V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku si prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edklad\u016f uk\u00e1\u017eeme n\u011bkter\u00e9 z t\u011bchto diagram\u016f a zejm\u00e9na pak vysv\u011btl\u00edme na konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edkladech, jak je interpretovat tak, aby to pochopil i n\u011bkdo, kdo se s t\u011bmito typy graf\u016f je\u0161t\u011b nesetkal. Jak vypad\u00e1 koncentra\u010dn\u00ed r\u016f\u017eice a co znamen\u00e1? Jak\u00fd je rozd\u00edl mezi koncentra\u010dn\u00ed r\u016f\u017eic\u00ed a v\u00e1\u017eenou koncentra\u010dn\u00ed r\u016f\u017eic\u00ed? Absolutn\u00ed hodnoty koncentrac\u00ed zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek jsou z\u00e1kladem, ale samy o sob\u011b ke komplexn\u00edmu zhodnocen\u00ed stavu nesta\u010d\u00ed. Zaj\u00edm\u00e1 n\u00e1s nap\u0159\u00edklad tak\u00e9, odkud foukalo, jak rychle foukalo, variabilita koncentrac\u00ed b\u011bhem dne, t\u00fddne, m\u011bs\u00edce a roku, dlouhodob\u00fd trend, teplota a vlhkost vzduchu \u010di mno\u017estv\u00ed sr\u00e1\u017eek. Sm\u011br a rychlost v\u011btru leccos napov\u00ed o zdroji zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed a pom\u00e1haj\u00ed s jeho identifikac\u00ed, teplota a vlhkost vzduchu m\u016f\u017eou stejn\u011b jako sr\u00e1\u017eky, a\u0165 u\u017e kapaln\u00e9 \u010di pevn\u00e9 (d\u00e9\u0161\u0165 \u010di sn\u00edh), v\u00fdrazn\u011b ovliv\u0148ovat kvalitu ovzdu\u0161\u00ed. Chod koncentrace b\u011bhem dne, t\u00fddne \u010di roku rovn\u011b\u017e napom\u00e1h\u00e1 s identifikac\u00ed zdroje zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Z v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9ho plyne, \u017ee s oby\u010dejn\u00fdm \u010d\u00e1rov\u00fdm \u010di sloupcov\u00fdm grafem si \u010dasto nevysta\u010d\u00edme. <strong>\u010casto velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed dat je t\u0159eba souhrnn\u011b a na prvn\u00ed pohled jasn\u011b zobrazit, aby bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 zjistit vztahy mezi jednotliv\u00fdmi parametry a vyvodit pat\u0159i\u010dn\u00e9 z\u00e1v\u011bry.<\/strong> Za t\u00edmto \u00fa\u010delem se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed speci\u00e1ln\u00ed programy \u010di skripty, kter\u00e9 vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed specifick\u00e9 diagramy podle pot\u0159eby. N\u011bkter\u00e9 z t\u011bchto diagram\u016f je mo\u017en\u00e9 snadno vygenerovat v \u0159ad\u011b r\u016fzn\u00fdch tabulkov\u00fdch editor\u016f, jin\u00e9 vy\u017eaduj\u00ed slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed techniky a znalost n\u011bkter\u00fdch programovac\u00edch jazyk\u016f (nap\u0159\u00edklad R).<\/p>\n<p>Poj\u010fme se nyn\u00ed pod\u00edvat na \u010dasto pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 vizualizace od t\u011bch nejjednodu\u0161\u0161\u00edch po slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, s p\u0159\u00edkladem vyu\u017eit\u00ed a vysv\u011btlen\u00edm.<br \/>\n<span id=\"lineGraph\"><\/span><\/p>\n<h3>\u010c\u00e1rov\u00fd (liniov\u00fd) graf<\/h3>\n<p>Nejjednodu\u0161\u0161\u00edm grafem je klasick\u00fd \u010d\u00e1rov\u00fd graf. Pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 se nap\u0159\u00edklad k <strong>vyj\u00e1d\u0159en\u00ed chodu<\/strong> koncentrac\u00ed v pr\u016fb\u011bhu \u010dasu. Na ose X je v takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b \u010das, na ose Y koncentrace ur\u010dit\u00e9 zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed l\u00e1tky. Na uk\u00e1zce n\u00ed\u017ee jsou zn\u00e1zorn\u011bny koncentrace oxidu dusi\u010dit\u00e9ho (NO<sub>2<\/sub>) na stanici Brno-Zvona\u0159ka v obdob\u00ed od 1. z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2018 do 28. \u00fanora 2019 v hodinov\u00e9m intervalu. Interpretace grafu je\u00a0pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b velmi snadn\u00e1 pro kohokoliv. \u010c\u00edm d\u00e1le je linie od osy X, t\u00edm vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed jsou koncentrace v danou chv\u00edli. Jak je vid\u011bt, je tento typ grafu <strong>vhodn\u00fd tak\u00e9 pro srovn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong> n\u011bkolika datov\u00fdch soubor\u016f &#8211; m\u016f\u017ee se jednat nap\u0159\u00edklad o srovn\u00e1n\u00ed dvou a v\u00edce r\u016fzn\u00fdch \u010dasov\u00fdch obdob\u00ed na toto\u017en\u00e9 stanici \u010di srovn\u00e1n\u00ed dat ze dvou a v\u00edce lokalit ve shodn\u00e9 obdob\u00ed. N\u00ed\u017ee uveden\u00e1 uk\u00e1zka ilustruje srovn\u00e1n\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9ho denn\u00edho chodu suspendovan\u00fdch (prachov\u00fdch) \u010d\u00e1stic PM<sub>10<\/sub> v hodinov\u00e9m kroku pro obdob\u00ed z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2018 a\u017e \u00fanor 2019 s dlouhodob\u00fdm pr\u016fm\u011brem na stanici Brno-Zvona\u0159ka.