P\u0159\u00e1ly n\u00e1m v tomto sm\u011bru i rozptylov\u00e9 podm\u00ednky. V cel\u00e9 \u010cesk\u00e9 republice byla 31. prosince p\u0159es den velmi dobr\u00e1 kvalita ovzdu\u0161\u00ed. Stejn\u011b tak tomu bylo 1. ledna. D\u00edky tomu jsme mohli dob\u0159e srovnat p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 zm\u011bny o p\u016flnoci 31.12.\/1.1. a 1.1. v 18:00.<\/p>\n<h2>Silvestr &#8211; hodinu po hodin\u011b<\/h2>\n<p>Pod\u00edvejme se tedy nejprve, jak to vypadalo s kvalitou ovzdu\u0161\u00ed, konkr\u00e9tn\u011b s koncentracemi PM<sub>10<\/sub>, v Praze, 31. prosince. Vyu\u017eijeme data z pra\u017esk\u00fdch automatick\u00fdch stanic.\u00a0V 16 h je tak\u0159ka cel\u00e1 Praha zbarven\u00e1 do modra, tedy barvy reprezentuj\u00edc\u00ed v na\u0161ich map\u00e1ch a tabulk\u00e1ch kvalitu ovzdu\u0161\u00ed\u00a0<em>velmi dobrou<\/em>. Od 19 h za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 mapa koncentrac\u00ed PM<sub>10<\/sub>\u00a0postupn\u011b &#8222;zelenat&#8220; (kvalita <em>dobr\u00e1<\/em>)\u00a0a ve 22-23 u\u017e na n\u00ed byla i dv\u011b \u017elut\u00e1 m\u00edsta kolem stanice \u0158eporyje a Kobylisy. O dal\u0161\u00ed dv\u011b hodiny, tedy ve 23-0 h, ji\u017e bylo centrum Prahy \u010derven\u00e9 (<em>\u0161patn\u00e1<\/em>), kolem n\u011bj \u017elut\u00e1 barva (<em>uspokojiv\u00e1<\/em>)a na okraj\u00edch zelen\u00e1, v n\u011bkter\u00fdch m\u00edstech je vid\u011bt i barva tmav\u011b \u010derven\u00e1 <em>(velmi \u0161patn\u00e1<\/em>\u00a0kvalita)<em>.<\/em> V\u016fbec nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed koncentrace o silvestrovsk\u00e9 noci byly nam\u011b\u0159eny dle p\u0159edpokladu mezi 1 a 2 h rann\u00ed. N\u00e1sledn\u011b doch\u00e1z\u00ed vzhledem k vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm rychlostem v\u011btru, ne\u017e nap\u0159\u00edklad v Brn\u011b, k relativn\u011b rychl\u00e9mu zlep\u0161en\u00ed a ji\u017e mezi 4 a 5 h je situace v cel\u00e9 Praze v\u00fdrazn\u011b lep\u0161\u00ed (koncentrace PM<sub>10<\/sub> ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed). Celou situaci nejl\u00e9pe ilustruje n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed animace, kter\u00e1 zobrazuje stav hodinu po hodin\u011b od 31. 12. 2018 13:00 &#8211; 14:00 SE\u010c do 1. 1. 2018 12:00 &#8211; 13:00 SE\u010c, tedy 24h periodu se silvestrovskou p\u016flnoc\u00ed uprost\u0159ed. Jedn\u00e1 se o mapu sestavenou na z\u00e1klad\u011b pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fdch hodinov\u00fdch koncentrac\u00ed PM<sub>10<\/sub>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/chmibrno.org\/blog\/2019\/01\/08\/velky-profesionalni-ohnostroj-a-pyrotechnika-odpalovana-jedinci-z-hlediska-kvality-ovzdusi-srovnani\/animaceph31122019\/#main\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-1964\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1964\" src=\"http:\/\/chmibrno.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/animacePH31122019.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"650\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Mapa pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fdch hodinov\u00fdch koncentrac\u00ed PM<sub>10<\/sub> v Praze vygenerovan\u00e1 na z\u00e1klad\u011b operativn\u00edch dat z automatick\u00fdch stanic st\u00e1tn\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b imisn\u00edho monitoringu.