V leto\u0161n\u00edm roce bylo provedeno m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed v nov\u00e9 lokalit\u011b v are\u00e1lu Jachtklubu. Vozem, vybaven\u00fdm automatick\u00fdmi analyz\u00e1tory, byly sledov\u00e1ny koncentrace zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek s platn\u00fdm imisn\u00edm limitem (PM<sub>10<\/sub>, NO<sub>2<\/sub>, NO, NO<sub>x<\/sub>, SO<sub>2<\/sub> a CO) a meteorologick\u00e9 podm\u00ednky v 10minutov\u00e9m intervalu, vzorkova\u010di pak byly odebr\u00e1ny vzorky ke stanoven\u00ed koncentrace \u010d\u00e1stic PM<sub>2,5<\/sub> v\u010detn\u011b anal\u00fdzy kov\u016f a \u010d\u00e1sticovou anal\u00fdzu skenovac\u00edm elektronov\u00fdm mikroskopem. V t\u00e9to s\u00e9rii \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f v\u00e1m p\u0159edstav\u00edme, jak takov\u00e9 m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed prob\u00edh\u00e1, co mu p\u0159edch\u00e1z\u00ed a samoz\u0159ejm\u011b i jak\u00e9 jsou v\u00fdsledky z leto\u0161n\u00ed anal\u00fdzy.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>1. <a href=\"http:\/\/chmibrno.org\/blog\/2018\/09\/20\/mereni-behem-brnenske-prehlidky-ohnostroju-ignis-brunensis-2018-1-dil\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00davod &#8211; popis m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed, lokality a meteorologick\u00fdch podm\u00ednek<\/a><strong><br \/>\n2. Kvalita ovzdu\u0161\u00ed &#8211; PM<sub>10<\/sub>, PM<sub>2,5<\/sub>, NO<sub>2<\/sub>, NO, NO<sub>x<\/sub>, SO<sub>2<\/sub> a CO<\/strong><br \/>\n3. Kvalita ovzdu\u0161\u00ed &#8211; kovy<br \/>\n4. Kvalita ovzdu\u0161\u00ed &#8211; \u010d\u00e1sticov\u00e1 anal\u00fdza SEM\/EDX<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Minule jsme se zam\u011b\u0159ili na popis toho, co takov\u00e9 m\u011b\u0159\u00edc\u00ed kampani p\u0159edch\u00e1z\u00ed a jak jsme se na m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed p\u0159ipravovali. V tomto d\u00edle se u\u017e pod\u00edv\u00e1me na samotn\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed, konkr\u00e9tn\u011b jak dopadly anal\u00fdzy koncentrac\u00ed suspendovan\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic a plynn\u00fdch zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek.<\/p>\n<p>Koncentrace plynn\u00fdch zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek (NO<sub>2<\/sub>, NO, NO<sub>x<\/sub>, SO<sub>2<\/sub> a CO) byly spolu se suspendovan\u00fdmi \u010d\u00e1sticemi PM<sub>10<\/sub> m\u011b\u0159eny analyz\u00e1tory v 10minutov\u00fdch intervalech po celou dobu kon\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ehl\u00eddky. Bylo tedy mo\u017en\u00e9 hodnotit dynamiku t\u011bchto koncentrac\u00ed p\u0159ed, b\u011bhem a po odp\u00e1len\u00ed oh\u0148ostroje. Vzhledem k faktu, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd z oh\u0148ostroj\u016f nav\u0161t\u011bvuj\u00ed statis\u00edce n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edk\u016f, p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dali jsme, \u017ee zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 koncentrace budou zaznamen\u00e1ny ji\u017e p\u0159ed samotn\u00fdm oh\u0148ostrojem &#8211; p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm oxidy dus\u00edku z p\u0159ij\u00ed\u017ed\u011bj\u00edc\u00edch a v kolon\u00e1ch stoj\u00edc\u00edch aut a suspendovan\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice jak z dopravy, tak z pohybu velk\u00e9ho po\u010dtu lid\u00ed (resuspenze), st\u00e1nk\u016f s ob\u010derstven\u00edm (emise ze spalov\u00e1n\u00ed d\u0159ev\u011bn\u00e9ho uhl\u00ed v grilech) apod.