koncentrace oxidu dusi\u010dit\u00e9ho se v\u00a0denn\u00edm pr\u016fm\u011bru pohybovaly mezi 5,7 a 10,6 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>.<\/strong> <strong>Absolutn\u011b maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed nam\u011b\u0159en\u00e1 hodnota<\/strong> v\u00a0jednotliv\u00e9 10minutov\u00e9 intervaly byla <strong>37,6 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup><\/strong>. P\u0159i pohledu na pr\u016fb\u011bh koncentrac\u00ed NO<sub>2<\/sub> b\u011bhem sledovan\u00e9ho obdob\u00ed od 30. 5. do 13. 6. lze na grafu vid\u011bt n\u011bkolik \u0161pi\u010dek, kdy koncentrace dosahovaly hodnot mezi p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 30 a 40 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>. Jednalo se jak o obdob\u00ed kon\u00e1n\u00ed oh\u0148ostroje, tak n\u011bkter\u00e9 \u010dasy mimo oh\u0148ostroj.<\/p>\n<p>Koncentra\u010dn\u00ed r\u016f\u017eice jasn\u011b uk\u00e1zala, \u017ee <strong>hlavn\u00edm zdrojem NO<sub>2<\/sub> byl jihov\u00fdchodn\u00ed a\u017e v\u00fdchodn\u00ed sm\u011br<\/strong>. P\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdch koncentrac\u00ed tak byla <strong>v\u00fdrazn\u011b intenzivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed dopravn\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e v\u00a0are\u00e1lu p\u0159ehrady<\/strong> a jej\u00edm okol\u00ed, ne\u017e je pro tuto lokalitu b\u011b\u017en\u00e9. R\u016f\u017eov\u011b jsou vy\u0161rafov\u00e1na obdob\u00ed kon\u00e1n\u00ed oh\u0148ostroje (22:00-02:00).<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Kovy<\/h2>\n<p>Co se t\u00fd\u010de \u010dty\u0159 t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdch kov\u016f s\u00a0platn\u00fdm imisn\u00edm limitem, tedy arsenu, niklu, kadmia a olova, lze \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee <strong>byly koncentrace po celou dobu m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed hluboko pod hodnotou imisn\u00edho limitu<\/strong> (\u0159\u00e1dov\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed). Nepatrn\u00fd vliv oh\u0148ostroj\u016f byl zaznamen\u00e1n pouze v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b olova. I tady je v\u0161ak nutn\u00e9 podotknout, \u017ee maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed koncentrace pro 4h interval b\u011bhem prvn\u00edho oh\u0148ostroje byla 8,9 ng\/m<sup>3<\/sup>. Imisn\u00ed limit pro ro\u010dn\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011br m\u00e1 hodnotu 500 ng\/m<sup>3<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>V\u00fdrazn\u00fd vzestup koncentrac\u00ed v\u0161ak byl pozorov\u00e1n zejm\u00e9na u n\u011bkter\u00fdch dal\u0161\u00edch kov\u016f, kter\u00e9 nemaj\u00ed stanoven imisn\u00ed limit, v\u00a0ovzdu\u0161\u00ed se \u0159ada z\u00a0nich b\u011b\u017en\u011b nevyskytuje a zdrojem jsou zde jednozna\u010dn\u011b pr\u00e1v\u011b v\u00fdbuchy pyrotechnick\u00fdch slo\u017e\u00ed. <\/strong>\u0158ada t\u011bchto kov\u016f se vyzna\u010duje konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed barvou plamene, \u010deho\u017e je pr\u00e1v\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1no k\u00a0doc\u00edlen\u00ed barevn\u00fdch efekt\u016f oh\u0148ostroj\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00a0nam\u011b\u0159en\u00fdch dat vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pom\u011brov\u00fd n\u00e1r\u016fst byl zaznamen\u00e1n u <strong>stroncia<\/strong> (hojn\u011b pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fd kov barv\u00edc\u00ed plamen jasn\u011b \u010derven\u011b). Dal\u0161\u00ed velmi v\u00fdznamn\u00fd rozd\u00edl byl zaznamen\u00e1n u <strong>drasl\u00edku<\/strong>, <strong>barya<\/strong> a <strong>m\u011bdi<\/strong>. V\u00edce ne\u017e 10n\u00e1sobn\u00e9 koncentrace b\u011bhem oh\u0148ostroj\u016f ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s\u00a0referen\u010dn\u00ed periodou byly d\u00e1le pozorov\u00e1ny u <strong>bismutu<\/strong>, <strong>ho\u0159\u010d\u00edku<\/strong> a <strong>titanu<\/strong>. Ob\u011b tyto zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed l\u00e1tky ji\u017e dnes v\u00a0cel\u00e9 \u010cesk\u00e9 republice nep\u0159edstavuj\u00ed probl\u00e9m a jsou trvale hluboko pod hodnotou imisn\u00edho limitu (a\u017e na naprosto v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u00e9 situace v\u00a0n\u011bkolika m\u00e1lo lokalit\u00e1ch v\u00a0\u010cR).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dle nam\u011b\u0159en\u00fdch dat nebyl pozorov\u00e1n \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd vliv odpalov\u00e1n\u00ed pyrotechniky a kon\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ehl\u00eddky jako takov\u00e9 na koncentrace t\u011bchto dvou l\u00e1tek.<\/strong> Imisn\u00ed limit pro ro\u010dn\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011br SO<sub>2<\/sub> \u010din\u00ed 125 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>. Absolutn\u011b maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed hodnota nam\u011b\u0159en\u00e1 v\u00a0jednom z\u00a010minutov\u00fdch interval\u016f byla 12,1 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>. Denn\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011bry se pohybovaly mezi 3 a 6,5 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>. U oxidu uhelnat\u00e9ho je hodnota imisn\u00edho limitu pro maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed denn\u00ed 8h klouzav\u00fd pr\u016fm\u011br 10 mg\/m<sup>3<\/sup> (10\u00a0000 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>).