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<h1>Novoro\u010dn\u00ed oh\u0148ostroj &#8211; hodinu po hodin\u011b<\/h1>\n<p>Nyn\u00ed se pod\u00edvejme na podobnou mapu, ale z 1. ledna odpoledne, ve\u010der a v noci. Novoro\u010dn\u00ed oh\u0148ostroj byl odp\u00e1len v 18:00 SE\u010c v parku na Letn\u00e9. Nejbl\u00ed\u017ee odpali\u0161ti le\u017e\u00ed automatick\u00e9 stanice Praha-N\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed Republiky a Praha-Karl\u00edn. V odpoledn\u00edch hodin\u00e1ch byly koncentrace PM<sub>10<\/sub> na pra\u017esk\u00fdch stanic\u00edch, stejn\u011b jako den p\u0159edt\u00edm, na \u00farovni\u00a0<em>velmi dobr\u00e9<\/em>, co\u017e umo\u017e\u0148uje dob\u0159e srovnat oba dny. Nyn\u00ed p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed z\u00e1sadn\u00ed ot\u00e1zka &#8211; jak se zm\u011bnily koncentrace v hodin\u00e1ch po odp\u00e1len\u00ed novoro\u010dn\u00edho oh\u0148ostroje? Odpov\u011b\u010f zn\u00ed &#8211; v podstat\u011b nijak. Mapa Prahy po 18 h z\u016fstala &#8222;modr\u00e1&#8220;, s v\u00fdjimkou stanice Karl\u00edn, kter\u00e1 je jedinou, kde se koncentrace m\u00edrn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161ily, co\u017e vzhledem k bl\u00edzkosti k odpali\u0161ti mohlo b\u00fdt v d\u016fsledku odp\u00e1len\u00ed oh\u0148ostroje. Koncentrace PM<sub>10<\/sub> tam v\u0161ak narostly pouze na 30 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>. B\u011bhem silvestrovsk\u00e9 noci byla nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed nam\u011b\u0159en\u00e1 koncentrace PM<sub>10<\/sub> na t\u00e9to stanici v\u00edce ne\u017e \u010dty\u0159n\u00e1sobn\u00e1 (126 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>). Jednalo se 1. 1: kolem 18-20 h o stanici s nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edmi koncentracemi v Praze. Pokud bychom tuto hodnotu srovnali s nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hodnotou o silvestrovsk\u00e9 noci na stanici N\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed Republiky, je t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 dev\u011btkr\u00e1t ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed a takovouto koncentraci PM<sub>10<\/sub>\u00a0(30 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>) ozna\u010dujeme jako\u00a0<em>dobrou<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Pod\u00edvejme se ale na sl\u00edbenou mapu, tentokr\u00e1t z obdob\u00ed 1.1.2019 12:00-13:00 a\u017e 1.1.2019 23:00-0:00. Op\u011bt se jedn\u00e1 o mapu vygenerovanou na z\u00e1klad\u011b operativn\u00edch pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fdch hodinov\u00fdch koncentrac\u00ed PM<sub>10<\/sub> na jednotliv\u00fdch automatick\u00fdch stanic\u00edch v Praze.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1948\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1948\" style=\"width: 800px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/chmibrno.org\/blog\/2019\/01\/08\/velky-profesionalni-ohnostroj-a-pyrotechnika-odpalovana-jedinci-z-hlediska-kvality-ovzdusi-srovnani\/animaceph11\/#main\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-1948\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1948 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/chmibrno.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/animacePH11.