<\/p>\n<p>Koncentrace oxidu dusi\u010dit\u00e9ho (NO<sub>2<\/sub>) jsou v\u00a0nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed m\u00ed\u0159e ovliv\u0148ov\u00e1ny silni\u010dn\u00ed dopravou a v z\u00e1vislosti na pou\u017eit\u00e9m okysli\u010dovadle m\u016f\u017eou b\u00fdt i produktem pyrotechnick\u00fdch efekt\u016f. Na\u00a0grafu pr\u016fb\u011bhu koncentrac\u00ed NO<sub>2<\/sub> b\u011bhem obdob\u00ed m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed jsou dle p\u0159edpokladu vid\u011bt n\u00e1r\u016fsty koncentrac\u00ed NO<sub>2<\/sub> v\u017edy kr\u00e1tce p\u0159ed zah\u00e1jen\u00edm oh\u0148ostroje, s\u00a0v\u00fdjimkou posledn\u00edho oh\u0148ostroje, kdy byla v\u00fdrazn\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed rychlost v\u011btru a foukalo pouze ze SZ, tedy z hlavn\u00edch odstavn\u00fdch ploch pro automobily, sm\u011brem od vzorkova\u010d\u016f. Imisn\u00ed limit pro hodinovou koncentraci NO<sub>2<\/sub> m\u00e1 hodnotu 200 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>. V\u016fbec nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed nam\u011b\u0159en\u00e1 koncentrace NO<sub>2<\/sub> b\u011bhem cel\u00e9 d\u00e9lky m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed byla 47,5\u00a0\u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>, tedy v\u00edce ne\u017e \u010dty\u0159n\u00e1sobn\u011b m\u00e9n\u011b, ne\u017e kolik \u010din\u00ed imisn\u00ed limit, nav\u00edc se jednalo jen o velmi kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e9 zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed (jeden desetiminutov\u00fd interval). Koncentra\u010dn\u00ed r\u016f\u017eice NO<sub>2<\/sub>\u00a0jsou v\u00a0souladu s\u00a0p\u0159edpokladem, \u017ee nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed koncentrace NO<sub>2<\/sub> poch\u00e1z\u00ed ze silni\u010dn\u00ed dopravy (na r\u016f\u017eic\u00edch jsou patrn\u00e9 nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed koncentrace JV od m\u011b\u0159\u00edc\u00edho vozu, tedy v\u00a0m\u00edst\u011b p\u0159\u00edjezdov\u00e9 cesty k\u00a0are\u00e1lu p\u0159ehrady a odstavn\u00e9ho parkovi\u0161t\u011b). Obecn\u011b tedy lze \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee doch\u00e1z\u00ed k\u00a0pouze nev\u00fdznamn\u00e9mu a velmi kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e9mu zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed koncentrac\u00ed NO<sub>2<\/sub>, kter\u00e9 nep\u0159edstavuj\u00ed zdravotn\u00ed riziko, nep\u0159ekra\u010duj\u00ed imisn\u00ed limity a jsou ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e hodnoty b\u011b\u017en\u011b m\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 na n\u011bkter\u00fdch brn\u011bnsk\u00fdch dopravn\u00edch stanic\u00edch.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1118\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1118\" style=\"width: 1722px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"http:\/\/chmibrno.org\/blog\/?attachment_id=1118#main\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1118 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/chmibrno.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/NO2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1722\" height=\"382\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.enviblog.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/NO2.png 1722w, https:\/\/www.enviblog.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/NO2-300x67.png 300w, https:\/\/www.enviblog.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/NO2-768x170.png 768w, https:\/\/www.enviblog.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/NO2-1024x227.png 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1722px) 100vw, 1722px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1118\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Pr\u016fb\u011bh koncentrac\u00ed NO<sub>2<\/sub> b\u011bhem kon\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ehl\u00eddky<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Oxidy dus\u00edku (NO<sub>x<\/sub>) maj\u00ed stanoven limit pro ochranu ekosyst\u00e9m\u016f pro ro\u010dn\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011br. Ten m\u00e1 hodnotu 30\u00a0\u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>. B\u011bhem cel\u00e9 doby m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed krom\u011b jednoho dne, nep\u0159es\u00e1hly koncentrace NO<sub>x<\/sub> v\u00a0denn\u00edm pr\u016fm\u011bru 10 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>. Pouze 8. \u010dervna (v den mimo odpalov\u00e1n\u00ed