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/chmibrno.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/liniovy2.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2412 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/chmibrno.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/liniovy2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"945\" height=\"570\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.enviblog.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/liniovy2.png 945w, https:\/\/www.enviblog.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/liniovy2-300x181.png 300w, https:\/\/www.enviblog.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/liniovy2-768x463.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 945px) 100vw, 945px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>V tomto konkr\u00e9tn\u00edm p\u0159\u00edkladu m\u016f\u017eeme na z\u00e1klad\u011b grafick\u00e9ho zn\u00e1zorn\u011bn\u00ed snadno vyhodnotit, \u017ee byly koncentrace v obdob\u00ed z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2018 a\u017e \u00fanor 2019 vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e b\u011bhem desetilet\u00e9ho pr\u016fm\u011bru 2008 a\u017e 2017 a to b\u011bhem v\u0161ech hodin dne. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 je dob\u0159e vid\u011bt, \u017ee nejv\u00edce se rozd\u00edl projevoval v dob\u011b dopravn\u00edch \u0161pi\u010dek, tedy r\u00e1no a odpoledne.<br \/>\n<span id=\"barGraph\"><\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Sloupcov\u00fd graf<\/h3>\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00edm ze zn\u00e1m\u00fdch a obecn\u011b \u010dasto pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch graf\u016f je tzv. sloupcov\u00fd graf. Ten se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm ke <strong>srovn\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00edce hodnot<\/strong>. Konkr\u00e9tn\u00edm p\u0159\u00edkladem v hodnocen\u00ed kvality ovzdu\u0161\u00ed je srovn\u00e1n\u00ed ro\u010dn\u00edch pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fdch koncentrac\u00ed. Nejjednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed typ sloupcov\u00e9ho grafu je zobrazen n\u00ed\u017ee a ukazuje pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 ro\u010dn\u00ed koncentrace PM<sub>10<\/sub> na stanici Brno-Zvona\u0159ka v obdob\u00ed 2008 a\u017e 2018. P\u0159idanou hodnotou je \u010d\u00edseln\u00e9 vyj\u00e1d\u0159en\u00ed hodnoty dan\u00e9ho sloupce nad grafem. Graf umo\u017e\u0148uje okam\u017eit\u011b vyhodnotit, kdy byla pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 ro\u010dn\u00ed koncentrace nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed, zda se koncentrace sp\u00ed\u0161e zvy\u0161uj\u00ed, sni\u017euj\u00ed nebo stagnuj\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Absence n\u011bkter\u00fdch sloupc\u016f znamen\u00e1, \u017ee v dan\u00fd rok nebylo k dispozici dostate\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed dat pro stanoven\u00ed ro\u010dn\u00edho pr\u016fm\u011bru. \u010cHM\u00da \u00fasek kvality ovzdu\u0161\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 pravidlo <strong>minim\u00e1ln\u011b 90% dostupnosti dat<\/strong>. Pokud nen\u00ed k dispozici alespo\u0148 90 % dat, pr\u016fm\u011br nebo nap\u0159\u00edklad po\u010det p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed se nepova\u017euje za relevantn\u00ed, jeliko\u017e m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt vzhledem k absenci ur\u010dit\u00e9ho obdob\u00ed zkreslen\u00fd. V\u011bt\u0161ina zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek vykazuje typick\u00fd ro\u010dn\u00ed chod koncentrac\u00ed (u PM nap\u0159\u00edklad jsou koncentrace nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed v chladnou \u010d\u00e1st roku, naopak u p\u0159\u00edzemn\u00edho ozonu v nejteplej\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st roku). Pokud by tedy v datech chyb\u011blo nap\u0159\u00edklad cel\u00e9 tepl\u00e9 obdob\u00ed, takto vypo\u010d\u00edtan\u00fd pr\u016fm\u011br PM by byl pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e v letech s kompletn\u00edmi daty a vedl k zav\u00e1d\u011bj\u00edc\u00edmu vyhodnocen\u00ed, \u017ee koncentrace rostly, co\u017e ve skute\u010dnosti nemusela b\u00fdt pravda.