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"650\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1948\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><em>Mapa pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fdch hodinov\u00fdch koncentrac\u00ed PM<sub>10<\/sub> v Praze vygenerovan\u00e1 na z\u00e1klad\u011b operativn\u00edch dat z automatick\u00fdch stanic st\u00e1tn\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b imisn\u00edho monitoringu.<\/em><\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pokud tedy srovn\u00e1me ob\u011b mapy, poskytnou n\u00e1m velmi dobrou odpov\u011b\u010f a p\u0159edstavu o tom, jak se li\u0161\u00ed vliv jednoho velk\u00e9ho oh\u0148ostroje od \u0159ady men\u0161\u00edch pyrotechnick\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f odpalovan\u00fdch jednotlivci u p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti oslav nov\u00e9ho roku.<\/p>\n<p>Nyn\u00ed se pod\u00edv\u00e1me na konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed data.<\/p>\n<h2>Meteorologick\u00e9 podm\u00ednky<\/h2>\n<p>Kvalita ovzdu\u0161\u00ed je velmi ovlivn\u011bna rozptylov\u00fdmi podm\u00ednkami. Velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 je p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm rychlost v\u011btru a teplotn\u00ed zvrstven\u00ed atmosf\u00e9ry. K hor\u0161\u00ed kvalit\u011b ovzdu\u0161\u00ed p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed n\u00edzk\u00e9 rychlosti v\u011btru a teplotn\u00ed inverze. M\u016f\u017eeme srovnat rychlosti v\u011btru b\u011bhem silvestrovsk\u00e9 noci a ve\u010dera na Nov\u00fd rok. Data jsou ze stanice Praha-Libu\u0161 a Praha-Suchdol, kter\u00e9 rychlost v\u011btru m\u011b\u0159\u00ed. Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 rychlost v\u011btru na silvestrovskou p\u016flnoc byla kolem 3 m\/s. Na Nov\u00fd rok ve\u010der to pak bylo o 2 m\/s v\u00edce, tedy 5 m\/s. A\u010dkoli v\u0161ak byla rychlost v\u011btru na Nov\u00fd rok ve\u010der vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed, nelze p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dat, \u017ee by vedla k tak v\u00fdznamn\u00e9mu rozd\u00edlu v dopadech odpalu na kvalitu ovzdu\u0161\u00ed. Sp\u00ed\u0161e by se koncentrace zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek rychleji vr\u00e1tily na p\u016fvodn\u00ed hodnoty. Toto lze dob\u0159e ilustrovat na srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s Brnem. O silvestrovsk\u00e9 noci byly rychlosti v\u011btru v Brn\u011b v\u00fdrazn\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e v Praze, v\u011bt\u0161inou pod 1 m\/s. Proto\u017ee je graf m\u00edrn\u011b nep\u0159ehledn\u00fd, v druh\u00e9m grafu je vynesen pr\u016fm\u011br ze v\u0161ech t\u011bchto stanic v Praze. Oran\u017eov\u011b je vy\u0161rafov\u00e1na hodina 19:00-20:00, tedy hodina po odp\u00e1len\u00ed novoro\u010dn\u00edho oh\u0148ostroje a \u010derven\u011b Nov\u00fd rok po p\u016flnoci. Na grafu v\u0161ech stanic je vid\u011bt m\u00edrn\u00fd n\u00e1r\u016fst po oh\u0148ostroji pouze u jedn\u00e9 stanice &#8211; v\u00fd\u0161e zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9ho Karl\u00edna. Absolutn\u011b nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed byla koncentrace na stanici N\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed Republiky mezi 1:00 a 2:00, v pr\u016fm\u011bru 276 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>. Druh\u00e1 nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed byla koncentrace PM<sub>10<\/sub> na stanici Vyso\u010dany, rovn\u011b\u017e mezi 1:00 a 2:00 a to 227 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>. N\u00ed\u017ee uveden\u00e1 tabulka uv\u00e1d\u00ed maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed koncentrace na stanic\u00edch za periodu 31.12.2018 12:00 &#8211; 2.1.2019 12:00.