V n\u011bkter\u00e9 dny byla hodnota 24hodinov\u00e9ho imisn\u00edho limitu pro suspendovan\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice PM<sub>10<\/sub> p\u0159ekro\u010dena i v\u00edce ne\u017e trojn\u00e1sobn\u011b, v hodinov\u00fdch maximech to bylo i v\u00edce ne\u017e desetin\u00e1sobn\u011b v\u00edce, ne\u017e je prahov\u00e1 hodnota 24h imisn\u00edho limitu.\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Dopravn\u00ed stanice imisn\u00edho monitoringu Brno-Zvona\u0159ka se nach\u00e1z\u00ed pobl\u00ed\u017e autobusov\u00e9ho n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed a n\u00e1kupn\u00ed galerie na rohu ulic Opu\u0161t\u011bn\u00e1 a Trnit\u00e1. Zejm\u00e9na v lednu a \u00fanoru 2019 zde byly nam\u011b\u0159eny <strong>extr\u00e9mn\u011b vysok\u00e9 koncentrace suspendovan\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic frakce PM<sub>10<\/sub> a velmi vysok\u00e9 byly nap\u0159\u00edklad i koncentrace oxidu dusnat\u00e9ho (NO).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>V n\u011bkter\u00e9 hodiny se zde koncentrace vy\u0161plhaly i na v\u00edce ne\u017e 500\u00a0\u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>. Hodnota 24h imisn\u00edho limitu pro PM<sub>10<\/sub> je 50 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>. Za p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00fd se tento limit pova\u017euje, pokud je tato informativn\u00ed prahov\u00e1 hodnota p\u0159ekro\u010dena v\u00edce ne\u017e 35x za rok. Ji\u017e ke konci \u00fanora byl po\u010det p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed 27.<\/p>\n<p>Jist\u011b se nab\u00edz\u00ed hlavn\u00ed ot\u00e1zka &#8211; <strong>co je p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou tohoto stavu<\/strong>. P\u0159\u00ed\u010din je pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b v\u00edce. Jako hlavn\u00ed d\u016fvod se nab\u00edz\u00ed rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9 stavebn\u00ed pr\u00e1ce na n\u011bkolika m\u00edstech v bl\u00edzk\u00e9m okol\u00ed, a\u0165 u\u017e je to oprava ulice Plotn\u00ed, bour\u00e1n\u00ed budov v bl\u00edzk\u00e9m okol\u00ed, ale tak\u00e9 intenzivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed doprava, nap\u0159\u00edklad kv\u016fli uzav\u00edrce Hlavn\u00edho n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed a tud\u00ed\u017e v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed intenzit\u011b dopravy k Doln\u00edmu n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed, kam vede cesta p\u0159\u00edmo kolem stanice. Stavebn\u00ed pr\u00e1ce samy o sob\u011b m\u016f\u017eou produkovat zna\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed prachov\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic, ty se \u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00ed do ovzdu\u0161\u00ed a n\u00e1sledn\u011b jsou po usazen\u00ed na zem p\u0159i nedostate\u010dn\u00e9m \u00faklidu op\u011btovn\u011b rozfouk\u00e1v\u00e1ny \u010di v\u00ed\u0159eny do okol\u00ed automobily, chodci apod. (tzv. resuspenze). Se stavebn\u00edmi pracemi se poj\u00ed i mnoh\u00e9 uzav\u00edrky a tud\u00ed\u017e je\u0161t\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed naru\u0161en\u00ed plynulosti dopravy v u\u017e tak velmi dopravn\u011b zat\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 lokalit\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Situace n\u00e1m samoz\u0159ejm\u011b nen\u00ed lhostejn\u00e1 a ve spolupr\u00e1ci s Jihomoravsk\u00fdm krajem a Magistr\u00e1tem m\u011bsta Brna u\u017e dan\u00fd stav intenzivn\u011b \u0159e\u0161\u00edme. V sou\u010dasnosti \u010cHM\u00da Brno, odd\u011blen\u00ed kvality ovzdu\u0161\u00ed p\u0159ipravuje <strong>rozs\u00e1hlou odbornou zpr\u00e1vu s komplexn\u00edm vyhodnocen\u00edm aktu\u00e1ln\u00edho stavu<\/strong>, jej\u00edm\u017e zadavatelem je pr\u00e1v\u011b Jihomoravsk\u00fd kraj. Na z\u00e1klad\u011b z\u00e1v\u011br\u016f z hodnocen\u00ed budeme hledat \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed ke zlep\u0161en\u00ed aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed situace. Pokud se potvrd\u00ed spekulace uveden\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161e, je bohu\u017eel faktem, \u017ee jist\u00fd n\u00e1r\u016fst n\u011bkter\u00fdch zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek je do\u010dasn\u011b nevyhnuteln\u00fd. Existuj\u00ed v\u0161ak zp\u016fsoby jak alespo\u0148 vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed m\u00edru zne\u010dit\u011bn\u00ed omezit. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 je t\u0159eba podotknout, \u017ee se jedn\u00e1 o relativn\u011b lok\u00e1ln\u00ed zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, na nedalek\u00e9 stanici Brno-V\u00fdstavi\u0161t\u011b byla k dne\u0161n\u00edmu dni (3. b\u0159ezna 2019) hodnota 24h imisn\u00ed limitu pro PM<sub>10<\/sub> p\u0159ekro\u010dena 6x. Pokud se pod\u00edv\u00e1me na lo\u0148sk\u00fd rok 2018, \u0161est\u00e9 p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed na t\u00e9to stanici bylo zaznamen\u00e1no 4. b\u0159ezna. Celkov\u00fd po\u010det p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed na stanici Brno-V\u00fdstavi\u0161t\u011b byl v roce 2018 roven \u010d\u00edslu 13. Na stanici Brno-Zvona\u0159ka to loni bylo 58, tedy nejv\u00edce v Jihomoravsk\u00e9m kraji.<\/p>\n<p>Jakmile bude odborn\u00e1 zpr\u00e1va hotov\u00e1, z\u00e1v\u011bry budou \u0159e\u0161eny nejen na \u00farovni kraje a m\u011bsta, ale budou zve\u0159ejn\u011bny nap\u0159\u00edklad i zde na na\u0161ich str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00davodn\u00ed fotku jsem po\u0159\u00eddil 3. b\u0159ezna v dopoledn\u00edch hodin\u00e1ch na ulici Trnit\u00e1. M\u00edsto bour\u00e1n\u00ed budovy je vzd\u00e1leno od stanice 105 m vzdu\u0161nou \u010darou, mezi lokalitou a stanic\u00ed je v\u0161ak je\u0161t\u011b budova M\u011bstsk\u00e9ho \u00fa\u0159adu \u0160lapanice, tud\u00ed\u017e nen\u00ed stanice v p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9 dohlednosti.
