Na stanici Brno-Zvona\u0159ka je ji\u017e moment\u00e1ln\u011b jist\u00e9, \u017ee dojde v roce 2018 k p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed z\u00e1konem povolen\u00e9ho po\u010dtu p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed<sub>, <\/sub>k dne\u0161n\u00edmu dni je po\u010det p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed ji\u017e 36 (19. 10. 2018). V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku se pod\u00edv\u00e1me jak vysok\u00e9 koncentrace byly a pokus\u00edme se objasnit pravd\u011bpodobnou p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinu tohoto zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Na \u0159ad\u011b stanic, nejen na \u00fazem\u00ed Brna, byly v posledn\u00edch dnech zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 koncentrace suspendovan\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic PM<sub>10<\/sub>. Je\u0161t\u011b ne\u017e se pod\u00edv\u00e1me na n\u011bkter\u00e9 hodnoty a grafy je nutn\u00e9 zd\u016fraznit, \u017ee tato anal\u00fdza vych\u00e1z\u00ed z tzv. operativn\u00edch dat &#8211; tedy dat, kter\u00e1 zat\u00edm nepro\u0161la procesem dvoj\u00ed verifikace, kter\u00fd \u010cHM\u00da na data o kvalit\u011b ovzdu\u0161\u00ed aplikuje. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 se v\u0161echna n\u00ed\u017ee uveden\u00e1 data vztahuj\u00ed k 19.10.2018, tedy datu, kdy byl p\u0159ipraven tento \u010dl\u00e1nek. Zdrojem dat je Informa\u010dn\u00ed syst\u00e9m kvality ovzdu\u0161\u00ed (ISKO) \u010cesk\u00e9ho hydrometeorologick\u00e9ho \u00fastavu.<\/p>\n<h2>Pro\u010d?<\/h2>\n<p>P\u0159\u00ed\u010din pro\u010d jsou koncentrace PM<sub>10<\/sub> moment\u00e1ln\u011b na \u0159ad\u011b m\u00edst v\u010detn\u011b \u00fazem\u00ed Brna vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed je pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b v\u00edce.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>teplotn\u00ed inverze<\/strong> &#8211; p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v rann\u00edch hodin\u00e1ch jsou v posledn\u00ed dny pozorov\u00e1ny teplotn\u00ed inverze. Pr\u00e1v\u011b teplotn\u00ed inverze maj\u00ed velmi negativn\u00ed dopad na kvalitu ovzdu\u0161\u00ed, proto\u017ee funguj\u00ed jako jak\u00e1si &#8222;pokli\u010dka&#8220;, kter\u00e1 br\u00e1n\u00ed dostate\u010dn\u00e9mu prom\u00edch\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed vzduchu. Emis\u00ed tedy nen\u00ed v\u00edce, ale postupn\u011b se kumuluj\u00ed a zvy\u0161uj\u00ed se tak koncentrace zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek. Toto je dob\u0159e vid\u011bt na rann\u00edch koncentrac\u00edch, kter\u00e9 se p\u0159es noc p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 nesni\u017euj\u00ed a tak je ji\u017e p\u0159ed za\u010d\u00e1tkem rann\u00ed dopravn\u00ed \u0161pi\u010dky hodnota vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed a b\u011bhem \u0161pi\u010dky je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edce naroste.<\/li>\n<li><strong>n\u00edzk\u00e9 rychlosti v\u011btru<\/strong> &#8211; rychlost v\u011btru je jedn\u00edm z faktor\u016f ovliv\u0148uj\u00edc\u00edch kvalitu ovzdu\u0161\u00ed. Vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed rychlosti v\u011btru vedou k lep\u0161\u00edmu prom\u00edch\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed vzduchu, naopak bezv\u011bt\u0159\u00ed podobn\u011b jako teplotn\u00ed inverze vede k akumulaci zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek v m\u00edst\u011b jejich emise a bl\u00edzk\u00e9m okol\u00ed. V posledn\u00edch dnech byly rychlosti v\u011btru na \u00fazem\u00ed Brna velmi n\u00edzk\u00e9. Nap\u0159\u00edklad na stanici Brno-L\u00e1ny nep\u0159es\u00e1hla denn\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 rychlost v\u011btru mezi 1. a 18. \u0159\u00edjnem hodnotu 1 m\/s.