oh\u0148ostroj\u016f) byla pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 denn\u00ed koncentrace NO<sub>x<\/sub> 16,7\u00a0\u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>, tedy p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b polovina imisn\u00edho limitu pro ro\u010dn\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011br. Lze tedy \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee kon\u00e1n\u00ed akce Ignis Brunensis nevedlo k\u00a0p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed ani zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed koncentrac\u00ed NO<sub>x<\/sub>.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1119\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1119\" style=\"width: 1726px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"http:\/\/chmibrno.org\/blog\/?attachment_id=1119#main\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1119 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/chmibrno.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/NOx.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1726\" height=\"383\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.enviblog.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/NOx.png 1726w, https:\/\/www.enviblog.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/NOx-300x67.png 300w, https:\/\/www.enviblog.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/NOx-768x170.png 768w, https:\/\/www.enviblog.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/NOx-1024x227.png 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1726px) 100vw, 1726px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1119\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Pr\u016fb\u011bh koncentrac\u00ed NOx b\u011bhem kon\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ehl\u00eddky<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Imisn\u00ed limit pro ochranu zdrav\u00ed pro pr\u016fm\u011brnou ro\u010dn\u00ed koncentraci SO<sub>2<\/sub> m\u00e1 hodnotu 125 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>, 24h imisn\u00ed limit pro ochranu zdrav\u00ed pak 350\u00a0\u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>. Denn\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 koncentrace SO<sub>2<\/sub> se v\u00a0dob\u011b kon\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ehl\u00eddky pohybovaly mezi 4,08 a 5,09\u00a0\u00b5g\/m<sup>3 <\/sup>(absolutn\u00ed maximum 9,1\u00a0\u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>). Nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed denn\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011br tedy p\u0159edstavuje jen t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 jednu sedmdes\u00e1tinu 24h imisn\u00edho limitu. A\u010d je s\u00edra jednou z\u00a0hlavn\u00edch sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed st\u0159eln\u00e9ho prachu pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9ho t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 ve v\u0161ech pyrotechnick\u00fdch efektech, na koncentrac\u00edch SO<sub>2<\/sub> v\u00a0ovzdu\u0161\u00ed se toto nijak neprojevilo a nedo\u0161lo k\u00a0p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed ani k\u00a0v\u00fdznamn\u00e9mu zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed koncentrac\u00ed SO<sub>2<\/sub> v\u00a0ovzdu\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1121\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1121\" style=\"width: 1725px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"http:\/\/chmibrno.org\/blog\/?attachment_id=1121#main\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1121 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/chmibrno.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/SO2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1725\" height=\"385\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.enviblog.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/SO2.png 1725w, https:\/\/www.enviblog.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/SO2-300x67.png 300w, https:\/\/www.enviblog.