Stejn\u011b tak m\u00e1me ur\u010ditou p\u0159edstavu o tom, jak by n\u00e1m bylo, pokud by n\u00e1s n\u011bkdo vystr\u010dil v plavk\u00e1ch ven v Antarktid\u011b v -70 \u00b0C. Jak je tedy mo\u017en\u00e9, \u017ee se b\u011b\u017en\u011b saunujeme (forma termoterapie) v teplot\u00e1ch nad 100 \u00b0C, nebo podstupujeme kryoterapii v kryokomo\u0159e o teplot\u011b a\u017e -160 \u00b0C a tato \u010dinnost n\u00e1s nejen nezabije\/nezran\u00ed, ale dokonce se jedn\u00e1 o potenci\u00e1ln\u011b zdrav\u00ed prosp\u011b\u0161nou \u010dinnost?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Pokud se budeme bavit \u010dist\u011b o teplot\u011b, pak se v\u017edy bude jednat o stejnou teplotu, a\u0165 u\u017e v saun\u011b, kryokomo\u0159e (n\u011bkdy ozna\u010dovan\u00e9 jako pol\u00e1rium) nebo v b\u011b\u017en\u00e9m venkovn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Kl\u00ed\u010dem k odpov\u011bdi na v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9 ot\u00e1zky je v\u0161ak jeden dal\u0161\u00ed meteorologick\u00fd parametr, kter\u00fd vysokou m\u00edrou ovliv\u0148uje, jak na konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed teplotu bude na\u0161e t\u011blo reagovat a jak se budeme c\u00edtit. T\u00edm d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm parametrem nen\u00ed nic jin\u00e9ho ne\u017e vlhkost vzduchu. Je to pr\u00e1v\u011b kombinace teploty a vlhkosti vzduchu (u venkovn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b rychlost v\u011btru), kter\u00e1 prim\u00e1rn\u011b ud\u00e1v\u00e1, jak n\u00e1m je pocitov\u011b. Mo\u017en\u00e1 u\u017e jste se n\u011bkdy setkali s term\u00ednem &#8222;pocitov\u00e1 teplota&#8220;, je to odhad toho, jak se budete v dan\u00e9 teplot\u011b c\u00edtit. Z vlastn\u00ed zku\u0161enosti ka\u017ed\u00fd v\u00ed, \u017ee -10\u00b0C v zim\u011b na hor\u00e1ch za jasn\u00e9ho dne a t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 bezv\u011bt\u0159\u00ed je n\u011bco jin\u00e9ho, ne\u017e -10\u00b0C b\u011bhem zata\u017een\u00e9 oblohy a siln\u00e9ho v\u011btru.<\/p>\n<p>C\u00edlem tohoto \u010dl\u00e1nku je popsat, jak se t\u011blo dok\u00e1\u017ee vypo\u0159\u00e1dat s takov\u00fdmito teplotn\u00edmi extr\u00e9my, nebudeme se zab\u00fdvat t\u00edm, zda je sauna nebo kryoterapie skute\u010dn\u011b prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e1 a pokud ano, jak\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem a v jak\u00e9 m\u00ed\u0159e. Tuto problematiku p\u0159enechme odborn\u00edk\u016fm z oboru zdravotnictv\u00ed. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 se ve\u0161ker\u00e9 n\u00ed\u017ee uveden\u00e9 popisy vztahuj\u00ed na klasickou finskou saunu a nikoliv sauny s ni\u017e\u0161\u00edmi teplotami a vlhk\u00fdm teplem.<\/p>\n<p>Jeliko\u017e jsou sauna i kryokomora vnit\u0159n\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed, rychlost v\u011btru nemus\u00edme uva\u017eovat a zaj\u00edmat n\u00e1s bude pouze vlhkost a teplota vzduchu. Jak sauna, tak kryokomora mus\u00ed spl\u0148ovat jeden z\u00e1sadn\u00ed p\u0159edpoklad &#8211; mus\u00ed zde b\u00fdt co nejsu\u0161\u0161\u00ed vzduch, tedy vzduch o co nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed vlhkosti. Obecn\u011b nen\u00ed vzduch p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 dobr\u00fdm vodi\u010dem tepla. Pro srovn\u00e1n\u00ed si m\u016f\u017eeme p\u0159edstavit vodu, kde prob\u00edh\u00e1 p\u0159enos tepla mnohem efektivn\u011bji. M\u016f\u017eeme vych\u00e1zet z vlastn\u00ed zku\u0161enosti &#8211; teplotu kolem bodu mrazu v oble\u010den\u00ed vydr\u017e\u00ed b\u011b\u017en\u011b ka\u017ed\u00fd z n\u00e1s. Zkuste si ale v tom stejn\u00e9m oble\u010den\u00ed sko\u010dit do vody o p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b stejn\u00e9 teplot\u011b, tedy teplot\u011b m\u00edrn\u011b nad bodem mrazu. To u\u017e asi bude pro v\u011bt\u0161inu lid\u00ed pom\u011brn\u011b