<\/li>\n<li><strong>vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed<\/strong> &#8211; a\u010dkoliv byly denn\u00ed maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed teploty v posledn\u00edch dnech vysok\u00e9, rann\u00ed teploty ji\u017e klesaj\u00ed tak, \u017ee se na v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b m\u00edst p\u0159it\u00e1p\u00ed. V Brn\u011b a Praze za\u010dala letos topn\u00e1 sez\u00f3na 25. z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed. Emise z lok\u00e1ln\u00edho vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed jsou v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm zdrojem suspendovan\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic PM<sub>10<\/sub>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>v\u00fdstavba<\/strong> &#8211; n\u011bkolik stanic v Brn\u011b je moment\u00e1ln\u011b ovlivn\u011bno v jejich bl\u00edzkosti prob\u00edhaj\u00edc\u00ed stavbou. Ta negativn\u011b ovliv\u0148uje kvalitu ovzdu\u0161\u00ed dv\u011bma zp\u016fsoby:\n<ul>\n<li><em><strong>stavba<\/strong> <\/em>&#8211; pohyb n\u00e1kladn\u00edch vozidel, stavebn\u00ed materi\u00e1l (p\u00edsek apod.) rozfouk\u00e1v\u00e1n do okol\u00ed, stavebn\u00ed pr\u00e1ce (vrt\u00e1n\u00ed, \u0159ez\u00e1n\u00ed apod.)<\/li>\n<li><em><strong>dopravn\u00ed omezen\u00ed<\/strong><\/em> &#8211; v\u011bt\u0161inou jsou stavby doprov\u00e1zeny omezen\u00edm dopravy, kter\u00e9 vede k tvo\u0159en\u00ed kolon a vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed dopravn\u00ed intenzit\u011b na p\u0159ilehl\u00fdch komunikac\u00edch<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Brno-Zvona\u0159ka<\/h2>\n<p>Dopravn\u00ed stanice Magistr\u00e1tu m\u011bsta Brna um\u00edst\u011bn\u00e1 na Zvona\u0159ce, kousek od zadn\u00edho vchodu do obchodn\u00edho domu Va\u0148kovka, naproti \u00dast\u0159edn\u00edho autobusov\u00e9ho n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed, pat\u0159\u00ed dlouhodob\u011b ke stanic\u00edm s nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edmi pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fdmi koncentracemi jak suspendovan\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic, tak oxid\u016f dus\u00edku. Stanice se nach\u00e1z\u00ed v bezprost\u0159edn\u00ed bl\u00edzkosti frekventovan\u00e9 dopravn\u00ed komunikace a autobusov\u00e9ho i vlakov\u00e9ho n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Ze v\u0161ech brn\u011bnsk\u00fdch stanic m\u00e1 v sou\u010dasnosti pr\u00e1v\u011b tato stanice nejv\u00edce p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed 24h imisn\u00edho limitu pro suspendovan\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice PM<sub>10<\/sub>, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 hodnotu 50 \u03bcg\/m<sup>3<\/sup>. O p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed tohoto limitu hovo\u0159\u00edme, pokud dojde k jeho p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed v\u00edce ne\u017e 35x za rok. K 36. p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed na stanici Brno-Zvona\u0159ka letos do\u0161lo 17. \u0159\u00edjna. Je proto v tuto chv\u00edli jasn\u00e9, \u017ee v tomto roce bude imisn\u00ed limit p\u0159ekro\u010den, stejn\u011b jako v lo\u0148sk\u00e9m roce, kdy bylo dn\u00ed s pr\u016fm\u011brnou koncentrac\u00ed PM<sub>10<\/sub> nad 50 \u03bcg\/m<sup>3<\/sup> \u010dty\u0159icet.