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/chmibrno.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/sloupec.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2413\" src=\"https:\/\/chmibrno.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/sloupec.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"953\" height=\"491\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.enviblog.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/sloupec.png 953w, https:\/\/www.enviblog.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/sloupec-300x155.png 300w, https:\/\/www.enviblog.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/sloupec-768x396.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 953px) 100vw, 953px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Pro lep\u0161\u00ed vyhodnocen\u00ed trendu je mo\u017en\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edmo do grafu vyzna\u010dit <strong>trend<\/strong> vypo\u010d\u00edtan\u00fd statisticky. Na n\u00ed\u017ee uveden\u00e9m grafu je vyzna\u010den po\u010det p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed 24h imisn\u00edho limitu PM<sub>10<\/sub> na stanici Brno-Zvona\u0159ka v letech 2008 a\u017e 2018 v\u010detn\u011b vykreslen\u00ed <strong>line\u00e1rn\u00edho<\/strong> trendu. Pokud trendov\u00e1 k\u0159ivka stoup\u00e1 zleva doprava, znamen\u00e1 to postupn\u00fd n\u00e1r\u016fst, naopak klesaj\u00edc\u00ed k\u0159ivka zleva doprava znamen\u00e1 pokles. Existuj\u00ed i slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed typy trend\u016f, nap\u0159\u00edklad exponenci\u00e1ln\u00ed \u010di polynomick\u00fd. V grafu je nav\u00edc zv\u00fdrazn\u011bn zelen\u011b tak\u00e9 imisn\u00ed limit. 24h imisn\u00ed limit PM<sub>10<\/sub> se pova\u017euje za p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00fd, pokud dojde b\u011bhem kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00edho roku k v\u00edce ne\u017e 35 p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00edm prahov\u00e9 hodnoty 50 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup> v denn\u00edm pr\u016fm\u011bru PM<sub>10<\/sub>. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 je vid\u011bt, \u017ee nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed po\u010det p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed byl zaznamen\u00e1n v roce 2010 a celkov\u011b byl po\u010det p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed vysok\u00fd zejm\u00e9na na za\u010d\u00e1tku 11let\u00e9 periody. Line\u00e1rn\u00ed trend zobrazen\u00fd p\u0159eru\u0161ovanou \u010dervenou \u010darou ukazuje klesaj\u00edc\u00ed trend po\u010dtu p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed. V posledn\u00edm roce 2018 je sice po\u010det p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed, v dlouhodob\u00e9m hledisku 11 let v\u0161ak po\u010det p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed kles\u00e1.<br \/>\n<span id=\"pieChart\"><\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Kol\u00e1\u010dov\u00fd graf<\/h3>\n<p>Velmi zn\u00e1m\u00fdm a obl\u00edben\u00fdm grafem je tak\u00e9 tzv. kol\u00e1\u010dov\u00fd graf. Vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 se k <strong>vyj\u00e1d\u0159en\u00ed pod\u00edl\u016f jednotliv\u00fdch slo\u017eek z celku<\/strong>. U kvality ovzdu\u0161\u00ed se vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 nap\u0159\u00edklad pro zobrazen\u00ed pod\u00edlu zdroj\u016f zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed na celkov\u00fdch emis\u00edch. N\u00ed\u017ee uveden\u00fd graf ukazuje pod\u00edl r\u016fzn\u00fdch kategori\u00ed zdroj\u016f na celkov\u00fdch emis\u00edch PM<sub>10<\/sub> za rok 2016. Z grafu je na prvn\u00ed pohled vid\u011bt nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed pod\u00edl lok\u00e1ln\u00edho vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed. Velikost v\u00fdse\u010de (st\u0159edov\u00fd \u00fahel) vyjad\u0159uje procentu\u00e1ln\u00ed zastoupen\u00ed dan\u00e9 kategorie. Laicky \u0159e\u010deno, ilustruje <em>jak \u010dasto odkud fouk\u00e1<\/em>. Velikost v\u00fdse\u010de ukazuje \u010dasov\u00fd pod\u00edl dan\u00e9ho sm\u011bru na celkov\u00e9 dob\u011b. R\u016f\u017eice m\u00e1 tvar kruhu, naho\u0159e sever, napravo v\u00fdchod, dole jih a nalevo z\u00e1pad. Po\u010det v\u00fdse\u010d\u00ed je variabiln\u00ed, nej\u010dast\u011bji se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 8, 12 \u010di 16 v\u00fdse\u010d\u00ed, kter\u00e9 odpov\u00eddaj\u00ed pat\u0159i\u010dn\u00fdm sm\u011br\u016fm v\u011btru. Jedn\u00e1 se o velmi jednoduch\u00fd typ v\u011btrn\u00e9 r\u016f\u017eice, kter\u00fd d\u00e1v\u00e1 informaci pouze o \u010detnosti jednotliv\u00fdch sm\u011br\u016f. Z v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9ho tedy m\u016f\u017eeme \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed bylo v dan\u00e9 lokalit\u011b v dan\u00e9 obdob\u00ed z\u00e1padn\u00ed proud\u011bn\u00ed. Z tohoto sm\u011bru foukalo p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 22 % celkov\u00e9ho \u010dasu. Dal\u0161\u00edmi relativn\u011b v\u00edce zastoupen\u00fdmi sm\u011bry jsou sm\u011br severoz\u00e1padn\u00ed a jihov\u00fdchodn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Existuj\u00ed v\u0161ak i slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v\u011btrn\u00e9 r\u016f\u017eice, kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017eou vyj\u00e1d\u0159it v jednom zobrazen\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b dal\u0161\u00ed parametr. N\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed v\u011btrn\u00e1 r\u016f\u017eice je toto\u017en\u00e1 s p\u0159edchoz\u00ed, rozd\u00edl je ve zbarven\u00ed r\u016f\u017eice. Z r\u016f\u017eice je tedy patrn\u00e9, \u017ee p\u0159i nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edch rychlostech v\u011btru pozorovan\u00fdch na dan\u00e9 lokalit\u011b nej\u010dast\u011bji fouk\u00e1 od severoz\u00e1padu, jihov\u00fdchodu \u010di SSZ.\u00a0Anal\u00fdza v\u011btrn\u00e9 r\u016f\u017eice je p\u0159i hodnocen\u00ed kvality ovzdu\u0161\u00ed naprosto kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1 a napom\u00e1h\u00e1 identifikaci zdroje zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed.<br \/>\n<span id=\"concentrationRose\"><\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Koncentra\u010dn\u00ed r\u016f\u017eice<\/h3>\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00edm speci\u00e1ln\u00edm typem grafu pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdm pro hodnocen\u00ed kvality ovzdu\u0161\u00ed je tzv. koncentra\u010dn\u00ed r\u016f\u017eice. Ta <strong>vyjad\u0159uje vztah t\u0159\u00ed veli\u010din<\/strong> &#8211; nej\u010dast\u011bji sm\u011bru v\u011btru, rychlosti v\u011btru a koncentraci konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed l\u00e1tky. V typick\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edkladu r\u016f\u017eice vyjad\u0159uj\u00edc\u00ed tyto uveden\u00e9 parametry je sm\u011br v\u011btru vyj\u00e1d\u0159en na kruhu stejn\u011b jako v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b v\u011btrn\u00e9 r\u016f\u017eice, rychlost v\u011btru je vyj\u00e1d\u0159ena vzd\u00e1lenost\u00ed od st\u0159edu r\u016f\u017eice a koncentrace v dan\u00e9 kombinaci sm\u011bru a rychlosti v\u011btru je vyj\u00e1d\u0159ena barevn\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Pod\u00edvejme se na konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edklad koncentra\u010dn\u00ed r\u016f\u017eice PM<sub>10<\/sub> zkonstruovan\u00e9 za rok 2018 pro stanici Brno-Zvona\u0159ka. Kruh op\u011bt odpov\u00edd\u00e1 sm\u011bru v\u011btru, tedy naho\u0159e sever atd. Pro ilustraci vyu\u017eit\u00ed si tuto konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed situaci zkus\u00edme i interpretovat. Stanice Brno-Tu\u0159any se nach\u00e1z\u00ed p\u0159\u00edmo na plo\u0161e brn\u011bnsk\u00e9ho leti\u0161t\u011b. V\u00fdhodou t\u00e9to polohy je \u00fapln\u00e1 otev\u0159enost krajiny v okol\u00ed, tedy velmi reprezentativn\u00ed m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed sm\u011bru a rychlosti v\u011btru. Z r\u016f\u017eice jsme zjistili, \u017ee