Na\u0161e informace se potvrzuj\u00ed &#8211; stanice imisn\u00edho monitoringu Brno-Zvona\u0159ka se stala prvn\u00ed stanic\u00ed v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice, kter\u00e1 p\u0159ekro\u010dila imisn\u00ed limit &#8211; konkr\u00e9tn\u011b imisn\u00ed limit pro 24h koncentraci suspendovan\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic PM<sub>10<\/sub>.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Hodnota 24h imisn\u00edho limitu suspendovan\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic PM<sub>10<\/sub> je 50 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup> a jako p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00fd se tento limit ozna\u010duje, pokud je b\u011bhem roku v denn\u00edm pr\u016fm\u011bru tato hodnota p\u0159ekro\u010dena v\u00edce ne\u017e 35x. K 5. dubnu v\u0161ak ji\u017e na Zvona\u0159ce bylo t\u011bchto p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed 39 a situace je nad\u00e1le \u0161patn\u00e1. T\u00edmto po\u010dtem p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed se stanice stala hor\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e stanice s dlouhodob\u011b nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edmi koncentracemi v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice, co\u017e jsou prakticky v\u00fdhradn\u011b stanice v Moravskoslezsk\u00e9m kraji (Ostrava-Radvanice, V\u011b\u0159\u0148ovice apod.).<\/p>\n<p>A\u010d pat\u0159\u00ed stanice Brno-Zvona\u0159ka dlouhodob\u011b ke stanic\u00edm s nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edmi koncentracemi suspendovan\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic a dus\u00edk\u016f v Brn\u011b, takto vysok\u00e9 koncentrace zde nejsou obvykl\u00e9. Dlouhodob\u011b je stanic\u00ed s nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edmi koncentracemi t\u011bchto zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek v Brn\u011b stanice Brno-Svatoplukova. Ke stejn\u00e9mu datu, tedy 5. dubnu 2019, byl po\u010det p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed 24h imisn\u00edho limitu PM<sub>10<\/sub> na stanici Svatoplukova pouze 20, tedy polovina po\u010dtu na Zvona\u0159ce.<\/p>\n<p>\u010cHM\u00da moment\u00e1ln\u011b p\u0159ipravuje rozs\u00e1hlou odbornou zpr\u00e1vu pro JMK, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 za c\u00edl ur\u010dit p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny v\u00fdrazn\u00e9ho zhor\u0161en\u00ed kvality ovzdu\u0161\u00ed na t\u00e9to stanici. Ji\u017e nyn\u00ed m\u016f\u017eeme \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee za sou\u010dasn\u00fd zhor\u0161en\u00fd stav m\u016f\u017eou rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9 stavebn\u00ed pr\u00e1ce v cel\u00e9m okol\u00ed \u2013 oprava silnic Plotn\u00ed\/Dornych, rekonstrukce na Hlavn\u00edm n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed, stavba na \u00fazem\u00ed p\u016fvodn\u00ed Vln\u011bny, demolice budov v ulici Trnit\u00e1 jen p\u00e1r des\u00edtek metr\u016f od stanice Brno-Zvona\u0159ka. Stavebn\u00ed pr\u00e1ce ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed kvalitu ovzdu\u0161\u00ed jak prim\u00e1rn\u011b, tak sekund\u00e1rn\u011b. Prim\u00e1rn\u00edm vlivem je nap\u0159\u00edklad pra\u0161nost z m\u00edsta stavby nebo stavebn\u00ed \u010dinnosti, sekund\u00e1rn\u011b je to pak vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed intenzita dopravy v okol\u00ed vzhledem k r\u016fzn\u00fdm uzav\u00edrk\u00e1m, pr\u016fjezdy n\u00e1kladn\u00edch aut k m\u00edstu stavby, \u010di nap\u0159\u00edklad v\u00fdznamn\u00e1 resuspenze (v\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed prachu) proj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bj\u00edc\u00edmi automobily.<\/p>\n<p>Krom\u011b absolutn\u00edch koncentrac\u00ed (kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017eou b\u00fdt ovliv\u0148ov\u00e1ny i dal\u0161\u00edmi faktory, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm meteorologick\u00fdmi podm\u00ednkami) jsme schopni usuzovat zdroj i z dal\u0161\u00edch faktor\u016f jako nap\u0159\u00edklad velikost \u010d\u00e1stic \u010di se p\u0159\u00edmo pod\u00edvat na \u010d\u00e1stice skenovac\u00edm elektronov\u00fdm mikroskopem, kter\u00fd m\u00e1me na brn\u011bnsk\u00e9 pobo\u010dce \u010cHM\u00da k dispozici. Pr\u00e1v\u011b z pom\u011bru \u010d\u00e1stic PM<sub>2,5<\/sub>\/PM<sub>10<\/sub> m\u016f\u017eeme vid\u011bt rozd\u00edl oproti dlouhodob\u00e9mu pr\u016fm\u011bru. Moment\u00e1ln\u011b je na stanici v\u00fdrazn\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed pod\u00edl v\u011bt\u0161\u00edch \u010d\u00e1stic ne\u017e v minulosti a pr\u00e1v\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stice vznikaj\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm mechanicky, zat\u00edmco spalovac\u00edmi procesy (doprava apod.) vznikaj\u00ed zejm\u00e9na \u010d\u00e1stice men\u0161\u00ed a pravideln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Na stanici Zvona\u0159ka byly v maxim\u00e1ln\u00edch hodinov\u00fdch