probl\u00e9m. Pokud je vzduch v saun\u011b velmi such\u00fd, je p\u0159enos tepla velmi n\u00edzk\u00fd a nav\u00edc velmi efektivn\u011b funguje pocen\u00ed jako forma ochlazov\u00e1n\u00ed. Relativn\u00ed vlhkost v saun\u011b se b\u011b\u017en\u011b pohybuje mezi 10 a\u017e 20 %, n\u011bkdy i m\u00e9n\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Lidsk\u00e9 t\u011blo si udr\u017euje vnit\u0159n\u00ed t\u011blesnou teplotu mezi p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 36 a 37,5\u00b0C velmi striktn\u011b. Pokles \u010di vzr\u016fst t\u011blesn\u00e9 teploty o pouh\u00fd jeden stupe\u0148 okam\u017eit\u011b pozn\u00e1me. Sv\u011btov\u00e1 zdravotnick\u00e1 organizace definuje hypotermii jako teplotu pod 35\u00b0C, s t\u00edm, \u017ee p\u0159i teplot\u00e1ch pod 35\u00b0C ji\u017e m\u016f\u017eou vznikat z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9 zdravotn\u00ed komplikace. Stejn\u011b tak m\u016f\u017eou b\u00fdt fat\u00e1ln\u00ed vysok\u00e9 teploty. Zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed teploty je b\u011b\u017enou reakc\u00ed t\u011bla nap\u0159\u00edklad b\u011bhem nemoci. Pokud v\u0161ak t\u011blesn\u00e1 teplota p\u0159ekro\u010d\u00ed 40\u00b0C je t\u0159eba okam\u017eit\u011b vyhledat l\u00e9ka\u0159e, p\u0159i t\u011blesn\u00e9 teplot\u011b nad 41\u00b0C p\u0159est\u00e1v\u00e1 t\u011blo postupn\u011b fungovat. Na n\u00edzk\u00e9 teploty reaguje t\u011blo nap\u0159\u00edklad t\u0159esem (generov\u00e1n\u00ed tepla svaly) nebo &#8222;hus\u00ed k\u016f\u017e\u00ed&#8220; (omezuje ztr\u00e1tu tepla k\u016f\u017e\u00ed). Na vysok\u00e9 teploty reaguje t\u011blo prim\u00e1rn\u011b pocen\u00edm, dal\u0161\u00edm mechanizmem je nap\u0159\u00edklad zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 frekvence d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed. Pocen\u00ed v\u0161ak funguje jako ochlazuj\u00edc\u00ed mechanizmus pouze v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee se kapi\u010dky vody na povrchu k\u016f\u017ee vypa\u0159uj\u00ed a pr\u00e1v\u011b vlhkost vzduchu determinuje intenzitu evaporace. Pokud je vlhkost vysok\u00e1 (vzduch je vlhk\u00fd a obsahuje v\u00edce vodn\u00ed p\u00e1ry) je m\u00edra v\u00fdparu ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed, t\u011blo se sice pot\u00ed, ale efekt ochlazen\u00ed se nedostavuje. Naopak v saun\u011b, kde je vlhkost velmi n\u00edzk\u00e1, funguje pocen\u00ed velmi dob\u0159e jako mechanizmus udr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011blesn\u00e9 teploty v p\u0159ijateln\u00fdch mez\u00edch &#8211; samoz\u0159ejm\u011b do ur\u010dit\u00e9 m\u00edry, v saun\u011b nelze b\u00fdt p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 dlouho. Pokud nen\u00ed pocen\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9, t\u011blo zapojuje dal\u0161\u00ed mechanizmy ochlazov\u00e1n\u00ed (rychlej\u0161\u00ed dech, zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fd pr\u016ftok krve do m\u00edst pod povrchem k\u016f\u017ee &#8211; &#8222;\u010derven\u00e1me se&#8220;), v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b \u017ee ani p\u0159es ve\u0161kerou snahu autonomn\u00edch mechanizm\u016f spou\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdch v hypotalamu nedoch\u00e1z\u00ed k dostate\u010dn\u00e9mu ochlazen\u00ed, t\u011blesn\u00e1 teplota za\u010dne stoupat, dostavuj\u00ed se pocity nevolnosti, z\u00e1vrat\u011b, \u00fanava, oslaben\u00ed svalstva (t\u00edmto v\u00e1m d\u00e1v\u00e1 t\u011blo najevo &#8222;p\u0159esta\u0148&#8220;, pokud k p\u0159eh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed doch\u00e1z\u00ed vlivem velmi intenzivn\u00ed fyzick\u00e9 aktivity), postupn\u011b se za\u010dne p\u0159eh\u0159\u00edvat i mozek a cel\u00fd centr\u00e1ln\u00ed nervov\u00fd syst\u00e9m, dostavuj\u00ed se halucinace a \u00fa\u017eeh. V\u00edce krve ke k\u016f\u017ei znamen\u00e1 m\u00e9n\u011b