vysok\u00e9 koncentrace jsou zaznamen\u00e1v\u00e1ny p\u0159i vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch rychlostech v\u011btru ze severov\u00fdchodu. Vysv\u011btlen\u00edm je v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b d\u00e1lkov\u00fd transport. P\u0159i severov\u00fdchodn\u00edm proud\u011bn\u00ed p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed k lokalit\u011b ovzdu\u0161\u00ed ze sm\u011bru od Moravskoslezsk\u00e9ho kraje, pop\u0159\u00edpad\u011b i p\u0159eshrani\u010dn\u011b z Polska. V t\u011bchto oblastech jsou koncentrace zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek dlouhodob\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed a p\u0159i vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch rychlostech v\u011btru se tyto dost\u00e1vaj\u00ed a\u017e do Jihomoravsk\u00e9ho kraje.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159i ni\u017e\u0161\u00edch rychlostech v\u011btru je obecn\u011b kvalita ovzdu\u0161\u00ed hor\u0161\u00ed a projevuj\u00ed se zde i lok\u00e1ln\u00ed vlivy. V konkr\u00e9tn\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b stanice v Tu\u0159anech to m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt nap\u0159\u00edklad lok\u00e1ln\u00ed vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed v oblastech na jihov\u00fdchod od stanice \u010di v ur\u010dit\u00e1 obdob\u00ed velmi intenzivn\u00ed zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00e1 \u010dinnost.<\/p>\n<p>Jak jsme si tedy uk\u00e1zali, <strong>v\u00fdpov\u011bdn\u00ed hodnota t\u00e9to r\u016f\u017eice m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt velmi v\u00fdznamn\u00e1<\/strong>. M\u00e1 v\u0161ak i sv\u00e9 <strong>slabiny<\/strong> a je pot\u0159eba br\u00e1t toto p\u0159i hodnocen\u00ed v potaz. Pokud toti\u017e r\u016f\u017eici \u0161patn\u011b vyhodnot\u00edme, m\u016f\u017eeme doj\u00edt k zav\u00e1d\u011bj\u00edc\u00edm tvrzen\u00edm. Probl\u00e9mem m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt nap\u0159\u00edklad situace, kdy je ur\u010dit\u00e1 konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed kombinace sm\u011bru a rychlosti v\u011btru relativn\u011b vz\u00e1cn\u00e1, a pr\u00e1v\u011b v dob\u011b kdy se tato kombinace vyskytne jsou koncentrace n\u00edzk\u00e9 \u010di vysok\u00e9. P\u0159\u00ed\u010dina tohoto jednor\u00e1zov\u00e9ho n\u00e1r\u016fstu \u010di poklesu m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt r\u016fzn\u00e1, v r\u016f\u017eici se v\u0161ak toto projev\u00ed, proto\u017ee je v dan\u00e9 kombinaci sm\u011bru a rychlosti v\u011btru m\u00e1lo dat a jedna hodnota m\u016f\u017ee velmi v\u00fdrazn\u011b ovlivnit fin\u00e1ln\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011br.<\/p>\n<p>Tento typ r\u016f\u017eice tedy slou\u017e\u00ed zejm\u00e9na ke <strong>zhodnocen\u00ed sm\u011bru a rychlosti v\u011btru p\u0159i nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edch koncentrac\u00edch ur\u010dit\u00e9 l\u00e1tky<\/strong>. Pro zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed pod\u00edlu ur\u010dit\u00e9ho sm\u011bru na celkov\u00e9m pr\u016fm\u011bru se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 jin\u00fd typ r\u016f\u017eice, kterou si uk\u00e1\u017eeme vz\u00e1p\u011bt\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1rove\u0148 je nutn\u00e9 \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee koncentra\u010dn\u00ed r\u016f\u017eice m\u016f\u017ee vyjad\u0159ovat i vztah mezi jin\u00fdmi t\u0159emi veli\u010dinami. Jednou z veli\u010din je v\u017edy sm\u011br v\u011btru, zbarven\u00ed ale m\u016f\u017ee vyjad\u0159ovat nap\u0159\u00edklad pom\u011br mezi \u010d\u00e1sticemi PM<sub>2,5<\/sub> a PM<sub>10<\/sub>.