pr\u016fm\u011brech PM<sub>10<\/sub> tomto roce pozorov\u00e1ny i hodnoty p\u0159es 500 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>, co\u017e jsou ji\u017e hodnoty extr\u00e9mn\u00ed, ale jednalo se nap\u0159\u00edklad o situace, kdy jen n\u011bkolik des\u00edtek metr\u016f d\u00e1le byla prov\u00e1d\u011bna demolice budovy a zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed tedy nebylo reprezentativn\u00ed, ale velmi lok\u00e1ln\u00ed &#8211; nap\u0159\u00edklad na jen n\u011bkolik km dalek\u00e9 stanici Brno-V\u00fdstavi\u0161t\u011b, rovn\u011b\u017e dopravn\u00ed stanici, je k 5. dubnu p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed pouze 6 a i kdy\u017e je stanice v otev\u0159en\u011bj\u0161\u00edm prostoru je vid\u011bt v\u00edce ne\u017e \u0161estin\u00e1sobn\u00fd rozd\u00edl.<\/p>\n<p>Na z\u00e1klad\u011b v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9ho byla stanice Brno-Zvona\u0159ka v\u00a0minul\u00e9m t\u00fddnu p\u0159eklasifikov\u00e1na do\u010dasn\u011b na stanici \u201epr\u016fmyslovou\u201c nam\u00edsto p\u016fvodn\u00ed dopravn\u00ed, co\u017e bude op\u011bt zm\u011bn\u011bno po ukon\u010den\u00ed hlavn\u00edch stavebn\u00edch prac\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Podobnou situaci m\u016f\u017eeme pozorovat na stanici Brno-\u00davoz (hot spot), rovn\u011b\u017e dopravn\u00ed stanici v\u00a0centru Brna, kde tak\u00e9 prob\u00edhaj\u00ed v\u00a0bl\u00edzkosti opravy na ulici \u00dadoln\u00ed a koncentrace jsou zde rovn\u011b\u017e velmi vysok\u00e9, vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e tomu bylo v\u00a0minulosti. Aktu\u00e1ln\u011b (k 5. dubnu 2019) je na stanici Brno-\u00davoz evidov\u00e1no od za\u010d\u00e1tku roku 2019 24 p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed 24h imisn\u00edho limitu pro PM<sub>10<\/sub>.<\/p>\n<p>Po vyhodnocen\u00ed a kompletn\u00edm zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdsledk\u016f \u00fa\u010delov\u00fdch a rutinn\u00edch m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed v\u010detn\u011b mikroskopick\u00e9 anal\u00fdzy zde poskytneme podrobn\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky v\u010detn\u011b graf\u016f a r\u016f\u017eic. Krom\u011b informativn\u00ed hodnoty bude zpr\u00e1va rovn\u011b\u017e slou\u017eit pro Jihomoravsk\u00fd kraj a Magistr\u00e1t m\u011bsta Brna, kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017eou na z\u00e1klad\u011b z\u00e1v\u011br\u016f zpr\u00e1vy vyvinout tlak na praktikov\u00e1n\u00ed \u010dinnost\u00ed, kter\u00e9 zv\u00fd\u0161enou m\u00edru zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ze stavebn\u00edch prac\u00ed sice zcela neeliminuje, ale m\u016f\u017ee jej alespo\u0148 omezit.<\/p>\n<h2>Souhrn<\/h2>\n<p>Z\u00e1v\u011brem tedy m\u016f\u017eeme \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee v d\u016fsledku intenzivn\u00edch stavebn\u00edch prac\u00ed v okol\u00ed jsou nyn\u00ed na, v sou\u010dasnosti ji\u017e pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9, stanici Brno-Zvona\u0159ka v\u00fdrazn\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed koncentrace PM<sub>10<\/sub> a zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 koncentrace n\u011bkter\u00fdch dal\u0161\u00edch polutant\u016f. Koncentrace PM<sub>10<\/sub> jsou od za\u010d\u00e1tku roku 2019 do sou\u010dasnosti (5. dubna) co do po\u010dtu p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed imisn\u00edho limitu nejhor\u0161\u00ed v cel\u00e9 \u010cesk\u00e9 republice. Na druhou stranu je nutn\u00e9 \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b vzhledem ke zdroji, kter\u00fd je velmi lok\u00e1ln\u00ed se nejedn\u00e1 o plo\u0161n\u00e9 zhor\u0161en\u00ed kvality ovzdu\u0161\u00ed v Aglomeraci Brno a na jin\u00fdch stanic\u00edch zhor\u0161en\u00ed nepozorujeme (s v\u00fdjimkou stanice Brno-\u00davoz, kde ale rovn\u011b\u017e v t\u011bsn\u00e9 bl\u00edzkosti prob\u00edhaj\u00ed stavebn\u00ed pr\u00e1ce na ulici \u00dadoln\u00ed). P\u0159esto jsou takto vysok\u00e9 koncentrace n\u011bkter\u00fdch polutant\u016f ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00ed a \u010cHM\u00da p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b do 10 dn\u00ed bude m\u00edt k hotovou rozs\u00e1hlou odbornou zpr\u00e1vu, kter\u00e1 detailn\u011b popisuje situaci na stanici a tato zpr\u00e1va bude p\u0159ed\u00e1na zadavateli, kter\u00fdm je Jihomoravsk\u00fd kraj a ten ve spolupr\u00e1ci se Statut\u00e1rn\u00edm m\u011bstem Brnem podnikne pat\u0159i\u010dn\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed s c\u00edlem omezit na co mo\u017en\u00e1 nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed m\u00edru vliv stavebn\u00edch prac\u00ed v okol\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>O v\u00fdrazn\u00e9m zhor\u0161en\u00ed kvality ovzdu\u0161\u00ed na stanici Brno-Zvona\u0159ka v posledn\u00ed dob\u011b jsme zde ji\u017e informovali a p\u0159ipravujeme rozs\u00e1hlej\u0161\u00ed vyhodnocen\u00ed po kompletn\u00edm zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed odborn\u00e9 zpr\u00e1vy.
