Tentokr\u00e1t se pod\u00edv\u00e1me na samotn\u00e1 data a to i v dal\u0161\u00edch souvislostech, jako nap\u0159\u00edklad p\u0159epo\u010dtu na obyvatele.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Pro \u00fa\u010dely tohoto \u010dl\u00e1nku byly pou\u017eity data o n\u00e1rodn\u00edch CO<sub>2<\/sub> emis\u00edch za obdob\u00ed 1960 a\u017e 2017 a data o po\u010dtu obyvatel zem\u00ed ve stejn\u00e9 period\u011b v ro\u010dn\u00edm kroku (n\u011bkter\u00e9 \u00fadaje jsou dopo\u010dteny, nap\u0159\u00edklad emise pro \u010cR z obdob\u00ed p\u0159ed rokem 1990 jsou dopo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1ny pro \u00fazem\u00ed dne\u0161n\u00ed \u010cR z emis\u00ed pro \u010cSR). Do hodnocen\u00ed nebyly br\u00e1ny v potaz velmi mal\u00e9 st\u00e1ty (nap\u0159\u00edklad n\u011bkter\u00e9 ostrovn\u00ed zem\u011b jako V\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed ostrov, Guam, Velikono\u010dn\u00ed ostrov apod.), jejich\u017e vliv je v glob\u00e1ln\u00edm m\u011b\u0159\u00edtku zanedbateln\u00fd a nav\u00edc jsou odhady CO<sub>2<\/sub> emis\u00ed v t\u011bchto oblastech v\u011bt\u0161inou zat\u00ed\u017eeny velmi velkou nejistotou.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1rove\u0148 je hned na \u00favod d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee CO<sub>2<\/sub> jako takov\u00fd nen\u00ed pova\u017eov\u00e1n za zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed l\u00e1tku a v r\u00e1mci imisn\u00edho monitoringu \u010cHM\u00da nejsou koncentrace tohoto plynu sledov\u00e1ny, ani pro n\u011b v legislativ\u011b nejsou stanoveny imisn\u00ed limity. Jedn\u00e1 se v\u0161ak o sklen\u00edkov\u00fd plyn, proto zvy\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed se koncentrace CO<sub>2<\/sub> v ovzdu\u0161\u00ed podporuj\u00ed glob\u00e1ln\u00ed oteplov\u00e1n\u00ed a s t\u00edm souvis\u00ed negativn\u00ed dopady na \u010dlov\u011bka, ekosyst\u00e9my apod.<\/p>\n<h2>\u010cesk\u00e1 republika<\/h2>\n<p>Za\u010dneme &#8222;doma&#8220;, konkr\u00e9tn\u011b tedy u emis\u00ed CO<sub>2<\/sub> \u010ceskou republikou. Jak vid\u00edme na grafu, na rozd\u00edl od graf\u016f v\u00fdvoje koncentrac\u00ed a emis\u00ed zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek, nen\u00ed zde \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd v\u00fdrazn\u00fd rozd\u00edl mezi rokem 1960 (99 Mt) a 2017 (108 Mt). Jist\u00fd trend zde v\u0161ak patrn\u00fd je &#8211; nejhor\u0161\u00ed situace byla p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b mezi roky 1975 a 1990. Od roku 1990 do\u0161lo ke zlep\u0161en\u00ed, v posledn\u00edch letech je trend sp\u00ed\u0161e stagnuj\u00edc\u00ed. Jednozna\u010dn\u011b nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed emise CO<sub>2<\/sub>\u00a0tehdy produkovaly Spojen\u00e9 st\u00e1ty americk\u00e9 &#8211; p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 2890 Mt. S velk\u00fdm odstupem pak na nelichotiv\u00e9m druh\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b bylo Rusko (oblast Ruska tehdej\u0161\u00edho Sov\u011btsk\u00e9ho svazu) s 890 Mt. T\u0159et\u00edm nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm producentem CO<sub>2<\/sub> pak bylo N\u011bmecko (814 Mt) a na \u010dtvrt\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b \u010c\u00edna (780 Mt). N\u00ed\u017ee uveden\u00fd graf zobrazuje 10 st\u00e1t\u016f s nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edmi emisemi CO<sub>2<\/sub> v roce 1960.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/chmibrno.org\/blog\/2018\/12\/08\/co2-emise-podle-zemi\/co21960\/#main\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-1668\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1668\" src=\"http:\/\/chmibrno.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/co21960.