<br \/>\n<span id=\"weightedConcentrationRose\"><\/span><\/p>\n<h3>V\u00e1\u017een\u00e1 koncentra\u010dn\u00ed r\u016f\u017eice<\/h3>\n<p>Tento typ r\u016f\u017eice je podobn\u00fd klasick\u00e9 koncentra\u010dn\u00ed r\u016f\u017eici, vyjad\u0159uje v\u0161ak odli\u0161nou agregaci dat. Kruh op\u011bt zna\u010d\u00ed sm\u011br v\u011btru, vzd\u00e1lenost od st\u0159edu nej\u010dast\u011bji rychlost v\u011btru a zbarven\u00ed v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b zna\u010d\u00ed <strong>pod\u00edl dan\u00e9 kombinace sm\u011bru a rychlosti v\u011btru na celkov\u00e9m pr\u016fm\u011bru dan\u00e9 zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed l\u00e1tky za ur\u010dit\u00e9 \u010dasov\u00e9 obdob\u00ed<\/strong>. T\u00edmto sm\u011brem je v bl\u00edzkosti stanice ru\u0161n\u00e1 \u010dty\u0159proud\u00e1 dopravn\u00ed komunikace a je proto vysoce pravd\u011bpodobn\u00e9, \u017ee on\u011bch maxim\u00e1ln\u00edch hodnot je dosahov\u00e1no nap\u0159\u00edklad p\u0159i velmi intenzivn\u00ed doprav\u011b, kter\u00e1 se m\u016f\u017ee zkombinovat i s dal\u0161\u00edmi vlivy. V\u00e1\u017een\u00e1 koncentra\u010dn\u00ed r\u016f\u017eice v\u0161ak ukazuje nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pod\u00edl na celkov\u00e9m zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ze severoz\u00e1padn\u00edho, tedy zcela opa\u010dn\u00e9ho, sm\u011bru. Tento fakt souvis\u00ed s t\u00edm, \u017ee jak jsme vid\u011bli z v\u011btrn\u00e9 r\u016f\u017eice t\u00e9to stanice, nej\u010dast\u011bji zde fouk\u00e1 pr\u00e1v\u011b ze z\u00e1padu a severoz\u00e1padu. Koncentrace z tohoto sm\u011bru tedy sice m\u016f\u017eou b\u00fdt ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed, ale proto\u017ee je tento sm\u011br v\u011btru nejzastoupen\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, celkov\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed z tohoto sm\u011bru se b\u011bhem \u010dasu kumuluje a nakonec tvo\u0159\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pod\u00edl ne\u017e m\u00e9n\u011b \u010dast\u00e1 maxima z jihov\u00fdchodn\u00edho sm\u011bru. Nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed pod\u00edl bl\u00edzko st\u0159edu r\u016f\u017eice znamen\u00e1, \u017ee m\u011bly nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pod\u00edl situace s n\u00edzkou rychlost\u00ed v\u011btru. To souvis\u00ed obecn\u011b s faktem, \u017ee vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed rychlosti v\u011btru jsou na stanici m\u00e9n\u011b \u010dast\u00e9 (viz v\u011btrn\u00e1 r\u016f\u017eice vyjad\u0159uj\u00edc\u00ed i rozm\u011br rychlosti v\u011btru).<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e1\u017een\u00e1 koncentra\u010dn\u00ed r\u016f\u017eice op\u011bt existuje v \u0159ad\u011b modifikac\u00ed a m\u016f\u017ee vyjad\u0159ovat v\u00edce typ\u016f veli\u010din a vyu\u017e\u00edvat r\u016fzn\u00e9 typy agregace dat. T\u00edm se v\u0161ak v tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku nebudeme zab\u00fdvat, proto\u017ee mo\u017enost\u00ed je obrovsk\u00e1 spousta.<br \/>\n<span id=\"annularRose\"><\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Anul\u00e1rn\u00ed r\u016f\u017eice<\/h3>\n<p>Tento typ r\u016f\u017eice na prvn\u00ed pohled zaujme sv\u00fdm vzhledem, kter\u00fd p\u0159ipom\u00edn\u00e1 &#8222;donut&#8220;. Op\u011bt se jedn\u00e1 o diagram vyjad\u0159uj\u00edc\u00ed <strong>t\u0159i veli\u010diny<\/strong>, z nich\u017e jednou z nich je sm\u011br v\u011btru. Barevn\u011b je nej\u010dast\u011bji zobrazena koncentrace ur\u010dit\u00e9 zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed l\u00e1tky. <strong>Gradient od st\u0159edu k okraji<\/strong> r\u016f\u017eice pak m\u016f\u017ee vyjad\u0159ovat r\u016fzn\u00e9 parametry. P\u0159\u00edkladem je denn\u00ed doba (hodiny od 0 do 23) nebo m\u011bs\u00edce (od 1 do 12).<\/p>\n<p>Nejl\u00e9pe si vysv\u011btl\u00edme princip tohoto zobrazen\u00ed na p\u0159\u00edkladu. N\u00ed\u017ee uveden\u00e1 r\u016f\u017eice ukazuje pr\u016fm\u011brnou koncentraci PM<sub>10<\/sub> na stanici Brno-Tu\u0159any v z\u00e1vislosti na denn\u00ed dob\u011b (0 a\u017e 23 h) a sm\u011bru v\u011btru. V tomto konkr\u00e9tn\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b se jedn\u00e1 o r\u016f\u017eici z dat ze stanice Brno-Tu\u0159any za p\u011btilet\u00e9 obdob\u00ed 2014-2018 pro PM<sub>10<\/sub>. Z grafu je na prvn\u00ed pohled patrn\u00e9, \u017ee nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed koncentrace PM<sub>10<\/sub> byly zaznamen\u00e1ny v chladnou \u010d\u00e1st roku (oblast bl\u00edzko st\u0159edu zna\u010d\u00ed za\u010d\u00e1tek roku, okraj konec roku). Tuto informaci by bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 zobrazit i klasick\u00fdch sloupcov\u00fdm \u010di \u010d\u00e1rov\u00fdm grafem. Zde ale m\u016f\u017eeme vid\u011bt i dal\u0161\u00ed rozm\u011br a to sm\u011br v\u011btru. M\u016f\u017eeme tedy konstatovat, \u017ee nejv\u00edce se to projevovalo p\u0159i v\u00fdchodn\u00edm