krve do srde\u010dn\u00edho svalu, kter\u00fd tak mus\u00ed pumpovat rychleji a to m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt potenci\u00e1ln\u011b nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9, obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b pro n\u00e1chyln\u00e9 skupiny osob. Pokud v\u0161ak nebudete v saun\u011b p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 dlouho, pro b\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho zdrav\u00e9ho jedince nep\u0159edstavuj\u00ed kr\u00e1tkodob\u011b velmi vysok\u00e9 teploty v such\u00e9m vzduchu probl\u00e9m. Mechanizmy ochlazov\u00e1n\u00ed funguj\u00ed, t\u011blesn\u00e1 teplota stoup\u00e1, ale pomalu. B\u011bhem t\u00e9 je jedinec, v\u011bt\u0161inou v plavk\u00e1ch, vystaven extr\u00e9mn\u00edmu chladu (b\u011b\u017en\u011b pod -120\u00b0C) po dobu n\u011bkolika minut. Stejn\u011b jako v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b sauny, je i v kryokomo\u0159e extr\u00e9mn\u011b n\u00edzk\u00e1 vlhkost vzduchu. Such\u00fd vzduch je velmi \u0161patn\u00fd vodi\u010d tepla, proto se t\u011blo ochlazuje jen velmi pomalu a vnit\u0159n\u00ed mechanizmy vedouc\u00ed k oteplov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bla otepluj\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm vnit\u0159n\u00ed org\u00e1ny, ochlazuje se k\u016f\u017ee a to takovou rychlost\u00ed, \u017ee v kr\u00e1tk\u00e9m intervalu uvnit\u0159 kryokomory, nedoch\u00e1z\u00ed k omrznut\u00ed. Pokud by \u010dlov\u011bk v kryokomo\u0159e byl d\u00e9le, chlad by za\u010dal pronikat hloub\u011bji do t\u011bla a to by ji\u017e p\u0159edstavovalo v\u00e1\u017en\u00fd probl\u00e9m a bylo by velmi nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9. Stejn\u011b tak je v kryokomo\u0159e prakticky nulov\u00e9 proud\u011bn\u00ed vzduchu, jedn\u00e1 se o malou uzav\u0159enou m\u00edstnost. Pro rusk\u00e9ho z\u00e1vodn\u00edka byly n\u00e1sledky kolapsu fat\u00e1ln\u00ed, finsk\u00fd z\u00e1vodn\u00edk skon\u010dil s v\u00e1\u017en\u00fdmi pop\u00e1leninami v nemocnici. I kdy\u017e nen\u00ed teplota 110\u00b0C tak extr\u00e9mn\u00ed, roli zde pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b hr\u00e1lo celkov\u00e9 p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed organizmu z p\u0159edchoz\u00edch souboj\u016f a pravideln\u00e9 pol\u00e9v\u00e1n\u00ed hork\u00fdch kamen\u016f, kter\u00e9 ud\u00e1vaj\u00ed pravidla sout\u011b\u017ee (vzduch se t\u00edm zvlh\u010duje, co\u017e oslabuje mechanizmy ochlazov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bla). To byl tak\u00e9 konec cel\u00e9ho turnaje jako takov\u00e9ho, kter\u00fd se od roku 2010 ve finsk\u00e9m Heinola u\u017e neopakoval.<\/li>\n<li>nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed saunou na sv\u011bt\u011b je Koi-Sauna s 166,1m<sup>2<\/sup> v n\u011bmeck\u00e9m Sinsheimu.<\/li>\n<li>v klasick\u00e9 finsk\u00e9 saun\u011b dosahuj\u00ed teploty 60 a\u017e 120\u00b0C, existuj\u00ed ale i sauny s teplotami 130 a\u017e 140\u00b0C. \u010c\u00edm vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed jsou teploty, t\u00edm ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed by m\u011bla b\u00fdt vlhkost vzduchu uvnit\u0159.<\/li>\n<li>podle <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/femail\/article-3762936\/Cryotherapy-burn-800-calories-THREE-minutes-temperatures-MINUS-140-degrees.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">n\u011bkter\u00fdch zdroj\u016f<\/a> sp\u00e1l\u00ed t\u011blo b\u011bhem 3 minut v kryokomo\u0159e 800 kalori\u00ed. Zda je to skute\u010dn\u011b pravda zat\u00edm nen\u00ed s jistotou v\u011bdecky potvrzeno, ale ani vyvr\u00e1ceno.<\/li>\n<li>kryoterapie byla poprv\u00e9 pou\u017eita v roce 1978 v Japonsku<\/li>\n<li>za kr\u00e1lovstv\u00ed saun je pova\u017eov\u00e1no Finsko. Na p\u011bt milion\u016f obyvatel zde najdeme v\u00edce ne\u017e t\u0159i miliony saun.