<\/p>\n<p>Brno-Zvona\u0159ka pat\u0159\u00ed v sou\u010dasnosti\u00a0 k jedn\u00e9 ze stanic, kde jsou koncentrace suspendovan\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic PM<sub>10<\/sub> ovlivn\u011bny v bl\u00edzkosti prob\u00edhaj\u00edc\u00ed v\u00fdstavbou. Konkr\u00e9tn\u011b se jedn\u00e1 o dlouhodobou rekonstrukci ulic Dornych a Plotn\u00ed. Stavebn\u00ed pr\u00e1ce v kombinaci s faktory uveden\u00fdmi v prvn\u00ed sekci tohoto \u010dl\u00e1nku v posledn\u00edch dnech zv\u00fd\u0161ily koncentrace natolik, \u017ee v obdob\u00ed 9. a\u017e 18. 10. do\u0161lo k p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed 24h imisn\u00edho limitu PM<sub>10<\/sub> ka\u017ed\u00fd den.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1220\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1220\" style=\"width: 1024px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"http:\/\/chmibrno.org\/blog\/?attachment_id=1220#main\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1220 size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/chmibrno.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/PM10_Zvonarka-1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"430\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1220\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 denn\u00ed koncentrace suspendovan\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic PM<sub>10<\/sub> na stanici Brno-Zvona\u0159ka v prvn\u00ed polovin\u011b \u0159\u00edjna 2018.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Na grafu pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fdch denn\u00edch koncentrac\u00ed PM<sub>10<\/sub> na stanici Brno-Zvona\u0159ka je vid\u011bt, \u017ee v posledn\u00edch dnech doch\u00e1z\u00ed k p\u0159ekra\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed 24h imisn\u00edho limitu, kter\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt ro\u010dn\u011b p\u0159ekro\u010den maxim\u00e1ln\u011b 35x. Na dal\u0161\u00edm grafu jsou pak pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 rychlosti v\u011btru pro jednotliv\u00e9 dny. Je um\u00edst\u011bna p\u0159\u00edmo na k\u0159i\u017eovatce ulic \u00dadoln\u00ed a \u00davoz, le\u017e\u00ed tedy v kotlin\u011b a hust\u00e9 okoln\u00ed z\u00e1stavb\u011b. Krom\u011b intenzivn\u00ed dopravy zde nav\u00edc moment\u00e1ln\u011b prob\u00edh\u00e1 rekonstrukce ulice \u00dadoln\u00ed, kter\u00e1 vedla k z\u00fa\u017een\u00ed vozovky do jednoho pruhu, na zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdch koncentrac\u00edch suspendovan\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic PM<sub>10<\/sub> se tak projevuje jak stavebn\u00ed \u010dinnost, tak zpomalen\u00ed dopravy. Pr\u00e1v\u011b na t\u00e9to stanici byly v posledn\u00edch dnech koncentrace suspendovan\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic PM<sub>10\u00a0<\/sub>nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed. K 35 p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00edm 24h imisn\u00edho limitu tu ale zat\u00edm (k 19. 10. 2018) nedo\u0161lo. Stanice stoj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edmo vedle dvouproudov\u00e9 dopravn\u00ed tepny, kter\u00e1 je nav\u00edc v dopravn\u00ed \u0161pi\u010dce \u010dasto ucpan\u00e1. V okol\u00ed stanice je v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm zdrojem zne\u010di\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed tak\u00e9 lok\u00e1ln\u00ed vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed. Stanice Brno-Tu\u0159any je p\u0159edm\u011bstsk\u00e1 poza\u010fov\u00e1 stanice um\u00edst\u011bn\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edmo v are\u00e1lu brn\u011bnsk\u00e9ho leti\u0161t\u011b. Jak je v\u0161ak vid\u011bt na n\u00ed\u017ee uveden\u00e9m grafu, i zde ji\u017e byly koncentrace PM<sub>10\u00a0<\/sub>zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9, pr\u00e1v\u011b v d\u016fsledku v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fdch faktor\u016f.