proud\u011bn\u00ed. Vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed koncentrace PM<sub>10<\/sub> v chladnou \u010d\u00e1st roku souvis\u00ed mj. s obecn\u011b \u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi zhor\u0161en\u00fdmi rozptylov\u00fdmi podm\u00ednkami, ale samoz\u0159ejm\u011b tak\u00e9 se zdroji PM<sub>10<\/sub>. Ten byl spojen\u00fd s velmi \u0161patn\u00fdmi rozptylov\u00fdmi podm\u00ednkami (n\u00edzk\u00e9 teploty, severov\u00fdchodn\u00ed proud\u011bn\u00ed) a vyhl\u00e1\u0161en\u00edm n\u011bkolika smogov\u00fdch situac\u00ed. Vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed koncentrace jsou ale patrn\u00e9 i u okraje r\u016f\u017eice, co\u017e odpov\u00edd\u00e1 konci roku, tedy op\u011bt chladn\u00e9mu obdob\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>A nyn\u00ed se pro zaj\u00edmavost pod\u00edvejme je\u0161t\u011b na dal\u0161\u00ed r\u016f\u017eici. Ta odpov\u00edd\u00e1 toto\u017en\u00e9 stanici a toto\u017en\u00e9mu obdob\u00ed, tedy lokalit\u011b Brno-Tu\u0159any a obdob\u00ed 2014-2018. Tentokr\u00e1t je ale r\u016f\u017eice zkonstruov\u00e1na pro koncentrace p\u0159\u00edzemn\u00edho ozonu. Ten m\u00e1 zcela odli\u0161n\u00fd ro\u010dn\u00ed chod od PM<sub>10<\/sub>. Nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed koncentrace ozonu jsou zaznamen\u00e1v\u00e1ny v tepl\u00e9 a jasn\u00e9 dny v l\u00e9t\u011b. P\u0159\u00edzemn\u00ed ozon je tzv. sekund\u00e1rn\u00ed polutant, nem\u00e1 sv\u016fj p\u0159\u00edm\u00fd zdroj, ale vznik\u00e1 slo\u017eit\u00fdmi fotochemick\u00fdmi reakcemi v atmosf\u00e9\u0159e z prim\u00e1rn\u00edch zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek. Fotochemick\u00e9 reakce jsou reakce, kter\u00e9 ke sv\u00e9mu prob\u011bhnut\u00ed pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed sv\u011btlo, kter\u00e9 tyto reakce katalyzuje. Na dopravn\u00edch stanic\u00edch jsou koncentrace ozonu ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed v d\u016fsledku reakc\u00ed s oxidy dus\u00edku, kter\u00e9 vznikaj\u00ed ve v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed m\u00ed\u0159e pr\u00e1v\u011b z dopravy a jsou vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed na dopravn\u00edch stanic\u00edch. Koncentrace ozonu b\u00fdvaj\u00ed nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed na venkovsk\u00fdch lokalit\u00e1ch a v horsk\u00fdch oblastech, kde je vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed m\u00edra slune\u010dn\u00edho z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed a kde je ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed intenzita dopravy. V\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9 vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed koncentrace od jihov\u00fdchodu tedy m\u016f\u017eou souviset s tepl\u00fdmi oblastmi na jihu. Na z\u00e1pad, severoz\u00e1pad a severov\u00fdchod od stanice le\u017e\u00ed m\u011bsto Brno, kde jsou koncentrace sni\u017eov\u00e1ny emisemi oxid\u016f dus\u00edku z dopravy.<br \/>\n<span id=\"other\"><\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Dal\u0161\u00ed typy graf\u016f a modifikace<\/h3>\n<p>Graf\u016f a vizualizac\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch p\u0159i hodnocen\u00ed kvality ovzdu\u0161\u00ed je samoz\u0159ejm\u011b daleko v\u00edce a po\u010det mo\u017en\u00fdch kombinac\u00ed parametr\u016f, barev a agregac\u00ed v jednotliv\u00fdch grafech je obrovsk\u00fd, proto zde nelze v\u0161echny uv\u00e9st. P\u0159esto si uka\u017eme je\u0161t\u011b n\u011bkolik p\u0159\u00edklad\u016f graf\u016f a vizualizac\u00ed, kter\u00e9 je mo\u017en\u00e9 prov\u00e9st.<\/p>\n<h4>Kalend\u00e1\u0159<\/h4>\n<p>Pokud chceme rychle m\u00edt p\u0159ehled o v\u00fdvoji koncentrac\u00ed b\u011bhem roku, m\u016f\u017eeme pou\u017e\u00edt nap\u0159\u00edklad <strong>kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00ed zobrazen\u00ed<\/strong>, kde barva pol\u00ed\u010dek reprezentuje denn\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011brnou koncentraci dan\u00e9 l\u00e1tky. Lze tak\u00e9 nap\u0159\u00edklad vyu\u017e\u00edt <strong>stylu p\u00edsma ke zv\u00fdrazn\u011bn\u00ed dal\u0161\u00edho parametru<\/strong> a t\u00edm m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt nap\u0159\u00edklad p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed imisn\u00edho