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/SO2-768x171.png 768w, https:\/\/www.enviblog.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/SO2-1024x229.png 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1725px) 100vw, 1725px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1121\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Pr\u016fb\u011bh koncentrac\u00ed SO<sub>2<\/sub> b\u011bhem kon\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ehl\u00eddky<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Posledn\u00edm sledovan\u00fdm plynem byl oxid uhelnat\u00fd (CO). Z\u00e1konem o ochran\u011b ovzdu\u0161\u00ed stanoven\u00fd imisn\u00ed limit pro maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed 8h klouzavou pr\u016fm\u011brnou koncentraci CO pro ochranu zdrav\u00ed m\u00e1 hodnotu 10 mg\/m<sup>3<\/sup>. Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 denn\u00ed koncentrace CO se b\u011bhem m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed pohybovala od 0,18 do 0,32 mg\/m<sup>3<\/sup>, tedy hluboko pod hranic\u00ed imisn\u00edho limitu. Absolutn\u011b nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed koncentrace CO byla nam\u011b\u0159ena v\u00a0den kon\u00e1n\u00ed t\u0159et\u00edho oh\u0148ostroje a to kr\u00e1tce p\u0159ed jeho za\u010d\u00e1tkem. Hodnota absolutn\u011b nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed nam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 koncentrace (0,756\u00a0mg\/m<sup>3<\/sup>) v\u0161ak nen\u00ed ani desetina imisn\u00edho limitu. Lze tedy \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee v\u00a0d\u016fsledku oh\u0148ostrojov\u00e9 p\u0159ehl\u00eddky nedo\u0161lo k\u00a0p\u0159ekra\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed ani v\u00fdznamn\u00e9mu zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed koncentrac\u00ed CO v\u00a0ovzdu\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1117\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1117\" style=\"width: 1725px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"http:\/\/chmibrno.org\/blog\/?attachment_id=1117#main\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1117 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/chmibrno.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/CO.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1725\" height=\"389\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.enviblog.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/CO.png 1725w, https:\/\/www.enviblog.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/CO-300x68.png 300w, https:\/\/www.enviblog.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/CO-768x173.png 768w, https:\/\/www.enviblog.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/CO-1024x231.png 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1725px) 100vw, 1725px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1117\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Pr\u016fb\u011bh koncentrac\u00ed CO b\u011bhem kon\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ehl\u00eddky<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3>Suspendovan\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice<\/h3>\n<p>Hrub\u0161\u00ed frakce byla m\u011b\u0159ena kontinu\u00e1ln\u011b radiometricky m\u011b\u0159\u00edc\u00edm vozem v\u00a010minutov\u00e9m intervalu po celou dobu kon\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ehl\u00eddky. Potenci\u00e1ln\u00edm zdrojem zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdch koncentrac\u00ed PM<sub>10<\/sub> v\u00a0dob\u011b kon\u00e1n\u00ed oh\u0148ostroj\u016f m\u016f\u017eou b\u00fdt jak samotn\u00e9 pyrotechnick\u00e9 efekty, tak v\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed prachu z\u00a0d\u016fvodu pohybu velk\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed osob a dal\u0161\u00ed s\u00a0akc\u00ed spojen\u00e9 \u010dinnosti (grilov\u00e1n\u00ed apod.). Vzorkova\u010de a m\u011b\u0159\u00edc\u00ed v\u016fz byly b\u011bhem m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed um\u00edst\u011bny tak, aby nedoch\u00e1zelo