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"903\" height=\"572\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.enviblog.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/co21960.png 903w, https:\/\/www.enviblog.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/co21960-300x190.png 300w, https:\/\/www.enviblog.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/co21960-768x486.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 903px) 100vw, 903px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Nyn\u00ed se ale pod\u00edvejme, jak vypad\u00e1 po\u0159ad\u00ed v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b p\u0159epo\u010dtu na po\u010det obyvatel. Tento graf je toti\u017e od v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9ho grafu absolutn\u00edch hodnot odli\u0161n\u00fd. Nejh\u016f\u0159e dopadlo Lucembursko, kde v roce 1960 vych\u00e1zelo na jednoho obyvatele p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 36,6 t CO<sub>2<\/sub> ro\u010dn\u011b. Druh\u00e1 nejhor\u0161\u00ed situace byla v Kuwajtu (28,9 t) a a\u017e na t\u0159et\u00edm m\u00edst\u011b USA (16 t), kter\u00e9 tehdy dominovaly, co se t\u00fd\u010de absolutn\u00edch hodnot. Nelichotiv\u00e9mu \u017eeb\u0159\u00ed\u010dku op\u011bt dominuje jedna zem\u011b &#8211; tentokr\u00e1t u\u017e to nejsou Spojen\u00e9 st\u00e1ty americk\u00e9, ale vcelku o\u010dek\u00e1van\u011b \u010c\u00edna (9840 Mt). USA se sice posunuly na druh\u00e9 m\u00edsto, celkov\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed CO2 emis\u00ed USA je v\u0161ak t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 dvojn\u00e1sobn\u00e9 v porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s rokem 1960. T\u0159et\u00ed v po\u0159ad\u00ed je pak Indie, n\u00e1sledovan\u00e1 Ruskem a Japonskem &#8211; jak je vid\u011bt na n\u00ed\u017ee uveden\u00e9m grafu.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/chmibrno.org\/blog\/2018\/12\/08\/co2-emise-podle-zemi\/co22017\/#main\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-1671\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1671\" src=\"http:\/\/chmibrno.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/co22017.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"903\" height=\"466\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.enviblog.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/co22017.png 903w, https:\/\/www.enviblog.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/co22017-300x155.png 300w, https:\/\/www.enviblog.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/co22017-768x396.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 903px) 100vw, 903px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Situace v \u010c\u00edn\u011b po str\u00e1nce emis\u00ed CO<sub>2<\/sub> , ale i celkov\u00e9ho zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed je \u0161patn\u00e1. Na druhou stranu je nutn\u00e9 vz\u00edt v potaz i fakt, \u017ee se jedn\u00e1 o nejlidnat\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zemi sv\u011bta. Pokud se pod\u00edv\u00e1me na p\u0159epo\u010det emis\u00ed CO<sub>2<\/sub> na obyvatele, je na tom \u010c\u00edna s p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 7,1 t l\u00e9pe i ne\u017e \u010cesk\u00e1 republika (10,2 t). V p\u0159epo\u010dtu na obyvatele m\u011bl loni ze zem\u00ed s dostupn\u00fdmi daty nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed emise CO<sub>2<\/sub> Katar (49,2 t), d\u00e1le Kuvajt (25,2 t) a Spojen\u00e9 arabsk\u00e9 emir\u00e1ty (24,7 t). U USA byl n\u00e1r\u016fst pozorov\u00e1n a\u017e do roku 2007, nyn\u00ed jsou USA ve stadiu m\u00edrn\u00e9ho poklesu. V Indii jsou emise p\u0159epo\u010dten\u00e9 na osobu v\u00fdrazn\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed, ale trend je