limitu. Konkr\u00e9tn\u011b tedy m\u016f\u017eeme zkonstruovat nap\u0159\u00edklad kalend\u00e1\u0159 pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fdch denn\u00edch koncentrac\u00ed PM<sub>10<\/sub> a dny, kdy do\u0161lo k p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed 24h imisn\u00edho limitu (50 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>) zv\u00fdraznit tu\u010dn\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ed\u017ee uveden\u00fd p\u0159\u00edklad ukazuje pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 denn\u00ed koncentrace PM<sub>10<\/sub> na stanici Brno-Arboretum v roce 2018. Intenzita barvy reprezentuje hodnotu koncentrace, tu\u010dn\u011b jsou zv\u00fdrazn\u011bny dny, kdy koncentrace p\u0159es\u00e1hla 50 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>. Na prvn\u00ed pohled je tedy patrn\u00e9, \u017ee nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed byly denn\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011bry na za\u010d\u00e1tku b\u0159ezna (v konkr\u00e9tn\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b roku 2018 se jednalo o nejchladn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed periodu roku). V teplou \u010d\u00e1st roku (prost\u0159edn\u00ed \u0159ada) vid\u00edme v podstat\u011b ve v\u0161echny dny relativn\u011b n\u00edzk\u00e9 denn\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011bry (viz p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch koncentrac\u00ed PM<sub>10<\/sub> v chladnou \u010d\u00e1st roku v\u00fd\u0161e). Na tomto konkr\u00e9tn\u00edm p\u0159\u00edkladu ze stanice Brno-Zvona\u0159ka vid\u00edme, \u017ee nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011br byl zaznamen\u00e1n v \u00fanoru 2011 a to b\u011bhem rann\u00ed a odpoledn\u00ed dopravn\u00ed \u0161pi\u010dky.<\/p>\n<p>Zde je kr\u00e1sn\u011b vid\u011bt, jak <strong>lze obrovsk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed dat na prvn\u00ed pohled snadno interpretovat<\/strong>. Tato vizualizace je zkonstruov\u00e1na z hodinov\u00fdch pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fdch koncentrac\u00ed. Op\u011bt zde vid\u00edme typick\u00fd vztah mezi teplotou a koncentrac\u00ed PM<sub>10<\/sub>. Pou\u017eita jsou data z poza\u010fov\u00e9 stanice Brno-L\u00e1ny pro koncentrace PM<sub>1<\/sub> za rok 2018. Je vid\u011bt, \u017ee nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed jsou koncentrace jednozna\u010dn\u011b p\u0159i n\u00edzk\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch vzduchu a to nez\u00e1visle na sm\u011bru v\u011btru. To souvis\u00ed s ni\u017e\u0161\u00edmi koncentracemi v ned\u011bli, tak\u017ee a\u017e do za\u010d\u00e1tku rann\u00ed \u0161pi\u010dky jsou koncentrace v prvn\u00ed \u010dtvrtin\u011b pond\u011blka ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e v ostatn\u00ed v\u0161edn\u00ed dny a tento fakt se projevuje i na grafu zcela vpravo dole, kde vid\u00edme, \u017ee je v pond\u011bl\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 koncentrace ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e v ostatn\u00ed v\u0161edn\u00ed dny. Nesouvis\u00ed to v\u0161ak s t\u00edm, \u017ee by byla ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed intenzita dopravy, ale s ni\u017e\u0161\u00edmi po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edmi koncentracemi vzhledem k p\u0159edchoz\u00edmu nepracovn\u00edmu dni, co\u017e se na denn\u00edm pr\u016fm\u011bru projev\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Denn\u00ed chod<\/strong> jako agregaci ze v\u0161ech dn\u00ed pak vid\u00edme na grafu vlevo dole. Lze tedy snadno naj\u00edt mezery v datech. Je patrn\u00e9, \u017ee se <strong>nejdn\u00e1 o jednoduchou problematiku<\/strong>. O \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9m z v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fdch vizualizac\u00ed nelze \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee by byla &#8222;nejlep\u0161\u00ed&#8220; \u010di &#8222;nejv\u00edce vypov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed&#8220;. <strong>V\u017edy je t\u0159eba kombinovat v\u00edce typ\u016f zobrazen\u00ed a zvolen\u00e9 parametry p\u0159izp\u016fsobit konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed situaci<\/strong>. Plat\u00ed zde zn\u00e1m\u00e9 r\u010den\u00ed &#8211;\u00a0<em>fantazii se meze nekladou<\/em>.