<\/p>\n<table style=\"border-collapse: collapse; Ten prvn\u00ed, tedy pro 24h pr\u016fm\u011brnou koncentraci, m\u00e1 hodnotu 50 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>. Byl v Praze na Silvestra p\u0159ekro\u010den imisn\u00ed limit? Odpov\u011b\u010f zn\u00ed nikoliv. Denn\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011br byl paradoxn\u011b pr\u00e1v\u011b a\u017e do 1.1.2019 des\u00edtky let po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1n jako pr\u016fm\u011br koncentrac\u00ed 6:00 a\u017e 6:00 n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edho dne. D\u016fvodem, pro\u010d nebyl pr\u016fm\u011br po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1n od 0:00 do 0:00 je fakt, \u017ee na manu\u00e1ln\u00edch stanic\u00edch bylo d\u0159\u00edve nutn\u00e9, aby p\u0159i\u0161el pozorovatel vym\u011bnit filtr. Nen\u00ed v praxi mo\u017en\u00e9, aby pozorovatel\u00e9 chodili na stanici o p\u016flnoci UTC, proto se pou\u017e\u00edval pr\u016fm\u011br 6:00-6:00 UTC. Jeliko\u017e v\u0161ak dnes jsou stanice programovateln\u00e9, nen\u00ed ji\u017e pro tento typ v\u00fdpo\u010dtu d\u016fvod a pr\u00e1v\u011b od 1.1.2019 p\u0159e\u0161el \u010cHM\u00da na pr\u016fm\u011brov\u00e1n\u00ed od p\u016flnoci do p\u016flnoci UTC. Paradoxn\u011b tak byl posledn\u00ed den roku 2018 posledn\u00edm dnem, kdy se st\u00e1le pr\u016fm\u011br po\u010d\u00edtal od 6:00 do 6:00 UTC a tento pr\u016fm\u011br tedy zahrnoval nejen silvestrovskou p\u016flnoc, ale i n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch n\u011bkolik hodin a je to proto pr\u00e1v\u011b tento pr\u016fm\u011br, ve kter\u00e9m se nejv\u00edce odrazily vysok\u00e9 koncentrace v d\u016fsledku silvestrovsk\u00fdch oslav nov\u00e9ho roku.<\/p>\n<p>Nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed denn\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011br 31.12.2018 byl v Praze na stanici N\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed Republiky, tedy na stanici s absolutn\u011b nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edm hodinov\u00fdm maximem PM<sub>10<\/sub> v Praze pro tuto noc. Hodnota 24h pr\u016fm\u011bru byla 49,45 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>, po zaokrouhlen\u00ed 49,5 \u010di 49 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>. Imisn\u00ed limit m\u00e1 hodnotu 50 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup> a lze tedy \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee v Praze imisn\u00ed limit p\u0159ekro\u010den nebyl, by\u0165 kr\u00e1tkodob\u011b v hodinov\u00e9m pr\u016fm\u011bru byly koncentrace v\u00edce ne\u017e p\u011btin\u00e1sobn\u00e9. Suspendovan\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice frakce PM<sub>2,5<\/sub> jsou \u010d\u00e1stice o aerodynamick\u00e9m pr\u016fm\u011bru do 2,5 \u00b5m a vznikaj\u00ed p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b spalovac\u00edmi procesy &#8211; tedy pr\u00e1v\u011b nap\u0159\u00edklad v d\u016fsledku odpalov\u00e1n\u00ed pyrotechnick\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f. M\u016f\u017eeme se tedy pod\u00edvat, jak to vypadalo s koncentracemi PM<sub>2,5<\/sub> a z\u00e1rove\u0148 na pom\u011br PM<sub>2,5<\/sub>\/PM<sub>10<\/sub>, kter\u00fd n\u00e1m ukazuje, jak\u00fd pod\u00edl z \u010d\u00e1stic PM<sub>10<\/sub> (\u010d\u00e1stic s aerodynamick\u00fdm pr\u016fm\u011brem do 10 \u00b5m) byly jemn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice PM<sub>2,5<\/sub>. Proto\u017ee p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1me v\u00fdznamn\u00fd vliv pyrotechniky, lze o\u010dek\u00e1vat, \u017ee bude tento pom\u011br relativn\u011b vysok\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>Z pra\u017esk\u00fdch stanic prob\u00edh\u00e1 m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed PM<sub>2,5<\/sub> na stanic\u00edch Libu\u0161, Stod\u016flky, Riegrovy sady, Legerova, Sm\u00edchov, \u0160rob\u00e1rova a \u0158eporyje. Sv\u011btov\u00e1 zdravotnick\u00e1 organizace doporu\u010duje ro\u010dn\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011brnou koncentraci maxim\u00e1ln\u011b 10 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup> a 24h 25 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>. Faktem je, \u017ee pro koncentrace suspendovan\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic neexistuje bezpe\u010dn\u00e1 spodn\u00ed hranice. Jak\u00e9koliv sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed je tedy \u017e\u00e1douc\u00ed, by\u0165 nulov\u00fdch koncentrac\u00ed v praxi nelze dos\u00e1hnout nikdy, proto\u017ee nejsou zdroje prachov\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic pouze antropogenn\u00ed (v d\u016fsledku lidsk\u00e9 \u010dinnosti), ale tak\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed (eroze p\u016fdy, vulkanick\u00e1 \u010dinnost, lesn\u00ed po\u017e\u00e1ry apod.).<\/p>\n<p>Nyn\u00ed se pod\u00edvejme na ji\u017e v\u00fd\u0161e zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00fd pom\u011br \u010d\u00e1stic PM<sub>2,5<\/sub>\/PM<sub>10<\/sub>. Z grafu je vid\u011bt, \u017ee ve sledovan\u00e9m obdob\u00ed byl nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed pom\u011br pozorov\u00e1n pr\u00e1v\u011b t\u011bsn\u011b po novoro\u010dn\u00edch oslav\u00e1ch, kdy v\u00edce ne\u017e 90% PM<sub>10<\/sub> \u010d\u00e1stic byly \u010d\u00e1stice PM<sub>2,5<\/sub>. To d\u00e1le potvrzuje hypot\u00e9zu, \u017ee zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed bylo d\u00e1no spalovac\u00edmi procesy, v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b odpalov\u00e1n\u00edm z\u00e1bavn\u00ed pyrotechniky. B\u011bhem novoro\u010dn\u00edho oh\u0148ostroje 1. ledna byl pom\u011br kolem 70 % a nelze pozorovat \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd jasn\u00fd trend.<\/p>\n<h2>PM<sub>1<\/sub><\/h2>\n<p>T\u0159i stanice v Praze krom\u011b PM<sub>10<\/sub> a PM<sub>2,5<\/sub> m\u011b\u0159\u00ed i tzv. submikronovou frakci, tedy \u010d\u00e1stice PM<sub>1<\/sub>, s aerodynamick\u00fdm pr\u016fm\u011brem do 1 \u00b5m. Jedn\u00e1 se o stanice Legerova (hot spot), \u0160rob\u00e1rova a \u0158eporyje. Maximum ve sledovan\u00e9m obdob\u00ed bylo nam\u011b\u0159eno na stanici Legerova (84 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>, 0:00-1:00, 1.1.2019), d\u00e1le \u0160rob\u00e1rova (82 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>,\u00a00:00-1:00, 1.1.2019) a na stanici \u0158eporyje to bylo 48 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup> (22:00-23:00, 31.12.2018). Stanice Legerova a \u0160rob\u00e1rova jsou v\u00fdrazn\u011b bl\u00ed\u017ee centru, ne\u017e stanice \u0158eporyje a t\u00edm lze vysv\u011btlit v\u00fdrazn\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed maximum v \u0158eporyj\u00edch. Pokud se pod\u00edv\u00e1me na koncentrace 1. ledna po 6:00, kdy u\u017e koncentrace zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 v d\u016fsledku odpalov\u00e1n\u00ed klesly, pak na stanic\u00edch Legerova a \u0160rob\u00e1rova do konce sledovan\u00e9ho obdob\u00ed 2.1.2019 12:00 ji\u017e nep\u0159ekro\u010dily v hodinov\u00e9m pr\u016fm\u011bru 10 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>. Na stanici \u0158eporyje bylo maximum od 1.1.2019 6:00 do 2.1.2019 12:00 v hodinov\u00e9m pr\u016fm\u011bru 15 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>. Novoro\u010dn\u00ed oh\u0148ostroj tedy nem\u011bl \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd vliv na koncentrace PM<sub>1<\/sub>.<\/p>\n<h2>NOx<\/h2>\n<p>Hlavn\u00edm zdrojem oxid\u016f dus\u00edku je silni\u010dn\u00ed doprava. Na zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed koncentrac\u00ed se v\u0161ak v men\u0161\u00ed m\u00ed\u0159e m\u016f\u017ee pod\u00edlet i odpalov\u00e1n\u00ed pyrotechnick\u00fdch efekt\u016f. Pod\u00edvali jsme se proto, zda je mo\u017en\u00e9 pozorovat n\u011bjak\u00fd trend o silvestrovsk\u00e9 p\u016flnoci, \u010di b\u011bhem odp\u00e1len\u00ed oh\u0148ostroje na Nov\u00fd rok ve\u010der. To odpov\u00edd\u00e1 odpoledn\u00ed dopravn\u00ed \u0161pi\u010dce tento pracovn\u00ed den, vid\u011bt lze i kr\u00e1tkodob\u00fd n\u00e1r\u016fst je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed p\u016flnoc\u00ed, kter\u00fd pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b rovn\u011b\u017e souvis\u00ed s vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed dopravn\u00ed intenzitou ten ve\u010der, proto\u017ee od 23 h koncentrace a\u017e do r\u00e1na pouze klesaly. Dal\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1r\u016fst pak je vid\u011bt a\u017e v rann\u00edch hodin\u00e1ch 2.1.2019, co\u017e odpov\u00edd\u00e1 rann\u00ed \u0161pi\u010dce tento v\u0161edn\u00ed den. Lze tedy konstatovat, \u017ee na koncentrace NOx nem\u011blo vliv ani silvestrovsk\u00e9 odpalov\u00e1n\u00ed, ani novoro\u010dn\u00ed oh\u0148ostroj.<\/p>\n<h1>Z\u00e1v\u011br<\/h1>\n<p>Jak\u00fd je tedy z\u00e1v\u011br? Drobn\u00e1 pyrotechnika odpalovan\u00e1 b\u011bhem silvestrovsk\u00fdch oslav v sou\u010dtu znamen\u00e1 v\u00fdrazn\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed vliv a jasn\u011b pozorovateln\u00fd n\u00e1r\u016fst koncentrac\u00ed prachov\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic na v\u0161ech stanic\u00edch ve m\u011bst\u011b. U dal\u0161\u00edch zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek (NOx a SO<sub>2<\/sub>) \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd trend souvisej\u00edc\u00ed s odpalov\u00e1n\u00edm pyrotechniky pozorov\u00e1n nebyl. Z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed samoz\u0159ejm\u011b tak\u00e9 na rozptylov\u00fdch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch a je t\u0159eba p\u0159ipomenout fakt, \u017ee nen\u00ed kapacitn\u011b v sil\u00e1ch \u010cHM\u00da m\u011b\u0159it ve v\u0161ech lokalit\u00e1ch. S vysokou pravd\u011bpodobnost\u00ed tak existuj\u00ed v Praze lokality (nap\u0159. V\u00e1clavsk\u00e9 n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed), kde byly koncentrace prachov\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic je\u0161t\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e na n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed Republiky.