zde neust\u00e1le stoupaj\u00edc\u00ed, podobn\u011b jako v absolutn\u00edch hodnot\u00e1ch. \u010cernou \u010darou je v grafu vyzna\u010den pr\u016fb\u011bh emis\u00ed CO<sub>2<\/sub> na osobu pro \u010ceskou republiku. Je vid\u011bt, \u017ee na za\u010d\u00e1tku a na konci sledovan\u00e9ho obdob\u00ed 1960 a 2017 jsou hodnoty t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 toto\u017en\u00e9 se sousedn\u00edm N\u011bmeckem. V \u010cesk\u00e9 republice byl ale v\u00fdrazn\u011b v\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1r\u016fst od roku 1970, na podobn\u00e9 hodnoty jako n\u00e1\u0161 soused jsme se dostali a\u017e kolem roku 2012.<\/p>\n<p>Nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed emise CO<sub>2<\/sub> na osobu p\u0159ipadaj\u00ed na m\u00e1lo vysp\u011bl\u00e9 zem\u011b v Africe, jako je Angola, \u010cad, Som\u00e1lsko, Burundi nebo Demokratick\u00e1 republika Kongo. U Angoly je to pouze p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 0,02 t\/osobu\/rok. V Indii, kde jsou emise CO<sub>2<\/sub>\u00a0v absolutn\u00edch \u010d\u00edslech ji\u017e relativn\u011b vysok\u00e9, nad\u00e1le stoupaj\u00ed, jsou ale na osobu st\u00e1le ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed (1,84 t), ne\u017e v kter\u00e9koliv zemi Evropy (nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed v Rumunsku, 4,08 t).<\/p>\n<h2>Z\u00e1v\u011br<\/h2>\n<p>Jak\u00fd je tedy z\u00e1v\u011br v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fdch graf\u016f a dat? Od roku 1960 do\u0161lo k v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm zm\u011bn\u00e1m v absolutn\u00edch hodnot\u00e1ch emis\u00ed CO<sub>2<\/sub> pro jednotliv\u00e9 st\u00e1ty. Nejv\u00edce CO<sub>2<\/sub> v sou\u010dasnosti produkuje \u010c\u00edna, n\u00e1sledovan\u00e1 USA a Indi\u00ed. A\u010d jsou v\u0161ak v \u010c\u00edn\u011b a Indii celkov\u00e9 emise vysok\u00e9, pokud vezmeme v potaz i po\u010det obyvatel t\u011bchto st\u00e1t\u016f, jsou naopak relativn\u011b n\u00edzk\u00e9. Nejhor\u0161\u00ed situace p\u0159i p\u0159epo\u010dtu na obyvatele je jednozna\u010dn\u011b v zem\u00edch arabsk\u00e9ho poloostrova, jako je Katar, Kuvajt \u010di Saudsk\u00e1 Ar\u00e1bie.<\/p>\n<p>Z grafu trend\u016f je u\u017e vid\u011bt snaha \u010c\u00edny redukovat emise CO<sub>2<\/sub>. To stejn\u00e9 v\u0161ak nelze \u0159\u00edct nap\u0159\u00edklad o Indii, kde doch\u00e1z\u00ed k neust\u00e1l\u00e9mu n\u00e1r\u016fstu. \u010cesk\u00e1 republika si dnes co do mno\u017estv\u00ed CO<sub>2<\/sub> na osobu stoj\u00ed v \u017eeb\u0159\u00ed\u010dku zem\u00ed v\u00fdrazn\u011b l\u00e9pe &#8211; v roce 1960 pat\u0159ilo \u00fazem\u00ed \u010cR k zem\u00edm s nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hodnotou. Mezi zem\u011b s vysokou hodnotou emis\u00ed CO<sub>2<\/sub> na osobu pat\u0159\u00ed krom\u011b zem\u00ed arabsk\u00e9ho poloostrova nap\u0159\u00edklad tak\u00e9 USA, Kanada \u010di Austr\u00e1lie. Nelze proto \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee je situace v t\u011bchto vysp\u011bl\u00fdch zem\u00edch dobr\u00e1 a probl\u00e9mem jsou pouze rychle se rozv\u00edjej\u00edc\u00ed a lidnat\u00e9 zem\u011b Asie. Jak nazna\u010duj\u00ed nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed data, v glob\u00e1ln\u00edm m\u011b\u0159\u00edtku emise CO<sub>2<\/sub> neust\u00e1le nar\u016fstaj\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159\u00edkladem ostatn\u00edm zem\u00edm m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt Bh\u00fat\u00e1n &#8211; mal\u00e1 zem\u011b le\u017e\u00edc\u00ed v oblasti Him\u00e1laj\u00ed mezi \u010c\u00ednou a Indi\u00ed, s celkovou populac\u00ed kolem 820 tis\u00edc obyvatel. Celkov\u00e9 emise CO<sub>2<\/sub> za rok jsou zde jen p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 1,1 Mt.