k\u00a0hyperlok\u00e1ln\u00edmu ovlivn\u011bn\u00ed z\u00a0okoln\u00edch zdroj\u016f, kter\u00e9 by mohly v\u00fdrazn\u011b zkreslit m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed (prostor p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b v\u00a0okruhu 20\u00a0m kolem m\u011b\u0159\u00edc\u00edch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed nebyl p\u0159\u00edstupn\u00fd ve\u0159ejnosti). Z\u00a0grafu \u010dasov\u00e9ho pr\u016fb\u011bhu koncentrac\u00ed suspendovan\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic PM<sub>10<\/sub>\u00a0je vid\u011bt, \u017ee v\u00a0dob\u011b odpalov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u0161ech \u010dty\u0159 oh\u0148ostroj\u016f do\u0161lo ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed koncentrac\u00ed PM<sub>10<\/sub> v\u00a0ovzdu\u0161\u00ed. Nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1r\u016fst byl zaznamen\u00e1n b\u011bhem druh\u00e9ho oh\u0148ostroje 6. \u010dervna. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 je v\u0161ak na grafu vid\u011bt, \u017ee se jednalo jen o velmi kr\u00e1tkodob\u00fd n\u00e1r\u016fst. Imisn\u00ed limit pro 24h pr\u016fm\u011brnou koncentraci suspendovan\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic PM<sub>10<\/sub> je roven 50\u00a0\u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>. Nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed nam\u011b\u0159en\u00fd denn\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011br byl 23,6 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>, tedy necel\u00e1 polovina imisn\u00edho limitu. Koncentra\u010dn\u00ed r\u016f\u017eice ukazuj\u00ed na dva hlavn\u00ed zdroje PM<sub>10<\/sub> \u2013 jeden sm\u011brem na SZ, druh\u00fd na JV. Na SZ se nach\u00e1zel na hladin\u011b ponton, odkud byly odpalov\u00e1ny oh\u0148ostroje, a na JV vedla hlavn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstupov\u00e1 cesta k\u00a0tribun\u011b, byly zde pou\u0165ov\u00e9 atrakce, st\u00e1nky s\u00a0ob\u010derstven\u00edm, parkovi\u0161t\u011b, a proto se zde pohybovalo v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed lid\u00ed. Z obr\u00e1zk\u016f n\u00ed\u017ee je vid\u011bt v dob\u011b oh\u0148ostroj\u016f dal\u0161\u00ed ohnisko vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch koncentrac\u00ed na SZ od vzorkova\u010de, tedy v m\u00edst\u011b odpalu, kter\u00e9 nen\u00ed vid\u011bt v r\u016f\u017eici mimo dobu oh\u0148ostroj\u016f (standardn\u011b je zde pouze hladina p\u0159ehrady). Oh\u0148ostrojov\u00e1 p\u0159ehl\u00eddka tedy m\u00e1 vliv na koncentrace suspendovan\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic PM<sub>10<\/sub> v\u00a0bl\u00edzk\u00e9m okol\u00ed, tyto v\u0161ak nebyly tak vysok\u00e9, aby do\u0161lo k\u00a0p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed imisn\u00edho limitu a absolutn\u011b nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed nam\u011b\u0159en\u00e1 koncentrace b\u011bhem cel\u00e9 d\u00e9lky m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed (55,3 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>) je hodnotou, kter\u00e1 sice je nad 24h imisn\u00edm limitem, av\u0161ak byla pozorov\u00e1na jen velmi kr\u00e1tkodob\u011b b\u011bhem jednoho z\u00a010minutov\u00fdch interval\u016f, zat\u00edmco imisn\u00ed limit se vztahuje k\u00a0denn\u00edmu pr\u016fm\u011bru. Pro srovn\u00e1n\u00ed m\u016f\u017eeme uv\u00e9st, \u017ee v\u00a0roce 2017 bylo na dopravn\u00ed stanici Brno-Zvona\u0159ka pozorov\u00e1no 127 dn\u00ed, kdy byly maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed denn\u00ed koncentrace vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 55,3\u00a0\u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>, na p\u0159edm\u011bstsk\u00e9 poza\u010fov\u00e9 stanici Brno-Tu\u0159any v\u00a0are\u00e1lu leti\u0161t\u011b to bylo 94 dn\u00ed. Celkov\u011b byly provedeny t\u0159i takov\u00e9to t\u0159\u00edf\u00e1zov\u00e9 odb\u011bry ve dnech kon\u00e1n\u00ed prvn\u00edho, druh\u00e9ho a t\u0159et\u00edho oh\u0148ostroje (2., 6., a 9. 6. 2018). Z\u00a0t\u011bchto vzork\u016f byla gravimetricky stanovena koncentrace PM<sub>2,5<\/sub> \u010d\u00e1stic a z\u00e1rove\u0148 provedena anal\u00fdza koncentrac\u00ed kov\u016f (viz n\u00ed\u017ee). Z\u00e1kon o ochran\u011b ovzdu\u0161\u00ed stanovuje imisn\u00ed limit pro PM<sub>2,5<\/sub> pouze pro pr\u016fm\u011brnou ro\u010dn\u00ed koncentraci. Ten m\u00e1 hodnotu 25 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>. B\u011bhem v\u0161ech t\u0159\u00ed m\u011b\u0159en\u00fdch oh\u0148ostroj\u016f byla v\u00a0prost\u0159edn\u00edm 4h intervalu, zahrnuj\u00edc\u00edm samotn\u00fd oh\u0148ostroj, koncentrace PM<sub>2,5<\/sub> vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e v\u00a0p\u0159edchoz\u00edm a n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edm 4h intervalu. Absolutn\u011b nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed koncentrace nam\u011b\u0159en\u00e1 v\u00a0jednom ze 4h interval\u016f m\u00e1 hodnotu 10,9 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup> (6. 6. 2018, 22:00-02:00), tedy m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e polovinu aktu\u00e1ln\u00edho imisn\u00edho limitu, kter\u00fd je nav\u00edc stanoven pro ro\u010dn\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011br. Ve 4h intervaly mimo oh\u0148ostroj se koncentrace suspendovan\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic PM<sub>2,5<\/sub> pohybovaly kolem 5 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>. B\u011bhem 4h interval\u016f zahrnuj\u00edc\u00edch oh\u0148ostroj od 7,0 do 10,9 \u00b5g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>. Lze tedy \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee koncentrace PM<sub>2,5<\/sub> t\u011bsn\u011b po odp\u00e1len\u00ed oh\u0148ostroje m\u00edrn\u011b nar\u016fstaly, st\u00e1le to v\u0161ak byly hodnoty hluboko pod imisn\u00edmi limitem pro ochranu zdrav\u00ed pro ro\u010dn\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011brnou koncentraci suspendovan\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic PM<sub>2,5<\/sub> v ovzdu\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1v\u011brem v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9ho je, \u017ee v d\u016fsledku po\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed akce Ignis Brunensis a s t\u00edm souvisej\u00edc\u00edm odpalov\u00e1n\u00edm oh\u0148ostroj\u016f, nedoch\u00e1z\u00ed k p\u0159ekra\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fdch imisn\u00edch limit\u016f. U n\u011bkter\u00fdch l\u00e1tek (suspendovan\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice a NOx) jsou pozorov\u00e1ny n\u00e1r\u016fsty koncentrac\u00ed, souvisej\u00edc\u00ed jak s odpalov\u00e1n\u00edm oh\u0148ostroje, tak s pohybem velk\u00e9ho po\u010dtu osob (resuspenze, cigaretov\u00fd kou\u0159), st\u00e1nky s ob\u010derstven\u00edm (emise ze spalov\u00e1n\u00ed d\u0159ev\u011bn\u00e9ho uhl\u00ed v grilech) a intenzivn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm dopravn\u00edm zat\u00ed\u017een\u00edm v lokalit\u011b. Jedn\u00e1 se v\u0161ak pouze o velmi kr\u00e1tkodob\u00fd vzr\u016fst koncentrac\u00ed, kter\u00fd nav\u00edc nedosahuje hodnot p\u0159edstavuj\u00edc\u00edch riziko pro zdrav\u00ed \u010di ekosyst\u00e9my. V porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s hodnotami suspendovan\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic m\u011b\u0159en\u00fdmi b\u011b\u017en\u011b v zimn\u00edm obdob\u00ed, \u010di s koncentracemi oxid\u016f dus\u00edku m\u011b\u0159en\u00fdch na dopravn\u00edch stanic\u00edch se nejedn\u00e1 o nijak v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u00e9 hodnoty.<\/p>\n<p>V p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edm d\u00edle se pod\u00edv\u00e1me, jak to b\u011bhem odpalov\u00e1n\u00ed oh\u0148ostroj\u016f vypadalo s koncentracemi kov\u016f v ovzdu\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u010cHM\u00da Brno ve spolupr\u00e1ci s Magistr\u00e1tem m\u011bsta Brna ji\u017e \u010dtvrt\u00fdm rokem m\u011b\u0159il kvalitu ovzdu\u0161\u00ed v r\u00e1mci brn\u011bnsk\u00e9 p\u0159ehl\u00eddky oh\u0148ostroj\u016f Ignis Brunensis.
